Great service! I went in there to get my TPMS sensors changed. At first, the light was still on a week after I got it changed. So then I went back again to get it fixed. They were able to explain in detail what was happening with the sensors and were able to reprogram it. They were able to fix the issue and got me in and out pretty quick without an appointment. Would definitely come back here again if there are any other problems that come up with my car in the future.

Took my wife s Audi in for an oil change. Should have left when the guy couldn t figure out how to release the hood latch. We watched him suck just under 4 qts of oil out (the car holds 5.5 qts). He then fills it back up and tells us we re good to leave. I asked him how much oil he put in the car to which he replied 5.5 qts. I asked him why he put that much in when he only took out under 4 qts. He freaked out and immediately called for his buddy to come over and try to explain to me that the car was so low on oil that it only had that amount in it. There s no way the car wouldn t have had a check engine light on if it was 1.5 qts low on oil. It s a late model with less than 50,000 miles on it.We drove home and half way home the car alerts that the oil is overfilled and needs some oil removed. I ended up taking out 1.5 qts of oil and it s still at the very top of the range. These are not trained workers by any means. Ifa customer doesn t know what to look for they could do some serious damage to your cars engine. 108$ for a mess that I had to fix when I got home.

Our go-to for oil changes. Destiny was thorough with her explanation of everything done on my vehicle and even checked my engine filter - not done very often. I'll come back for oil changes due to her kindness. Had a bit of an issue with rudeness at the repair shop due to the website allowing us to make an appointment yet they didn't have our tires In-stock and told us we could "drive to their other location"...Umm, sir NO, we came for TIRES for a reason, yet NTB was more than accommodating and across the street. 5 stars for Destiny and the oil change crew, ZERO for the repair shop.

This is my favorite place to get an oil change. Super quick and professional and the staff is great.Jacob helped save me some money the other day on windshield wipers and I'm extremely thankful!

Josh and Jacob were friendly and helpful. I always get good service, and the price is cheap too. They re always willing to explain things to me and make sure i m well taken care of. Can t recommend enough for fast, reliable, friendly oil change.

I took my wife's car here on January 6th, 2024 where they did an oil change. Yesterday, January 25th, her car had a bad oil leak! Refusing to go back to the location that did this, we went to the other Express Oil Change on Woodruff Rd (address 1001 Woodruff Rd Greenville, SC 29607) and the mechanic there found that the oil filter wasn't tightened enough!Maybe the 1526 Woodruff Rd location didn't teach him, maybe he was in a hurry, maybe he didn't look for leaks once it was installed----I don't know. Corporate needs to make sure that they tell this location's mechanics to tighten the oil filters, otherwise it'll ruin the customers whole day. I was very disappointed.

Came to get an oil change for a 2017Buick Lacrosse (My name is Shalonda McGowan) the communication was not good the individual who name is Nick did not communicate properly and then he put the oil in the vehicle without asking if I wanted full synthetic or partial. I normally pay the same amount each time that i come and today I ended up paying more than usual. Not sure if Nick is in training or not but he was not good at his communication skills..

I have always used this location to get my oil and basic maintenance done on both my personal and company vehicles when I do not have time to do it myself. They have always been professional and helpful every time I have gone. May miss a screw when putting on the skid plate every once in a while. But I blame that pour design on the manufacturer. Should have know that would be obnoxious.

Great service! Keeling was amazing and the store manager Eric runs a great place. All the techs were smiling and having fun, seemed like a great place to work. Service was fast and efficient, and talk about CHEAP!!! I only paid like $62 for High Mileage Synthetic!! Will definitely be making this my regular stop for any car maintenance. I ve loved coming here for many years, they know me personally, keep great notes about my vehicles, and offer deals. The last time I went I was in a particularly low place in my life and I must say I was touched with the empathy and encouragement my tech Jacob showed. I ve gone here many times over many years for an oil change and a couple of mechanical issues and I ve been satisfied until the other day. I called for a quote and asked how long to replace a serpentine belt for the ac/power steering. I was quoted $140 and an hours time. I said please go ahead and order the part and I would be there the next day at five after I got off work. I called at noon-ish the next day to confirm they got the part and that I could still go. I was told they would get the part from their warehouse down the street when I get there and if I could get there any earlier that would be great. so I left work 30 minutes early. I got there at 4:40 and explained to the guy at the service desk what I needed done. It was clear to me he didn t want to do it. He said the warehouse stops bringing parts at 5:00 and it s cutting it close. but he takes the key to my car and I go sit in the office and 20 minutes later, at 5:00, he comes to me saying they cannot get the part for a couple days and it would cost $317. $150 for labor, $83 and change per belt. He said both belts would need to come off in order to replace the one belt. So I looked it up on YouTube, saw that the belt I needed was the outer belt. So I got the belt for $20 at an auto parts store and it took 30 minutes of my time to replace it. I would have preferred they tell me I could probably do it myself instead of trying to rip me off. I ve had my car for 21 years and I m not trying to spend ridiculous amounts of money when I only plan to keep it another 4-6 months. It was upsetting and stressful to me at the time. As I said, I m not trying to spend that much money. It was disappointing. I liked them.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change
