They are family-owned and very professional. I knew I found the perfect place for repairs from the initial greeting to the finished product. They kept me up to date on how things were progressing on my vehicle, which I really appreciated. The craftsmen who did the repairs on my vehicle they are the best.

This place is the best. From customer relationships to actual quality work. Everyone there is a highly skilled person in their job. The place is a well oiled machine. I would return to this body shop any time I have a need. I hope I don t have a need. Love this family.

From start to finish, Eagle Body Works was truly impressive. They communicate well and give frequent updates. They are fair and considerate. Their work is exceptional and they finished before the expected time of completion. I truly wish there were more businesses to operated as well as they do!! Their customer service is 5 !!

No one ever wants to have to use a collision or body shop. But the experience at Eagle was phenomenal. From the estimate through the delivery, the team at Eagle gave me a ton of information and helped me walk through the process. While I really hope, I never need to use them again I will not hesitate to if needed. Definitely, a true five star company.

Extremely professional from start to finish with high quality work. My car is all fixed up and looking much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Paint matching can be tricky but they nailed it, looks perfect!

This was our 2nd opportunity to have our car repaired by EAGLE. Our experience has been excellent. Eagle was very thorough with all the information up front and when we picked our car up. Eagle notified us through each stage of the repair. Excellent and very professional.

On November 2nd, my wife and daughters were involved in an accident caused by a rock falling off a dump truck, resulting in the breakage of the passenger's side window. I went to EBW and had a great experience! The staff is very friendly and they were able to completely accommodate my schedule. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and had my car ready 2 days early. The work they did looks great and my car is good as new. I would recommend EBW to anyone in the Greenville area who would like to get their car serviced.

Hands down the best body shop/paint shop around. And the customer service is like no other. They were so nice, they continued to call me to keep me informed about everything being done to my car and asked if it was okay to move on to the next set. I didn t have to chase them down to find out info about my car being fix. They gave me an estimate of when my car would be done and they where right on target. My car looks better than ever before the accident. Much respect to these guys at Eagle Body Works. This is how you do business.

Was told by receptionist and production manger Chris that they cannot paint brand new oem parts because they are too busy, it s not worth their time, they only do insurance jobs, and they cannot guarantee quality. Brand new sealed Lexus parts straight from the dealer.. awful customer service. They turned down a simple cash job for a new bumper cover and trunk. The search for a reputable local bodyshop continues.

From getting the estimate to picking up the completed car this process was easy, professional and efficient. My rental car was even brought to me here and I was able to return to the Body Shop.

Amazing job, after getting the side of my car destroyed and being scared to death of it being totaled these guys made it all better, paint 100% matches and it's like it never even happened. Couldn't be more impressed and satisfied with the overall quality and customer service. They kept me apprised every step of the way until completion, and even returned my rental for me. 5 stars isn't enough.

I took my car to Eagle back early March, My car sustained damages from colliding with a Deer. Robert performed my estimate. He was SUPER friendly and thorough. I received calls each week giving me an update on the progress of my vehicle. Once I received my car back last Friday (5/27/22), my car looked the same as before the damages. They did an outstanding job with the repairs and the paint job was phenomenal. It matched to a "T". I would highly recommend Eagle for any repairs needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had some minor damage, approx. $2,000, repaired that involved several panels from my garage door closing on vehicle. They did a great job and truly cared about me being happy. I am very particular. Then they painted a side mirror for me from another car, a job so small that I could not find anyone to do it. They were happy to help out. Now, unfortunately, I collided with a deer and have some pretty major damage. I will be using them again. I highly recommend them. Eagle Body Works repaired my vehicle and the experience was great! They made the process easy. The repair was completed a day early, Jennifer explained the rental car process, they did an EXCELLENT job repairing my vehicle, and it was a pleasure working with everyone. 5 stars simply doesn t do this business justice! I hit a deer about a month ago and GEICO wasn t much help so it fell on me to coordinate a body shop and repairs and such. From the first time I called Eagle Body Works they were up front and honest. The current state of the auto repair industry is just abysmal. Too much work and no parts or help for many of the shops. Eagle was able to expertly navigate those issues and provide fantastic customer service and quality workmanship. Not only did they do an in-depth tear down which discovered more issues from the deer, but they were able to get me OEM parts and price match them when my adjuster wrote in second-hand parts! This helped me retain much of the value of my vehicle. On top of that they stand behind their work and made sure I knew if I had any problems they d take care of it. Jennifer kept me updated and stayed in contact throughout the entire process! I highly recommend Eagle Body Works and they will be the only ones I bring any work to from this point forward.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Car repairs are never fun, but this experience was made as easy as possible with the help of Jennifer and Robert. They were both very professional, kept me updated every step of the way, and the repairs were phenomenal. It looked like nothing had ever happened to the vehicle getting it back and they were even able to use the same piece of glass that had my daughter s stickers on it when replacing the whole door. They were punctual, able to fit me in within 10 days, and had the vehicle back to me in a week. Fairly priced and would recommend to anybody with anything and will be using them in the future (and in the best way possible, hopefully not)Service: Body & Trim

My car had minor damage (passenger front bumper cover, quarter panel, headlight) and was being repaired by the other guys insurance. Everything about the repair process was simple and stress free. I got a call from Eagle literally within seconds after hanging up with the insurance company to set up the estimate. There was no pressure to use them for the repair during the estimate process. The insurance mailed me a check and I chose to use Eagle Body Works due to the friendliness of the staff and great communication. They handled getting me the rental car from Enterprise and I was able to leave the rental there when my car was ready. The paint and body work is exceptional. You would never know there was any damage. I even had them fix a small dent on the other side of the car while it was in and that was simple and fairly priced. Thanks again! I will use and recommend them for any future repairs.

I had another opportunity to take my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT to Eagle Body Works and they did not disappoint. Excellent work and my van was ready when promised. Highly recommend them.My daughter had a little accident that wasn't her fault. She was in our 2002 Jeep Liberty. So I shopped around and found Eagle Body Works. From the time I called to get an appointment to the repairs being done as promised I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The work was done as promised and they even called when they found some hidden damage and let me know. They said it would still be done at the promised time. I would highly recommend them. I had been involved in an accident and brought my car to Eagle Body Works based on a list from the insurance company- I m so happy that is who I selected! Jennifer was on top of things from beginning to end and made sure I was kept updated every step of the way. The work was completed quickly but also thoroughly.
