We had 4 IG units replaced on our home windows with broken seals. The glass came within 2 weeks and were installed a few days later. The installers did a great job. We feel comfortable contacting Glass Doctor in Greenville if we have any problems or concerns that may come up.

Glass Doctor was an excellent experience and very professional. I had been working with a company for the past 9 months to get 11 of the glass panes for windows in my house replaced. We put half of the money down and they did 5 of the windows about four months later but kept not showing up and giving excuses for not completing the job. I hired Glass Doctors and in two weeks they had the job done. The company kept me informed about the work, the crew showed up on time on the day scheduled, they were professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. The windows look great!! I highly recommend Glass Doctors!

We had to have the back windshield and back passenger window replaced on my son's car. The Glass Doctor was drastically cheaper than other glass companies I called. Not only that, the ease of scheduling was fantastic and you actually get to talk to a real person unlike some of the other companies I got quotes from. Wonderful customer service, pricing, and they did a great job with the replacement. Would definitely recommend.

Giving 2 stars.. because the lady in the front office was really awesome! Other then that if your looking to get car glass done I'd recommend shopping arnd.. they damaged my dashboard replacing my windshield. Scratched the side of panels and the outside looks bad like someone's uncle did it in their back yard. My front speaker is also now rattling so I'm guessing they busted the front speaker installing the windshield. And a peice on the roof will no longer stay down on the back of my car , which I'm guess they broke prying the strip off cause its all connected to the windshield.

Glass Doctor did a great job replacing 3 window panes where the seals had leaked. They came and measured, provided a written estimate, and after approval, scheduled the repairs. The process took about 2 weeks, in total. The technicians were polite, business-like, and thorough. I highly recommend Glass Doctor.

I needed a window pane replaced. I called for an initial quote, they schedule an appointment for two days, within a week, my replacement window had been issued and was installed within 3 days.They are very professional and fast. Will do business again if I need a window replaced.

The new bottom sash was replaced and reinstalled in a short period of time. The work was professionally done with no issues. The Glass Doctor routinely takes on jobs that others in the glass repair business refuse to be involved with. They are dependable, reliable, and detail oriented. I highly recommend them and their work.

Excellent service, wonderful people! Very happy with entire process to replace Toyota windshield. Windshield glass was also great quality - would definitely use them again if the need arises.

The technician was super friendly and prompt in replacing my windshield! He even came to my house to do it and did a great job! My only complaint is that there were a few minor scratches on the replacement windshield. I called and they said that they were finding a few of their windshields from the most recent order to have those. So if that was the case, why were they going ahead with installing them? Maybe most people wouldn t notice, but I admit that I am somewhat OCD. :-) They were willing to come and buff those out a bit, but I ended up canceling that appointment due to an emergency in my family. I am now living with the scratches since my windshield is rarely perfectly clean anyway!

I am not sure how to rate Glass Doctor because I had to cancel my order. There did seem to be a communication issue however. I thought I was quite clear that I needed glass for a vanity top that I was creating and that I was placing a vessel sink on top. Somehow this was missed in the translation. It took several weeks to realize that I should not be using regular glass but tempered. I wish I had been able to communicate better, but in the end it all worked out. I know that they are all trying to do a really great job. Keep up the great attitude; it will take you far. Thank you for trying to help me. I appreciate it.

We needed 3 window panels replaced due to condensation between the panes. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue, get us on the schedule and completed with work perfectly. Excellent communication and fair price. We were so pleased we used them to replace a car windshield. Again excellent service, communication, quickly scheduled and very clean.

Laura, the kind lady who helped assist me with my auto glass quote and claim, was absolutely fantastic! I haven't been treated so well by a customer service representative at any institution like how I was treated by Laura. She was friendly, conversational, easy to work with, and treated me like family. Laura is the epitome of what quality customer service looks like. (Give her a raise!) I highly recommend Glass Doctor and will use them in the future!

I ve worked with Glass Doctor on both complex shower reconstruction projects and a very simple project as well.They helped design and then installed 2 new shower enclosures at my home and even returned twice to make adjustments necessary to ensure the more complex of the two to ensure that door operated correctly. Could not have been more pleased.I ve also purchased a simple piece of tempered plate glass for a table top. Price was great and they completed work quickly. Table looks great.Again, very happy with the work.RFT

I had Glass Doctor make a piece of glass for an end table after it went missing during a move. They made it perfectly - down to the exact bevel, thickness, and finish of the other piece. Friendly staff, quick service, great work!

Larry, the technician who came to my house and replaced my windshield, was very nice, respectful, and professional. The only thing I would change is that he came earlier than I was originally told. He came about 12:30, when I had been given a window of 1-4pm. But he did call me to give me a heads up about 15 minutes beforehand. He communicated well and did a great job on my windshield.
