I dropped my car off on Nov 6th for a simple repair (busted tail light and paint). Since december I have called weekly for an ETA on when the repair will be complete and have received the run around about what s really going on or when it will be ready, no one seems to have any idea. It is now January 30th and still no help or response from Michelle, Lou, Michael Jordan and i ve even called Mike O leary. I received notice last week that it was ready and now it seems to not be the case and no one will call me back. DO NOT use this body shop if you want timely work done, an accurate report, and communication on the status of your vehicle. This has been the worst service experience of my life.

Just had a nightmare experience at this place. Had to tow my truck out of there after nearly 2 months of inactivity. No phone calls answered or voice-mail call backs. Originally was told I'd have an estimate in a week and when that past, I called and they told me 4 weeks is normal. When that passed I called back and was told it needed to be scheduled still. When I had questions about the repair timing I was told they didn't have an answer for this. The 2 month delay with no answers and not a single part ordered resulted in me needing to purchase another vehicle in the time being to get around. When I tried to move my truck off their lot because of inactivity and non responsiveness they refused to let me take my own vehicle back. Do not deal with these people. Their manager tried to gas light me as this all being my fault for not being proactive enough with phone calls. Even asked me to try calling the number in case I had the wrong one. Which it was not, as all the phone lines rang when I called it from their office.

Professional, and knowledgeable personnel. Timely and excellent service on my vehicle, and everything looks great. Unfortunately, I have had to have my car repaired more than once (due to separate accidents with a deer and someone side swiping me), and I would only let this business do the repairs. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Toyota Collision did an excellent job on the repair. It did take five months. Progressive is partially to blame because they didn t come and inspect the vehicle for over a month. Then we were placed in line for the repair. Parts were on back order and it was a cluster. But we finally got it back. The ladies working in the department were very nice.

After colliding with road debris on I-85, I took my month-old Corolla to Greenville Toyota Collision Center. Michelle did my initial estimate and seeing I was distraught, went out of her way to reassure me that the Collision Center would be able to repair my new vehicle. While I waited, I received timely text messages with updates. Kathleen was available for office visits, phone calls, and texts. Kathleen also went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. She was my Christmas Angel . I would highly recommend Greenville Toyota Collision Center and if I ever need collision repair in the future, this is where I m taking my vehicle.

This place is a scam. Had my vehicle towed there 7 weeks ago. It took 5 weeks to get an estimate and no timeline for when it would be fixed. Decided to tow my vehicle to another dealership and was told now I owed $3K in storage fees. Make it make sense. Literally go anywhere else.

I was very, very pleased with the professional work that the Greenville Toyota Collision Center did to repair my truck after a limb fell on top of the cab. I would recommend their repair service to anyone. If you need repair work done, talk to the fine lady named Becky. She will take excellent care of you and make sure you satisfied with the repair work before you leave.

Brought a 2019 Lexus RC350 for front body work. Took 4 months and when we get it back the rear has been sprayed with metal lag from a grinder or some kind of metal They are trying to say it came in that way this baby has been Garage kept It had just been ceramic coated. Detailers would have noticed. Lexus needs their own body shop as these people treat these cars like JERRY JACK LEG BODY SHOP.. shame on you Michael O'Leary and Michael Jordan. You just got paid 25k from my insurance and this IS A corporate problem FIX IT!!

If I could give -5 I would. Had me drive up to pick up my car that wasn't fixed. Tells me they'll handle my rental - a week later they say oh we never said that. Now I'm stuck with a rental bill. They do not own up to their word and they do not do good repairs !!! I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Just had my driver side headlight repaired on my Jaguar F-Pace. Kathleen Brock was amazing. She arranged my rental, kept me informed and made sure we tested everything before I left to be sure it was correct and and I was happy with the work. She made the drudgery of car repair a good experience.

They do a great job updating you on the status of your car. They cannot help if a part is going to take several weeks to come in though. They also cannot control the way insurance works, which is why you just have to be patient. State Farm was the worst insurance company by far I have ever had to deal with. Overall I had a positive experience and will recommend this shop to anyone in the future.

Second time having car repairs within the year. Have been very pleased with this place. The only downside is that it s really busy so repairs took longer than I would have anticipated. But great body shop, would def use again.

I tried to use this shop for repairs on my car and the customer service was horrible. The person on the phone was just rude and refused to give me any information other than to come in before 5:30 pm any day. I came in at 5:10 pm and the estimators were already gone. If I had been given the correct time, I would would have adjusted my schedule accordingly. There was another customer in there needing help and the blonde woman was being extremely rude to them. I m disappointed because it was the closest collision center to me but I will be finding somewhere else.

While the repairs did take a fair amount of time due to some shortages, everyone I worked with was very pleasant and my car looked good as new when I got it back. Kathy worked with me a majority of the time and was great about keeping me updated.

I had a great experience with Toyota of Greenville Collision recently regarding my 2019 Corolla Hatchback. I had a minor rear bumper accident and Ken Keffer and his team handled my repair with professionalism. The estimate was accurate and the outcome of the repair was flawless to include assembly of the rear bumper and paint paint and finish. The alignment of the bumper was perfect. On top of that they detailed my car and returned it in better shape than I dropped it off. I am very happy with the results and appreciate that Ken kept his word and delivered a great result.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just had my car repaired at the Collision Center of Toyota of Greenville. I am very please with the whole process of the repair. They were quick to get me in and to get the car fixed. They were quick to write the estimate, and very quick to get the car repaired. I am very please with the outcome of the repair as well. The staff was so nice and helpful to me in this process. They ensured that the rental car company got me a car as soon as possible as well. They even finished the car a day before they had initially told me that it would be finished. Again, the staff's assistance and the repairs were above my expectations. I would highly recommend Toyota of Greenville for all of your needs whether it is a repair or to buy a new Toyota. Great experience at Toyota Collision Center. Staff were helpful and courteous every step along the way. They answered all my questions, explaining the process on my initial call; helped me resolve rental car issues at drop off; communicated with my insurance company and provided status reports all the way through to pick up. The repair work looks great. Highly recommend Becky and her team!

After being in an accident and researching a body shop for the repairs, I found that the Greenville Toyota Collision Center had both an excellent online standing and BBB rating. Their staff were courteous and professional. The work was completed within the estimate that was given, and they were very forthcoming with information on any changes that occurred with the plan. After being tasked with additional items that they found, the work was still completed within the timeframe that was given. Once completed, the repairs looked amazing and they were very patient and helpful with my questions. I will use them again in the event of any accident as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Quality of the paint repairs were great. I did have to take my truck to my mechanic the day after getting it back because my check engine and traction control lights came on. Found that the gas cap had been left off during repairs. I suggest this being on some sort of checklist after repairs.

I don t write a lot of reviews, but when you get great service it should be made known. Form the moment I walked in the door, the staff was helpful and responsive. Becky explained exactly what would be required to prepare the estimate and she kept me informed by phone and emails every step of the way. Even checked out an additional item at no charge. The work was done promptly and the repair looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Toyota of Greenville Collision Repair.

The staff were super friendly, prompt and courteous! The entire claim process was easy. Brought my truck in to get checked, they did an initial estimate, set up my appointment and brought it back for repair. I was told it could take up to 3 weeks but it was done it less than 2! They handled all the correspondence with my insurance so I did not have to! Great job!

Over all was satisfied with the people handling the claim for us. Did excellant with communication. Very good explaining things. All the repair work was very good. Where they fell short was when we were called to pick up the vehicle. The spare tire was just thrown in the back instead of put back where THEY got it. The paint didnt match. Plastic pannels were not in place and dirty hand prints on the interior white headlinner. If you call me to pick up the car, have a manager or someone go look at the car first. This NON attention to detail does NOT speak good for your company at all!!!

Brought my car for repairs ended it up taking it out due to the parts taking more than month to come. At first we agreed that they need the money first in order to order the parts but someone had ordered them first before I payed and they had taken my car apart as well! And the lady would yell at me over the phone had a terrible attitude and still wanted me to pay for them to put my car door and bumper back even thought they weren t going to touch it till I paid first. I was involved in an accident where another car backed into me. I wanted my Toyota to be repaired with Toyota parts so I called the Toyota collision center. I went in February to get it inspected and made an appointment for it to get fixed in March. I had insurance set me up with a rental car for the time my car should have been in the shop. Long story short they estimated my car to be finished in 5 days, ended up taking 11 business days. I asked why this was while my car was still at the shop they said the first part that was sent had been dented and they were waiting on a new part. Well the 6 extra days I had the rental car was charged to me even though my car was still in the shop getting repaired. So the estimated amount of time my car should have been fixed, they didn t take into account the time it would take to order parts even though I had made an appointment well in advance, and they knew they would have to order the part for my car. This has been a huge problem for insurance. My advice for anyone thinking about using this business and dealing with insurance, DON T.
