Had my car done with a full detail and they did a great job. I was very happy with my interior and engine bay and my engine bay was pretty dirty from when a pervious shop did work and left a mess and they cleaned it up well. My car paint was fairly clean when i got it to them but they did alot to get it shiny and cleaner and now most of my paint is way smoother then what it was. Look forward to going back in a few months when it gets warmer to get the full paint correction package. If you need any detailing done id recommend this place and prices are very fair for the work that gets done.

Brock and his team are wonderful. They did everything they said they would do and answered all my questions. As a woman who doesn t know much about cars, I felt like I was in a safe place with honest people. When my partner (who suggested Executive Detail & who knows a lot about cars!) came with me to pick it up, he was thrilled with their work. (His car is next.) I already went back to have several small dents removed and now my 2011 car looks brand new inside and out. Absolutely fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Bought a used car and decided to bring it here to get detailed. Upon being called and told my car was about to be finished I headed over. I asked if I could check out my car before I paid the gentlemen he said yes and proceeded to follow me out to my car as soon as I open my car door the first thing I realize is they didn t even touch my air vents they re still dirty. He said sorry and proceeded to clean them as I continue to find obvious things that should ve been cleaned for $219. My sun visors were dirty and covered with black speckles. There s smudge marks on the inside from where things weren t wiped down thoroughly. There was some random tape on all my inside overhead handle bars which you d expect them to take off and clean when paying so much for what s supposed to be a professional detail but nope they were still there. What they did manage to clean correctly though they did a decent job which is the reason I gave them one star. At the end of the day I feel I didn t get my moneys worth and I m going to have to go over and clean the spots they missed or have someone else detail it. I did sit there for a little and have them clean the obvious spots they missed but when they ve had my car for multiple hours and tell me it s ready to pick up it s not my job to tell them the obvious things they forgot if so they could ve paid me to supervise the workers and tell them how to do their job correctly.Services: Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I had a great experience. The owner and his family are very polite and knowledgeable. I feel they went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I left my car for a buff and wax. When I picked up my car not only did they buff and wax my car but they fully detailed it inside and out. I will be back and I highly recommend them for your detailing needs.

I gave a 2 star rating because the center console was emptied before I took the truck in and it wasn't even vacuumed or wiped out. There was still dirt on the carpet on the floors and my all weather mats were still dirty. I had to pull out the vaccume and rags when I got home to finish the job. For 275 dollars the attention to detail was not what I expected for this price.I even left a 20 percent tip. I wish I had inspected the truck before leaving. Honestly didn't think I would have to for over 300 dollars. I wanted a refund and regret going here.Save your money and go to a 30 solar car wash, do it yourself or be prepared to inspect your vehicle and wait while they redo it and do it correctly.Services: Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

I came here for a full detail shampoo seats and carpet car came back looking excellent. Everyone was nice and even gave me a ride back to the hotel while my car was getting done. I wish I would of took before and after photos. I tried to catch them today before I left town and closed on Sat I will catch them next time.

Went through a DOT road construction site and my car ended up with concrete like mud all over it. Took it to these guys and not only did they fix it but they also informed me I could file a claim with SC DOT. Great team!!

I received a coupon in the mail for this company. And I'm gonna tell y'all my car was filthy. My kids make a mess in the back, my dogs leave fur everywhere when I need to drive them places. I'm not proud of how my car situation was lol but these people did an absolute great job on my Jetta. The hood was so faded before and they waxed it so nice it looks new. I think it was really worth it. They cleaned everything but they did miss my gass door thingy but I'm not mad at all they had a lot of work to do. First off, I will say that my car looks better than what I brought in . but was it $200 better? Absolutely NOT. My husband got me a gift for the executive detail package. We had a 9:30am appointment and was told it would be ready around 3pm. At 4:30pm we still had not heard from them and called to find out when the car would be finished. They said they still had 30 minutes left to finish it up. I really don t know what they were doing in those 30 minutes but they were not working on any detailing. We were unimpressed from an initial look through but as I drove back home and got an even closer look, I was really disappointed. There were areas that were not even wiped down that were noticeable just from my driver's seat perspective. The pictures I provide are what I took on my way home. Here s the thing I pay roughly $30 at a local carwash to have their superior wash all the time. What I got from Executive Detail was no better than what I get for $30 at the local car wash. While the car looks better than it did I expect waaaay more than what I got for $200 - you know like a DETAILED service? Save your money folks and go somewhere else that gets the same job done at a fraction of the price.

I took my Subaru WRX STI to Executive Detail and was more than satisfied with the work done to it. They took great care of my car, and called me to give me updates as the time went by. I got the Executive Compound package, and when I brought my car in, it had some noticeable swirl marks, but when I came to pick it up, the paint looked brand new! Even though there were some spots where it was very hard to work on, they even gave me suggestions on how to get it fixed up in the future, and told me that if I had any problems or concerns, they would correct it hassle free. I highly recommend you come here if you need some detail work done, and I definitely will be coming back.

Highly recommend executive detail! Brandon took care of my car. Very impressed with the work and the customer service! I needed them for an emergency with my interior getting drenched from the rain. I got their voicemail on the first call but they called back quickly & were able to work with me and get me in when other detailing shops could not. They were great with communicating the steps of the process & any questions/concerns I had. Will use them in the future.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

After using several headlight restoration kits from Advance Auto and not getting desired results I went to this business after seeing their sign out front. It was well worth it. They did an excellent job on the headlight lenses on my Range Rover. Thank you guys very much. The price was well worth it. I will be back. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

I had a very tall order; I'm extremely hard to please - they did all that I asked and more. Truck looks like it's brand new (when I show folks the picture, they think it's off the showroom floor as opposed to it being 5 years old). Went with the Executive 5 package...even waxed inside the door panels.

I highly recommend this place for your detail needs from car to boat! I had a ton of water spots and acid rain on my car and they got it back to new looking and I was impressed! Friendly and Respectful and very reasonable prices so try them first before you spend double somewhere else! I'm very Picky BTW.

I was given a gift certificate for this place. Scheduling was fine. And they did a really good job. The package I was supposed to get was a #5. According to the brochure I had and their website that was to include the headliner and the fender wells being cleaned as well as a clay treatment. None of those last 3 were done. When I picked up the car, the guy helping me said he'd do a clay treatment for an additional $75. Again, what they did was great. Engine was cleaned. The carpets, seats and dash looked good.

They did awesome job detailing both my wife's car and mine at a great price. The cars looked showroom new again both inside and out. We almost didn't want to drive them so as not to get them dirty. Thanks Executive Detail!

I'll start by saying this is the first time I've ever had any vehicle professionally detailed, so maybe my expectations are higher than they should be.My wife booked a detailing for my F-150 for our anniversary. Dropped the truck off around 8:30, picked it up around 3:30. We paid for their Executive Detail package ($275, $190 with coupon). For that amount of time and price, I expected the truck to be cleaner than anything I could do in a couple of hours in my driveway. My truck looked good from a distance, but once I took a closer look, there are a lot of things that seemed missed or just poorly attempted.I've had scratch guards on my door edges and under the door handles since the truck was new. Those had a lot of dirt around and trapped under them, so I removed them the night before taking it to Executive Detailing. I expected all of this to be cleaned off, but it doesn't look like any of those areas were touched.The second thing I noticed was the glass. It appears they tried to clean the glass but left it wet, leaving a ton of spots on every window and the windshield.On the outside of the truck, there are still a ton of dirty spots on the front grill and bumper, dead bugs and such, and still dirt and bits of leaves in the window edges. The paint also feels gritty. It almost seems like they started to wash the exterior, did the initial rinse to get the big stuff, but then quit. It doesn't seem like the hand wash that is supposed to be part of the Executive Detail package was completed. The truck was definitely not hand waxed (also supposedly included in the package).I will say they did a good job on the interior upholstery and plastic. It all looks brand new now and smells great. They also did a pretty good job on the wheels and tires. They're all spotless and shiny.I would have asked them to correct all of the things mentioned above before I took the truck home, but my ride had already left. Plus, if it took them 7 hours to basically shampoo the interior and put some tire shine on, how long would I have had to sit there for them to finish the harder parts of the detail?I will definitely be going elsewhere next time.Services: Full body wash, Tires, Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

We took my wife's car to Executive Detail today. Great customer service. Fair price. Even fixed a small tear in a seat cover. The car is like new. I've taken 2 vehicles here over the past month and this crew has exceeded all of my expectations! Brandon has phenomenal customer service and went above and beyond to insure I understood the process (it was my first time getting a car/SUV detailed) and provided solutions to the issues I had with each vehicle. Great value for the work done - will certainly be returning. Brock has great personality and has been open I think 28 years. Was a little disappointed on the detail given to my running boards on Mercedes SUV and a couple of stains left on the carpet which should have come out. I did take two other cars and plan to take one more for which I received a discount for doing multiple cars.

After 2 years of owning my car and searching for a detail shop to wax it I found executive detail I came in after they opened and they were able to get me done same day will definitely be coming back to have them take care of my car

5 year old mini van with light grey leather seats. They did a great job! Cleaned the tracks for the back seats, made the leather look almost brand new, could not have done a better job on it. Outside was so shiny it looked brand new. Friendly staff especially Harley their shop bird haha thanks guys!

Manager or owner was very short and the car was not done properly for what friend paid for?? Outrageous prices for service!! Been there before for my car and same thing!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

We recently purchased a used van that needed a lot of cleaning inside of it. The back doors had a ton of raildust on it and a local body shop said it would be $2000 to fix it. We were content to leave it as it was. When we picked up the van for the interior cleaning, Brandon mentioned that they would be able to clean up the raildust with a full exterior detailing for $275. My husband didnt believe they could do it so Brandon showed us the process and we immediately made an appointment for the next week.The interior detailing experience was great, it's a big vehicle so there were 1 or 2 small spots they missed but they redid those areas when we brought it back in and get them done.As far as the exterior, we were amazed. They even polished and waxed the roof of our medium-top van(which many places wont do). The raildust was all gone. So much of of the dirt and grime and mildew on the exterior was gone. Brandon and his team were wonderful to deal with - their prices were fair, they encouraged us to check our vehicle and bring up any areas of concern or questions to them. The van looks amazing and we are so thankful!We plan on regularly taking the van to Executive Detailing.

Great customer service and exceptional work for a very reasonable price. My car was flawlessly detailed inside and out within a few hours. It looked better when I picked it up than the day I drove it off the lot. I can t recommend Executive Detail enough.

Mediocre Detail, Executive Pricing. I brought in my car for the Executive Detail (Package #5) and after leaving it with them a few hours, I came to pick it up only to find that they missed a big spot in the back. The rear view mirror wasn't cleaned and there were some bugs in the back windshield near the speakers. Yes, they cleaned out my car better than when I brought it in but the quality was not executive. If you're debating whether or not you should try it, I'd recommend you go with their cheapest wash option first and then seeing if their other products are worth it.
