Very, very happy with my experience with Fairway Auto Body. The work done was excellent, Daniel and Clayton did a great job of keeping me informed of when my car would be ready and where it was in the process all along the way. My BMW looked great when it was all done. Much appreciated. I will recommend your services to my family and friends.

Fairway wants 5 Stars so here's 5 Stars for the Body shop. FBS did a good job fixing my Explorer after some dingbat ran a stop sign and hit my car. USAA is a POS but FBS worked with them to do me right. As a disabled veteran I appreciate FBS... USAA can go to hell for all I care. Anyone want to purchase a 2019 Explorer XLT?

They did a good job on my mustang id recommend them to anyone and got done in a decent amount of time too. My only complaints are insurance not covering to blend other panels. You see in pictures if you look close enough color is slightly off hopefully with time from sun exspoure itll match up better. So just know insurance doesnt cover it so pay outta pocket if you want other panels blended. My other complaint is the reason why i gave a 4 star instead of 5 they kinda made a mess in the engine bay with coolant so i had to clean that. But other then that good body work the gaps in panels even seem to be pretty spot on.

The team at Fairway did an amazing job wit my Subaru and finished 10 days earlier than expected. Derek was super helpful with my insurance company and making sure to keep me informed about the process as well as keeping my best interest at the forefront. I would highly these guys to anyone.

I had damage to the hood of my truck. They fixed it in the allotted time and at the agreed upon price. They blended the color very well. You can t tell there were any issues.

During an apparently busy season for auto body repairs, this was the only place willing to take my car in at late notice and willing to work with my insurance. Though the turnaround was not very quick (dealing with insurance ), they patched my car up very nicely and I have no complaints. Will be keeping this place in mind if (knock on wood) I ever need a repair again.

Made me waste 1/2 of my day planning to come here, drop off my truck and arrange for someone to pick me up. Was told that they would not service or estimate me because my vehicle is older than 2018. Talked to my insurance provider and they were surprised that they denied me. What kind of Body shop is this then? As a business owner myself this is unnecessary and all they had to do was simply call me and tell me this before I wasted myself and my partners morning. I'll Keep this experience in mind going forward.

(I did not include picture of all fish eyes)They did an OK job on my Type R, I say ok because the car has gone there 3 different times for re work. Fender that was replaced, damaged A pillar on install of fender, fender vents were damaged during re work, fish eyes all over the door that was painted, impurities in the clear coat which means a dirty work environment, paint over spray from paint (things not properly covered) door seam not properly repaired, my side mirror cover was not repaired the first time, then broken completely when removing for paint, they(shop paid for) had to buy a new one and a sensor for keyless entry that they damaged. Car had to go back and get those things replaced, then I noticed some fish eyes on the door, car went back in and the fish eyes were not repaired and there is still impurities in the clear coat. Moral of the story take it somewhere where they will be proud to put some quality work, not just a body shop that's there to make money.Edit March 9th, no one has reached out to talk to me to fix these issues that reply on here is a lie. You guys have all my info and last time I left I told ashleigh to have Daniel call me that day. Which he didn't and you guys wanna reply, we've reached out. So unprofessional.Edit: March 28th took my vehicle to get detailed and the detailer did not service it because upon a vehicle walk around we noticed the right fender vent that was replaced was not properly installed and just hangs there by im not sure what. It is now dangling around.Edit: May 20th Car went back in, vent has been fixed as best as possible, I'm not completely happy but at least they tried and owned up to their mistakes. Updated to 3 stars. They have some new staff so hopefully they change thing around..Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Communication was bad. Work was decent, but not 100% complete. Got the vehicle back a week after they were supposedly done with repairs, which is super awesome when you're paying for a rental.

I am not happy with this place. I inquired about a replacement part for my car over a week ago and no one ever called back or emailed me about it. Furthermore I was told by the insurance company that they do not work on cars older than 2012. Where on your website do you say this but yet you have vehicles for sale on your website older than 2010. Please be upfront and honest with people and do not treat people like they are underneath you just because they don't have the latest model vehicle.

The team at Fairway Auto Body kept me informed throughout the entire process while my vehicle was in their shop. Everyone was incredibly considerate, accommodating, and professional. From the receptionist to the head technician, Fairway Ford crew did an excellent job on repairing our car after an accident plus replacing 22 year old front fenders that had become discolored. I recently brought my vehicle to Fairway Auto Body for repair after a small accident. My experience was extremely positive. Derek and Ashley were both awesome! Derek provided wonderful customer service down to the smallest details. I appreciate his dedication to the customer. Ashley also made the process easy through great communication with me. If you want your vehicle to be repaired correctly the first time these are the people that you need to deal with. They have been my number one go to shop when I have had a fender bender. Impeccable workmanship. I have had friends to ask me "hey, I thought that your ca was damaged. Where was it hit:. And my reply was "exactly". I have had this happen time and time again. Now all of my people use them for their vehicles. Don't sleep on these guys.Service: Body & Trim

James and the staff here are 2nd to none! They did whatever it took to ensure that the insurance companies were held accountable and didn't cut any corners. I don't recommend getting in an accident, but if you do I highly recommend Fairway Auto Body.

My 2001 F-150 was showing the miles. Fairway went above and beyond to make my truck look factory fresh. I am extremely pleased with their work! If work is needed in the future work is needed, it will be done by Fairway.April 23,2023 -It is two years later and unfortunately Management has left me no choice but to update this review. I'm still very happy with the work done initially. I called to ask about a small issue that has developed. The issue is some small chipping at the top corner of the drivers side doors. Touch up paint will cover the chips and a suspect a door adjustment will stop it from happening again.That initial call was over a year ago. After placing calls and leaving messages for the manager and agent as well as asking the person who answered the phone to deliver the call back request. The calls have never been returned.I find it very sad that such a small thing led to the management to abandon me as a customer.Service: Body & Trim

Over the holidays my 2019 car with only 5000 miles on it was backed into in a parking lot. The dealership I purchased from recommended Fairway body shop for repair. I quickly made an appointment and had the pleasure of meeting James Turner when I arrived. James made the entire experience seamless. He was kind, patient, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. While waiting for my appointment for the actual repair, someone else gave me a great big ole door ding. Again, I contacted James and he added an additional repair to my appointment. Yesterday I picked my car up and couldn t tell it had ever been harmed. I didn t experience a single frustration throughout the entire process and I am forever grateful to James for making this such a great experience. The ladies in the office were excellent too! 5 stars just aren t enough...it was a perfect 10!!!

This place took over 5 and half months to get my car repaired. Had to return it several times due to poor quality. I paid an extra $2500 to have the clear coat cut and polished and they still couldn't get it smooth. After getting my vehicle back the first time with the interior full of paint debris I knew I was in for one hell of a ride. Since then I have had nothing but roubles with the poor quality of workmanship that they provide and ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere to get done what they charged me to doServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Arrived at 9:30 am for an estimate appointment at 10:00am. Had to make the appointment 6 weeks ahead. At 10 I was told someone would be with me soon. Left at 10:15 without seeing anyone. I guess service is not what they do well.

My 2015 Fiesta ST got rear ended and this shop helped me in every way they could and the finished product was like-new! The staff are a pleasure to work with and always made me feel welcome! Place is horrible.1. They took way too long to make simple repairs and every time I called to check in vehicle I was told by Shirley that she had no idea how Ling repairs would take. I asked they give me calls and update me and that never happened.2. They didn t fix my car properly. Had me come pick it up and the car still was not fixed.3. The inside of my car has a nasty fume smell I m guessing from the paint job. I ve had body work/paint work in my car before and never had this issue4. Their suggestion for finishing the repairs on my car is to bring it back and they will put a donut tire on my car for 48-72 hours while they finish repairs. How about since you messed it up the first time you put me in a rental.Never go to this placeServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Took car here to get repair done after being in a wreck. Insurance totally the car, but I bought it back. When I received the car back the spare tire, and back bumper did not come back with the car as I was informed that it would be. I reach out to Fairway Ford to see if they still had the parts so I could have it repair on my own. I called on a Friday about 10:00 am spoke with Ashely and she said she would give me a call back with information that day. No call back. I went by on Tuesday about 11:00 on my lunch break and spoke with Justin Ross. I informed him of the issue and he said he would give me a call back. I asked him would it be the same day or later on this week? He said he would give me a call back the same day. No call back. So now it s Friday again, so before I went to work I stop by Fairway again. The Sweet Lady at the front desk was very courteous to me, and said she would have the owner call me when he came in. He called me about 11:30 am, and again I tried explaining what the issue was. He told me that I was trying to place blame on them for my parts not being with my car, and it not there issue any longer. Instead of saying I apologize for the confusion, but when they towed the car we were not informed that the parts that we took off where to go back with the car, so we trashed them. However ALL of this could have ended with ONE phone call back to me! How I m I supposed too know if nobody ever called me back? The take away is Fairway Ford needs to go back and review what customers service is!Service: Body & Trim

Do not let them work on your car. Please read all the other negative reviews before making your decision. Our car was in an accidental and sent to the body shop for repair, covered by our insurance. It was there for 19 weeks. Weeks! Not days. Every couple of weeks they'd find more repairs to do and more reasons to bill the insurance company. I understand that as they take parts off for inspection, more issues might be found. But nothing should have taken this long. Communication was horrible. The only person that knew anything about the car was never around and never answered our calls. And because they decided to use parts not approved by our insurance company, they were asking for more money than what was agreed upon (over 17K!), which our insurance company refused to pay to get our car back. So after the 19 weeks, our car became a total loss because the repair cost was over 75% of what the car was worth. What's more upsetting is that in order for them to release the vehicle to our insurance company, they had to pay them the full amount. So in the end, the body shop got their way. Fairway Auto Body Repair has gone through a management transition to get things back on track. I had to wait much longer for the minor bodywork on my car to be done then I was originally told (8 days versus a day and a half). However once the new manager, Andy Engalls, was made aware that I was left hanging with no communication and no car, he set about making it right. My car looks great, I was very happy with the customer service, and I am pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Fairway Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had the best service out of any body shop I have ever worked with here. They treated me with respect and helped me get my car from my daily driver to my show car. Top notch service and the work was as if they were doing their own personal car. If you want to have a job done that just leaves you with smiles and excitement this is your place!

Took my vehicle to get work done after it was damaged by another driver. The adjuster at Fairway seemed irritated he had to come to the front at my request to go over the damage done to my vehicle and my concerns. Called Fairway several times to get updates because I had not been informed as to any status updates regarding my vehicle. The front office staff were not friendly and seemed bothered by my inquiry. One lady placed me on hold for an extended time then had to call me back. She was argumentative and dismissive in attitude. Received no answers and was told to leave a message for the Fairway adjuster. No one called me back. Was told by the insurance adjuster vehicle would be ready on a Monday. Called Fairway on Monday after not hearing anything, left message with Fairway adjuster and got no return call. Insurance adjuster told me he was told by the Fairway adjuster it would be ready the next day. Called the next day and was told that the Fairway adjuster was at lunch and the lady in front office would call me back between 1:30 and 2:30. Never received the call back. Had to call insurance adjuster so he could get answers as to the status of my vehicle. Was told again it would be ready later that day early next morning. No calls next day. Called at 5:07pm today to Fairway to be placed on extended hold to finally be told it would be ready in 20 mins. Got to the business 10 mins before they closed. No one went over the car to see if I was happy with the work, was handed keys and paperwork and told have a nice day. Very unprofessional, rude and lacks communication among employees as well as with customers. I choose this place due to a previous experience that was over and above. Sadly it one takes one bad experience to turn away any future business for me. I will not bring any vehicle I ever own back to this business. I hope you take this review and use it as a training tool to better for employees and they way they interact with your customers. The only complaint with the actual work that was done is to the right rear tail light that was scuffed when it was hit. They buffed out the scuff to make it smooth, but you can still see the marks. I do not call this a repair to its natural pre-accident state. If the adjuster would have been available at time of pick up to go over the repairs he would have been informed about this. We lingered in the parking lot looking over the vehicle so there was plenty of time for someone to come out and greet us. I hope this review gives you some insight and helps better your business interactions.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
