I purchased a new car from Fred Anderson Acura today and had an exceptional experience. My car salesman, Mike C. , was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Aaron, the finance manager, was also fantastic to work with.Overall, I would give my experience at Fred Anderson Acura a 10-star rating. I will definitely be returning for my next car purchase. Thank you to Mike C. and Aaron for their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

This was hands down the best experience I ve had shopping for a car. I always drive in with the mindset that I m not going to be driving out with a new car, but this instance was different. Mike Cashin and his team treated my family with great care and attentiveness, listened to our needs and offered us a great price on the vehicle we were searching for. The trade in was a fair price and went smoothly. Start to finish they got us through the process very efficiently which was paramount in dealing our little ones. We couldn t be happier and we re looking forward to a long lasting relationship with the dealership. Photo so you know it happened.

Marcus was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain the different trim levels of the MDX several times and let us drive a few models to make sure we were buying the one we wanted. He is personable and I highly recommend visiting him if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Tony was very helpful. He listened to me when I told him my budget and tried to find something to accommodate me and took as much time as we needed to look at several cars and then gave me time to make my decision without any pressure. What a blessing! I ll come back here every time!

Alex was very helpful in our transaction to purchase a car for our mother. He provided all of the information honestly and with the explanations and clarity we required. Our purchase has been relatively quick as we were able to provide him some information early and documents were prepared and waiting for signature. I would definitely be willing to do another deal of this nature with him. Tim, the used car manager, also went above and beyond in helping us feel good about a small issue we found and let us walk away feeling like our concerns were important. Lastly, Aaron in finance, simply and plainly laid out the options they had available and didn't try to push us into things we weren't interested in. All three were pleasant to deal with and allowed us to have a nice experience. I don't know much about Fred Anderson Acura as a whole yet but good people make for the best experiences, and we found three good ones to deal with to date. Thanks to you all.

Mike Cashin was an amazing salesman! He helped me with all 5,000 questions I had. He made the typical waiting around at a dealership a fun experience. He was so patient and did everything that he could to make my first car purchase one I do not regret and an experience I will never forget! I drove 3 hours from Charleston here and it was such a memorable experience. Thank you Mike for everything and thank you Fred Anderson Acura for such an amazing car!

Bought a TLX here at Fred Anderson from Tony. Tony was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy in anyway. Helped work up a great deal and made the experience easy and enjoyable.As for Fred Anderson dealerships specifically this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from a Fred Anderson lot. All were great experiences with great customer service. Fred Anderson dealerships have also helped my family with a purchase of theirs ensuring they were well taken care of and happy. Can t speak highly enough of these dealerships and their team like Tony!

Very wonderful sales staff. Reviews all the features of the new MDX Acura we are purchasing. Have had another MDX SUV since 2014 and it has sold us on comfort and reliability. AWD is amazing in snow/ice

My visit to Acura today was an excellent experience thanks to Mike Cashin. He greeted me right away. He listened to what my needs and concerns were. He worked diligently to find a great fit for me. He explained everything. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to work with Mike!!

Buying a car at Acura was a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Mike, was extremely patient with all my questions and I never felt pressured. I especially appreciated seeing the service department and meeting the technicians. Everybody was personable and friendly and spoke highly of Acura cars giving me peace of mind. Saw an MDX online and went to see it. Was not my first ACURA so I am familiar with their quality. Derek greeted me right after I got out my truck and long story short, it was mine and financed thru Honda America in under 2 hours. Great job Derek!!!!

I had bought a car here and after I got it home I noticed the front bumper coming off. I quickly notified Tim the used car manager. I made an appointment with him to look at my car. I went to the dealer and met Dustin. I told him what happened and he quickly arranged for a car for me to drive while they fixed my bumper. I drove an amazing new car for a few days while they fixed my bumper. They finally called me and said my car was finished. They fixed it free of charge with no delay. I highly recommend this dealership and the men that helped me, Dustin, KaRon, Alex and Tony! I will definitely be going back in a couple years for another car! Great job guys !

Tom Elgin is the best person I ve worked with in service in my 22 years of driving. Absolutely love my MDX but may have moved on from Acura if not for him(nothing personal-great brand). He s honest, dependable, and works hard for his customers!

Fred Anderson Acura, I am beyond annoyed with my service advisor Sam and is inability to effectively communicate and listen to his clients wants and needs. I brought my car in last Friday and inform him I needed a wiper linkage. He informed me that would order the part and informed me to call him back to set up an appointment. I called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. So I then called the service line and set up an appointment via the call center. Arrived on Feb 8. 2024 under the impression my linkage was ordered and would be installed. Before handing him my keys I confirmed my wiper service and transmission flush. Sam confirmed and took my keys to start the work. After paying I went back to my vehicle and noticed the wiper arms were still not in the correct position since the linkage was allegedly replaced. I tested the wipers and they were still hitting the sides of the windshield. I walked back into the service center and was informed by Sam yea we don t have that part in stock . Why even replace my wipers when you re not fixing the main issue I wanted fixed? His explanation was I was confused and had a lot going on . Definitely lost a customer as well as my respect for the Fred Anderson brand.

We stopped at the Acura dealership on a whim having heard all good reviews we were met with our salesman Tony he was very knowledgeable about the different options and we went thru many different models until we found the perfect car. He was more concerned about getting what we wanted vs. the sale. Very good experience

Purchased a CPO RDX from them back in December. Was an easy experience, and Jackson did a great job following up after the sale to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle. Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used Acura! Even though he lives out of state, will be sending my dad to them in coming months for his next Acura!

Mike Cashin has been the BEST car salesperson I have ever dealt with! I have been buying and trading cars for years, and have had some very horrendous experiences, mostly due to me being a female. Mike has not only been pleasant, but honest and respectful! Mike the financial associate was also amazing. We are an Acura family and now will not go anywhere else! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience and excellent vehicle!

Greg was soo nice and soo easy to work with. He spent the week with me test driving multiple cars. Alex Kleinhanzl was extremely helpful and patient with us as he answered all of our questions. He was very easy to converse with and we never felt any pressure from him. If he didn t know the answer, he would get someone who did and they were all very helpful and patient with us as well. We would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with Alex if you re ever stopping by Fred Anderson Acura.

Tony was great and very professional. He was very polite. He was patient, knew his product, was not high pressured and answered my questions without hesitation.He made my experience of buying a vehicle easy and comfortable.
