My mom and I went to find her a Lexus SUV. Naji, car salesman, came straight out and assisted us. He was very helpful and informative. A few hours later she left in her new black NX 300.

Sales Representative Ian was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, considerate, and not a bit pushy or demanding. Hoping to conduct business with this establishment for my daughter and myself. Definitely worth a 3 hour drive for that type of customer service. Total opposite of what received at Toyota of Greenville prior to this visit.

I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a preowned Toyota or any other make or MODEL they have on the lot! Glenn is by far the best car dealer I've ever purchased a car FROM! He took $900 off the Kelly Blue Book Value of what the car is worth!

My God My God is All I can say Jeffrey Wright and Rebecca Buggs definitely were angels in disguise. The Faith of touching and believing All things are possible was evidence.I'm very happy and grateful for their services and patients with me. Most of the Toyota's are overpriced but unfortunately it's a sellers market right now. Office was small and cramped but decently clean. Just be cautious, they're there to make as much off of buyers as possible.

LandRover Greenville Service Department is EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!PLEASE BE AWARE OF MILEAGE WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE. CAR WAS USED FOR PERSONAL USE AND THIS IS THE BEST LIE THAT Dean, the Service Manager could come up with was that the tech had to stop at his apartment complex on Agusta Rd because he had some sort of mishap with his clothing . IWhere je stayed for 33 minutes. It doesn't take 33 minutes to change your clothes. Aren't auto techs accustomed to having gas ,oil on them?

I've been a long time Toyota owner but recently switched to a Volvo SUV. One of the reasons I switched was Toyota customer service in the Charlotte/Rock Hill area was not great. I am very happy with the Volvo dealership in Greenville and wish I would have purchased my Volvo years ago. Safety features for Volvo are fantastic! The sale takes a few hours but customer service is for a long time.

I had a great experience with looking for and buying my new-used BMW! Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly and quick to answer all my questions. He guided me through the whole process and ensured I would receive everything I purchased. I would definitely buy a car here again!

Found a car I love. The staff was nice. Shame on me for not getting a warranty but it was above my budget. They put new hubcaps on before I picked it up. The next day the tire pressure light came on. Had it check the rim was bent. I m sure they saw that as they were putting the hubcaps on.

Tia was a wonderful sales Lady. She was very knowledgeable of the truck we was interested in. She was very professional and friendly. We had a wonderful experience working with her. Everyone one we encountered while there was very nice and friendly.

Brittany was our sales representative. She did a great job for us. Looked at 2019 Avalon hybrid XSE. This is a very nice car but was a bit noisier than I expected for the Toyota flagship.

Got my baby fixed and she is purring now. Wish I didn't have to come BACK though. Wish it the brakes had been done right the FIRST time. Great service by Jeannie Kerr though!!!

I found a used truck on the internet they were advertising. The salesperson sent me pictures and said the truck was in great shape. We get there and the truck has been totally demolished. The left side of the vehicle had very deep gal just all down the passenger side. These did not show up in the picture. The tires were bald. The bed of the truck was beat up. The truck was a 2016 Toyota tundra that had been driven 90000 miles. The sales guy I've had been talking with was not there and I was put off to someone else. Sam was very nice and understanding. He went to the sales manager for that Sunday in the sales manager said " Well, what do these people want, something for nothing!" I Was livid. I told him I did not appreciate driving 3 hours to some place that took pictures of another vehicle and sent them to me saying the truck was in great shape. I would never buy a vehicle from these people even if they were giving it to me. Very rude!!!

Have purchased 2 cars from them in the last 2 years. Our salesman, Bobby, is extremely knowledgeable, service-oriented, and very pleasant to work with. They have a "coffee shop" with muffins and other pastries as well, and a large-screen TV to "entertain" their service customers. Highly recommended!!!
