Had to get my brakes and rotors swapped out on my truck and they were able to squeeze me in on a busy day and got it done in a very timely manner. They were very reasonable as well. Also customer service was top tier, they were very transparent about any issues that occurred and I can definitely trust them. Will continue to go to them for any car related issues.

I called and asked for an alignment on my 2017 Honda Accord on Tuesday, they told me they were booked for that day and the next. I asked if I could leave it overnight Wednesday and they said yes, they d squeeze me in. Well, they actually had my car ready at 9:15am on Thursday (today) Thank you for your quick service!

He has been our go to for repairs. Francis is incredible. His reputation exceeds expectations. He is honest and reasonable. If he can t fix it he knows where to send you. So many dishonest auto repair shops. He has been a Godsend to our family. We know when he is taking care of our vehicle that it will be done correctly. Trustworthy, honesty, and knowledgeable!!! That s describes Francis Marion!

Could not be more please with this business! Knowledgeable mechanics, honest, helpful, respectful, and hardworking. Have been doing oil changes and more there for years. Francis has been a great help keeping my cars running well. Fast, inexpensive, and efficient towing service as well - had to use them recently.

Very good service and affordable! I had a coolant leak a few months ago. Had my car towed to Francis and he fixed my car. I haven't had any issues.

I have a 1990 For Ranger that the water pump went out. Francis was able to get my truck in immediately and had is fixed in a day. He really has a great team and I would recommend anyone who needs there car or truck worked on to give them a call. Great Job Guys Thanks so much!!!!!!!!Mark

I have used Francis Marion for all my tire repairs for two years. My neighborhood is in the process of being built up, so there are lots of nails and construction debris in the roadways. This is the fourth time I had a nail in my tire in the past 18 months. Francis Marion actually opened their doors early for me today, and took care of my tire in about 10 minutes. Very nice people working there...I cannot recommend them more highly. Thanks for taking care of me so quickly this morning.

I was having an oil change at another garage before driving to Indiana for Christmas. I was called and told I needed 4 new tires, but that garage could not do it. My son told me about Francis Marion. In spite of the fact that they were closing early for a Christmas party, they ordered the tires and put them on an hour later! On top of that, the tires were 1/2 the price I expected. I consider them my Christmas miracle!!! Thank you so much!

I love Francis Marion. It is hard being a woman to take my car to get fixed without feeling like someone is going to take advantage of me. I have had that happen numerous times, when someone suggested I call Francis Marion. My car had broken down on Church Street and I had steered it into a local shop that was going to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix my car. Francis Marion immediately came and towed my car for very little money, gave me a fair assessment of my vehicle, and fixed it promptly. I even sent a thank you note after! Even though their shop is now a little bit of a drive away from me, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. They are great people to work with and they care about their customers.

I would like to show my appreciation to this business. After dealing with tire/vibration problems (another local business put new tires on my car and chose not to stand by their work), I finally found an HONEST auto business. These guys were up front with me, polite and professional. They not only found the problem but also offered a most cost effective solution. I can not thank them enough for their GREAT work, they will get all of my business going forward.

Falsely charged! I left my car for an oil change, came back after a couple hours, paid and was pulling out of the parking lot when a guy chased me down to tell me that he had not done the oil change. They had failed to communicate and charged me for the service they did not even do. I had to get refunded. They did not request my contact info so if that honest man had not gotten my attention I would have been charged falsely and ran my car on dirty oil thinking I had new oil.

Beware of these guys... I see many 5 star reviews, but this is no where near a 5 star place. Not going to give too many details here, but charged me for a brake job, and days later the brakes failed. 4 trips back they still weren't fixed and i was thrown out of his shop after the 4th visit. Finally got around to doing them myself and the RR pads and drum were destroyed. The hardware wasn't installed properly and the pads were not new!. Hardware springs missing on the LR and the parking brake cable not even attached. Very dangerous! I could've killed someone or myself with the break failure! No room for this kind of incompetence and dishonesty... I am a professional mechanic and I had THEM repair the brakes because I was building a house and didn't have the time or place to do them myself at the time...

The best place for tires and brakes. I have been using these guys for years. They give the best prices on tires and brakes. They do stay busy but I would prefer to wait and know it's done right......

These morons left my vehicle in a parking lot with key in floor all day 12 hrs to be exact. They told me they were on the way but apparently his drivers can't see very well. Because they did not see car in the middle of parking lot, had me thinking my daughters car had been stolen what a bunch of idiots. I'm definitely filing a complaint, I've never dealt with such incompetence.

Well they actually were not equipped to help with servicing my 1986 Corvette but the service man was very helpful in sending me to someone who could help. Customer service rules.
