These guys are the best! Honest and know what they re doing. A local dealer told us our son s car needed an engine without taking anything apart to look. HALT tore down the top and determined it was a timing chain issue. Highly recommend these guys!!

Always a great experience with HALT! They are very thorough and provide detailed feedback and pictures related to any issues that they find when servicing your vehicle. I appreciate this and also appreciate that they give realistic recommendations for repairs.I trust their knowledge and will continue to bring my HONDA vehicles to them, especially as I add more miles to them : )

The staff at Halt are top-notch! They took me in even though I did not have an appointment, which I really appreciated. They also are willing to explain whatever issue your car is having so that even a person who is not mechanically inclined can understand.

First Class Halt is a great place to get your car serviced. They did a thorough inspection and sent pictures of things they saw that would need attention. They only did the required maintenance and then gave detailed costs of the other items so I could decide later what I wanted them to do. I will continue to be a client.

Logan refused to help me because I was providing my own genuine parts from a dealer. He was disappointed he couldn t markup the price costs. Automatic 1 star review in my book. Do better. If something were to go wrong with the parts the dealer would warranty them. There is no excuse for this other than greed. There s many shops to choose from. I don t need my time wasted or to be insulted or prices marked up. Update he reached out to my phone number asking to remove the review. I declined. Best of luck to you.

Thanks to my dad, a 20+ year diesel mechanic, I can be a tough customer for car repairs. First Class Halt understood that. Logan and Chris spoke to me directly, answered all my technical questions, and provided multiple options without any sales tactics. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who owns a Honda, Acura, Lexus or Toyota.

Amazing customer service on difficult warranty fuel injection system issue. Dropped car off, they called and paid to Uber me home, spent hours troubleshooting, did not charge me, if issue surfaced again, they said get towed back and they would pay for tow!!! Never seen someone stand by their work like HALT Full five star rating!!!

HALT has worked on my 2005 Tundra a couple of times so far. Work is done on time and at the estimated cost given before repairs.Had a bad vibration when on the highway that a couple other mechanics could not figure out. HALT took care of it the first time.Truck drives and feels like new after service.HALT is highly recommended.

Very customer oriented. Didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. Went in assuming I needed new brakes. Was given a thorough explanation of how much wear and how much was still available on my brakes. Anywhere else would have charged me for new brakes. Feel secure my vehicle is in good hands - will definitely be returning.

I brought my 2024 4runner in for its first oil change to get the factory oil and shavings from being built out of the engine first time ever using first class halt and I got to hand it to them no scratches no oil on my vehicle very knowledgeable on all that they service here I'll definitely continue to come back usually like to wait on my vehicle they had a lobby and they didn't mind me staying..... Thank you guys for the outstanding job.....

First Class Halt was the 4th shop that had looked at my Lexus 460L trying to locate the source of a rattle/knock. Where other shops just added parts without solving the problem, FCH located the issue and fixed what only needed to be repaired. They were very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

Took highlander for oil change and inspection dropping off with no engine faults the last 7 years. Left HALT after service complete and fault light triggered in less than 10 miles but HALT denied they could have caused it and were more interested in a $150 diagnostic fee to assess what was not broken when I dropped it off. It was an oxygen sensor. Was it just bad timing, who knows, but is an odd coincidence . Am Highly disappointed they were more interested in another fee when the car just left their shop. Will never return any of my 5 vehicles and my friends will learn the same.

We heard a lot of good things & we were looking forward to our experience. But it was a little disappointing. I had my car assessed then we dropped it off at a later date to fix the brakes/tires. On our second visit they were supposed to order my new tires which would arrive 3-5 business days later. There was a mix up & the order was never placed. I called 2 weeks later to inquire & they then placed the order (they did apologize). On our third drop off my new tires were placed. I had to wait with 2 small kids longer than expected for it to be ready (I dropped it off the night before and it wasn t ready until almost 5 but I was told it would be 415. Otherwise I never would ve been dropped off with my 2 children if I knew I d have to wait almost 45 minutes.) 2 days after the new tires were put on they had low tire pressure, even though they were brand new tires & I assume were checked. From what we had heard we were assuming it would be an easier process & we were just disappointed with how complicated it was. We will be retuning to our previous auto shop for my next service.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I received second opinion on my vehicle problems from you. I chose you because of your professionalism. You acted on my request 1st and then addressed my other issues. The cost was less and the repairs were completed timely. I did not feel hustled. So far so good regarding finished work. I did not appreciate the dealership handling of my request.

Beyond pleased. After shopping around for quite a bit, including visits to the dealership i bought my honda from over a decade ago.I was relieved to get on the schedule with Logan, Aldo and First Class Halt as they provided a reasonable alternative for my Honda-to replace my transmission with a reconditioned one AND w/ an unlimited mile 2 year warranty.Communication, scheduling, explanation of any additional concerns were spot on and it shows in the quality of the work in replacing a transmission, fluids, pressure gauge and making sure it is all aligned and cycled with fresh parts and fluid. I will be going back to service my other vehicles and highly recommend speak with Logan, Aldo, and staff for your Honda Acura Lexus and Toyota repair and svc needs.

Amber and Brian were absolutely wonderful! What a nice place to get my oil changed and it was completed in a very timely manner! They are very knowledgeable and I will be back! If your Honda, Acura, Lexus or Toyota needs to have work done one it, I highly recommend them. Bonus, they have a shuttle service that is complimentary from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

First Class Halt is "FIRST CLASS" Erik followed up via phone call after servicing our vehicle and we received a card in the mail. We have never received this type of treatment before coming here. We will be returning very soon. We call this THE GOLD STANDARD!!!!

The very first day that I took my Toyota to HALT, they told me I had $9000 worth of repairs needed. The Kelley blue book for the car is $7390. They took almost a full week, and I had to repeatedly call them about the status of my vehicle. But I continued with him. They fix my alternator when I got back there s a check engine light on. They said well that ll be another $174 for diagnostics. I said you had the car. Do not take your vehicle to these people. They will always up-sale additional repairs. But their work is of quality. You can t trust them!

I have drove by this place a few times, and never really noticed what it was found it on Google, but I have to say this place was one of my best experiences with a mechanic. Everyone was very professional, and great to work with. I was amazed at how fast they were getting my car in and diagnosing the problem And getting my car back to me will definitely be doing business again with them

I would love to review the car repair but Crystal only wanted to interrupt and brag on her 35 years experience. She never even asked what kind of car l owned. I have no problems trying a different location but I need for her to stay far away from my TOYOTA.

I've been using this company for about 2 years now and they've been fantastic. We tried a couple of other local companies when we first moved to the area, but I'm pretty sure they have a customer for life now as long as we have a compatible vehicle :). The team is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the labor pricing is very reasonable, and the most important thing is that they're trustworthy. It can be difficult to find that in a mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you have a Lexus, new or used, this is where you need to have it serviced. Logan and the mechanics took great care of my GS 350 for my 100k service and brake repair. Highly recommend.
