This was my second service appointment on my Bronco since taking ownership. My first experience was awful, but I won t fret on that, this time around was a complete 180. I didn t have very high expectations after my first visit, but Fairway s employee Joe is an outstanding adviser and was extremely communicative and professional throughout my entire appointment. My vehicle had to stay overnight a few days, but Joe was sure to get me a rental so I wasn t stranded. They performed all the required recall issues, and returned my vehicle in great shape. I must also commend the Valet service team for their outstanding work and communication with me about both picking up and delivering my vehicle back. Kudos to the entire Service team at Fairway for making great strides in their goal of providing the best Ford service in the upstate! You ve earned a lifelong customer and I look forward to working with Joe and the team for many years to come!

I didn't have a good 1st experience here. I gave myself a little time before I submitted this review but I am still angry! The biggest thing is my center console was broken after I took my car in for a different repair. The console was fine when I dropped the car off. I picked the car up because the part I needed was on order for next day. I didn't catch the broken console until I got home and opened it. It was broken!!! I know I didn't do it but couldn't prove it. Next day I brought it back and said something but nothing was done. They dismissed me. I will never go there again. Sad cause if I broke the console beforehand I would have ask Ford to fix it. They didn't even fix my initial problem correctly the 1st time. Had to drive back up to get it fixed again. Wasted a good bit of two of my mornings. I truly don't expect them to reply to this after this incident based off how they dismissed me earlier. Just a shame I can't do business with people I can't trust!!! I don't trust them at all!!!

In my 30 years being a car owner. I have never purchased a vehicle over the internet without first viewing the car in person. I reside in Atlanta but I purchased my vehicle from Fairway Ford in Greenville SC. Let me tell you, this was one of the easiest and best car purchases of my life people! All this made possible by my salesman Mr. RANCEY CARTER & His Team! They gave me a great price, cleaned the vehicle, filled the tank with gas and delivered it to me in Atlanta (mind you all this occurred in one day)! Best dealership I have done business with hands down! No lies, No hounding No hustling, No hidden fees! Simply awesome people!!! If you see negative comments above or below, take it with a grain of salt people. This dealership is the Truth Ruth!!

Oil change visit. Service and staff excellent!Parking, rather squeeze in....terrible! I drive an F-450 dually, and mine is small compared to the box trucks, etc...Ford really needs to create more space!Otherwise, great service!

The actual work completed for me in the service department was great. The service on the other hand was not great. They took 7.5 hours to complete my standard oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 8am and my truck was not ready until 3:30pm. I was overcharged on the price and Jason in the service department said he would credit my credit card for the difference but never did. I will find somewhere else to get my service completed in the future.

I had a wonderful buying experience at this dealership today, especially with Spencer Pipitt. I went in there at the end of last week. I was very straightforward with what I was looking for, and what I wanted my payment to be. No hassle, no games. Spencer was able to make it happen, and I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. Today i took delivery and he went through every detail of the car with me. If you're looking for a new Ford, go see Spencer! You won't regret it!

Service manager Chris was fast, polite and my car ready to go at the time he stated. I like that - something you can count on. I was not pressured to add other service to my car and I liked that too, customer getting exactly what they wanted.

Kent, who claims to be the sales manager at this location. I don t see how he could be based on his behavior, was disrespectful and rude to me and a friend who purchased a car from their dealership. He had questions and concerns about his vehicles reliability and was looking for information on another car, to which he shrugged off and said who would trade a ford for a Honda to which I then interjected and simply asked about the motor and some problems that it s proven to have. To which he asked are you a ford technician? instead of being a professional he responded emotionally like a child. Overall I m impressed. It only took him five minutes to lose a customer.

I brought my 2008 Ford Ranger (which I have been driving since new) for tune-up service because I prefer to trust my vehicle to their own technicians. Upon paying almost $400 (which I did without hesitation) for just replacing the cables, spark plugs, oil (which the oil they put is not fully synthetic like I always prefer) and filter. I was expecting to have at least a diagnostic check and receive additional service recommendations, which I did not. Upon driving my truck back home, it was "jerking" ocassionally as if losing power due to a faulty spark plug, fuel pump, or dirty filter (I am not a mechanic, but can point possible causes). I ask my service technician why no one noticed if it should have been test driven once the work was performed. I received my vehicle more than 2 hours later than agreed time. Then was referred to the "transmission" department to schedule service and was told the earliest time available was on February! All I wanted was to receive my truck back in perfect conditions regardless of the required repair costs...

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jason Tollison was amazing. Dealerships in my area were no comparison to Fairway Ford. Jason's professionalism, kindness, and knowledge made driving two hours to buy my Mustang more than worth it. I absolutely love my car!!Update: If you contact them later regarding an issue with your car, don't expect a response from them.

Poor service, poor communication. Was not informed of a warranty extension that would have saved us thousands of dollars until after we no longer qualified for coverage, and they had the nerve to propose $3,500 of repairs for problems previously undetected despite several rounds of inspections and maintenance. To make matters worse, although I was the name on the service account and the owner of the car, they directed their communications primarily to my husband as I tried to express my dissatisfaction. Fred Sizemore, the service center manager, even went so far as to ask me to stop talking at one point in the conversation. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

UPDATE:Fairway Ford pulled it out in the end and did the ethical thing with my deposit and I appreciate it.Gavin Hutchington who I understand is the GM came through and reached out, had a detailed conversation, followed up often and asked additional questions as needed which was very much appreciated.Fairway Ford has earned my business back and am loving my Ford Lightning!

7/14/23 Five star service from Fairway Ford by my Service Advisor Tyler Benoit. I was in and out in a little over 1 1/2 hours. Tyler was able to get my GPS updates loaded & my CV axle replaced in addition to my scheduled annual maintenance. Love the service here especially the well trained and knowledgeable staff like Tyler & Scott Earls!!Tef *******************7/24/22 Visited the Fairway Ford Service department today for scheduled service. Had an excellent experience with my advisor David Ramirez on my 2015 Ford Escape.He was courteous and answered all my questions explaining every diagnostic recommendation.I had my coolant topped off, tires rotated, oil changed, a multipoint inspection, transmission fluid & filter kit, fuel injection service, brake fluid exchange service, & replaced engine air filter. Total cost $607.30. The clerk at checkout was Kayla a very professional and friendly young lady.I was in by 3:30 p.m. & out by 5 p.m. very pleased with my service.Tef**************11/22/21Great service on my car. Service manager Ivan was wonderful in taking care of my car's needs. Always done promptly and good value.tef

Fairway Ford sales and servicing have always been very accommodating and they listen to the needs of the customer. Then they follow through completely with whatever is asked to ensure the highest quality experience. Prior to my experiences with them, I had been to several other dealers in the Upstate and Fairway Ford is my number choice for sales and service.

Sales Manger Kent, was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He refused to provide requested information regarding the dealership policies. I asked for the general manager and he literally told me no. While on the phone, he continued to speak over me, didn t listen to what I was requesting, then hung up immediately.

I was very pleased with the Service Department on the care of my 21 Ford Escape. I didn t wait long for my car to have the oil changed and maintenance. Everyone was nice and friendly.I would highly recommend Fairway s Service Department for your maintenance on your vehicle. I would rate them a 10+!

This was my last pre-paid visit to Fairway Ford. I bought the service plan with my 2015 Mustang and this visit was the first time that I was offered a ride to a shopping center nearby. Everyone during this last visit was very nice and service oriented but all the other visits when I waited for my service made me wish I had not bought the service plan with Fairway. I also did not realize that the service plan was not for all Ford dealerships. Shame on me for not asking enough questions before I bought it. All things considered this last trip was great but not great enough for me to buy another car there or recommend them.
