I have been to Fred Anderson Honda service dept. Woodruff Rd. twice and received exceptional customer service from Eric K. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. His friendly personality makes you feel comfortable and he is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend seeing him next time you stop in the service dept.

Best service/interaction I have had at Fred Anderson Honda. Eric was super helpful, nice, and honest about timing. Got me out of there as soon as possible knowing I had another appointment. Appreciated the truth about cost of services and was honest about time frame of another service I had to opt out of due to other circumstances with my time frame. Would be nice to know the labor cost in the future prior to opting into all of the services so I knew a more exact cost other than just the service cost.

Cynthia Stahlnecker was absolutely fantastic! As a first-time customer, I was blown away by her exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to truly understand my needs. Her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience at Honda unforgettable. I couldn't recommend her highly enough! Five stars all the way.

Eric was fantastic during our service appointment and helped us deal with and resolve an unexpected issue related to a water leak and damage. He went above and beyond in communicating and advocating for us, helped with a rental car while they completed evaluations and repairs, and was overall great to deal with and is a great asset to the dealership and Honda for his customer service. I would recommend him wholeheartedly for any service issues and needs.

I have dealt with many dealerships and service departments over the years and Lance Burns at Fred Anderson Honda has been the best so far. Lance has always maintained great and honest communication and made sure my vehicle is always taken care of accurately and efficiently. The whole crew is great but Lance goes above and beyond to make sure everything go smoothly!

I was traveling through the area and had to come in for service, and I ve gotta say it was a real pleasure to work with my Service Advisor Preston!He was prompt, friendly, and eager to get us in and out as time was of the essence.I would recommend this dealership solely at the chance you get to work with Preston.Keep up the good work!

I brought in my 16 Elantra for a service check. I worked with Lance and he was so awesome. He was up front and was very nice to work with. He helped explain the issue and why it was important to address it. I will definitely come back to see Lance.

One of the best experiences I've had at this dealership. Preston was outstanding informing me of maintaining preventative maintenance. All repairs were done timely and Preston kept me informed of the status of the vehicle. Great service and will recommend the dealership.

Honda is known for their outstanding performance and my experience was nothing short of that. From pulling into the department and being greeted right away by Miguel who was then able to refer me over to Leo for my appointment. She referred Alejandro in her absence for pickup and they were able to communicate to me fast and effectively about what was being done to my car by their technician Sy. Fast and smooth experience from a wonderful team!

5 stars for sure! Randy Gallman is my service technician of choice! He never fails to help assist super quickly and come up with a fast solution. He services my car about 5 times a year and I have never left disappointment in all of my times over the years.

For my first service experience at Fred Anderson Honda Greenville, my advisor was Matthew Large. I can t say enough good things about him. For starters, he was very Professional, Knowledgable and most of all very Attentive to all of my concerns about my CRV. I took it in on my lunch break and discussed with him the issues I had been having with it, and before I knew it, my car was taken in and evaluated within 15 minutes. By the time I got back to work he had already sent me a link to a video of the mechanic pointing out his findings that were causing the issues and a diagnosis was provided. Matthew s communication was very prompt every step of the way keeping me informed of findings and cost. He had my car in and out within 24 hrs and I was back on theroad with peace of mind thanks to the great customer service and expertise from Matthew and the Honda Mechanic who repaired my car. I would also like to thank Leo for helping out with the check out process. She was very kind and provided great customer service as well and answered all of my questions with a smile and a great attitude. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Honda for your Car repairs and ask for Matthew who will take great care of you and your car.
