Friendly employees and clean store. I brought my Honda Pilot to get 1 left replacement tire as it had gotten busted coming from Ga, so Kevin told me the both in the back was from 2015, I decided to change both and left as it was getting late I decided to overnight in NC in rough to NY when I got up to leave the turn the car on the right tire needed air a man in the gas put air in for me so now am on my way to NY now I stopped for gas in PA filled up the sign again came on I needed air on the right again someone put air in it so as it was late I stayed overnight next morning got up to leave same problem fill the tire made it home park my car same thing next morning and the day after I had to now spend $130.00 to replace my my entire air valve prior to this I never had a problem with my old right tire or any tires needing 4 times in 48 hours. Am not sure what happened at Discount Tire when they replaced my right side tire. Overall, the tires that I brought were ok.

Mike met and greeted me outside as I was getting out of my car, even before I had a chance to step into the store! He immediately had my car go into the shop even before I could even pick out tires! He was very quick, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend Mike!

Ty greeted us as soon as we came into the store. He was very attentive. My children were doing their homework and needed pencils and he ran out to his car to lend us his own. Very thoughtful. He told us our wait time was about an hour, but we were out in less than 30 minutes.

I had a very positive experience at this tire shop. Michael and Joshua and their colleagues went beyond my exceptations to replace the tire on my RV in February. The tire had to be special ordered but it arrived next day. What impressed me the most was I had a tire protection plan I bought from the RV dealer and Michael called that insurance company several times before he finally got through to the them to help expedite my claim. I am grateful for his above and beyond persistence in assisting me with the insurance tire claim. Thank you.

Been doing business with discount tire for years. I think I m done. Got 4 tires a year ago. Had a flat in January. It was a nail . It happens I get it. Take it in they patch it up. Great thank you. 2 weeks later, same tire same flat. Take it it, you ran over a nail . Patch it up. A couple weeks later. Same flat tire. So for the third time in about a month I have to miss work and come deal with this garbage. Guess what? Another nail ! I guess that tire is magnetic. It s only that tire. Just replace the tire!!!! You ve lost a longtime customer. And DO NOT BUY THE CERTIFICATES!!!!! They re worthless. Their bandaids are not worth the hassle of missing work to deal with this. If you happen to hit a nail, just buy a new tire somewhere else.

Have always had good experiences here. I have been getting all of my tires and rotations here for 10+ years and the service is always great. It can be busy at times and cause a longer wait but they will get it done right and at competitive prices. Even if you didn t buy the tires from them they will do free rotations, which is hard to find anymore.

I was greeted by staff before I even walked in, and they were very friendly. I was told my tire change would take 45 minutes at most, but it was done in 15 minutes. The interior is clean and organized, with comfortable chairs to wait in.

STILL NOT BALANCED 1/27/24They are closed Sunday and we had to continue our trip and can't go back Monday.They got my car in right away and "rebalanced" my tiresBUT,the balance is now worse than the horrible I was already dealing with!!!Also 'lost' two of my valve stem caps and replaced them with generic junk.(Not nice!!!)(This is at least the 10th tire place I have gone to in trying to get my tires balanced. Bought them RECENTLY in Idaho at a Les Schwab.I WOULD LOVE TO RETURN THEMBUT.....We are traveling across the country and are now in South Carolina)Really disappointed in the tires and lack of ability to balance them Anyway...Special thanks to "Mike" for his kindness and understanding.He took time to not only listen, he seemed genuinely concerned about my issue with these tires being out of balance.Unfortunately he did not do the work.Whoever did do the work is definitely not as knowledgeable or caring or....?Environment was clean and chairs were comfortable. UPDATEI couldn't stand it!Had to drive BACK to them on Monday after trying to get started on our trip.I think the balance is okay now but I am not sure I would recommend this store unless there was no choice or alternative.Yes, everyone is nice.Place is clean.But that isn't why I went in, is it?

I dropped off my wheels and tires for mount and balance. I paid $160 dollars with no warranty or coverage and they lost two of my OE valve stem caps and replaced with generic ones. Over the phone I was told $100 dollars for this service before arriving at the location. It is cheaper to mount and balance tires at the RACE TRACK. Polite associates and done timely, but I will not be giving them anymore business.

Discount Tire gives first class service AND competitive prices! They have bailed me out more than once at more than one location since I cover 5,000 square miles for work. Always courteous, professional, and FAST!

Prices are good. Service is good. But, someone needs to teach counter personnel a little about customer service. Was told my vehicle would be less than two hours max. I m sitting at 2 and a half and my vehicle hasn t moved. No one has anpproached me to explain the timing discrepancy. Also, with customers standing in line, telephone calls are a priority instead of those standing and waiting. Honesty and truthfulness are in short supply with many people these days.

amateur level of carelessness and mistakes . Went over there to get my tire checked , ended up telling me it had a nail in it but they couldn t fix it becuz it was too worn . I ended up buying two new tires . After a couple hours one of my new tires deflated completely to 0. Went back , only then to get told that apparently the issue was my cracked rim . Which they completely overlooked while taking off the old tire on it , and putting a new tire on it . So apparently their reasoning was that this happens often and it s easy to miss things like that . Well if they overlook and misdiagnose problems , causing customers to overspend , then I ll be taking my business to actual real professionals .

I ve been using Discount Tire for years, but after my most recent experiences, I m definitely not going back. I went in for two new tires on Saturday and paid $288 for tires that were good for 75k miles. I waited almost two hours to ask for an update. They said they were just coming to find me (how convenient, right?) because they didn t have the tires I paid for, but they had ones that were good for 60k miles (15k miles less than the original ones). I had to say yes because I needed the tires but of course the 60k tires cost the same as the 75k tires. They said it would be 15 minutes. It took 30. I don t mind waiting if I get what I paid for, but not long after I left, my tires started making a squeaking/grinding noise on and off. I went back today to get them looked at and waited another two hours. The mechanic said he found that the mud flap was rubbing on it, but when I showed him video of the sound, he said it had to be something else and went back to look at the tires again. More waiting, and after checking my phone, I realized they d sent a text saying my car had been done almost half an hour ago. They never called my name (I was definitely listening for it and was sitting in the same exact spot I had been when they came out the first time) and just let me sit there half an hour longer than I needed to. The guy at the desk checked in with the mechanic, so I could at least find out what the verdict was. The mechanic said he did what he could do, and if the sound persisted I needed to go to my own mechanic for it. Why should I have to pay for something they obviously screwed up??? That s ridiculous. My car hasn t had a single issue in the 3 years I ve had it, but magically an hour after they screw around with my tires, there s something wrong with it. I didn t even make it off of Woodruff Road this time before the tires started making the noise again.I m a full-time delivery driver. I literally need my car to pay my bills, and now there s some persistent but unknown issue with my tires thanks to this business.

My husband went here yesterday to patch my tire that has a nail in it. While there they told him they might not be able to patch it and would need to replace it. My husband stated he doesn t have money for the new tire which then someone offered to pay for the new tire. They came back out and said they were able to patch it.Of course I come to check the tire once he gets back home and lo and behold, I can literally hear the air coming out now and actually see the nail in the tire sticking out even more. So, not only did they not fix it, they lied and made it worse. All when it could ve just been replaced from the start whether from the nice samaritan offering to pay for it or me sending my husband money! I also forgot until now that the nail is on the shoulder of the tire so it possibly does need to be replaced, which is why I m confused as to why they said they patched it. The air seeping out is so loud you can t miss it now. If I could post a video I would.

The staff and Assistant Manager, Tyrell, went over and above to answer my questions and help me get the best price on my Michelin tires! Great customer service in a hard industry. Just moved here from Minnesota and I ve found a great tire store! Highly recommend.

If they had 0 ZERO stars I would give a 0. Unprofessional, incompetent's, lack of Management responsibility to oversee services. Installed wrong tire on car. Took a week to get, was asked to confirm correct replacement 5 phone & calls 2 visits. Still a Unsafe incorrect tire was installed.

I get my work truck tires handled by their fleet service and business partner got her new tires here. I came in thinking this is where I got mine as well, however I didn't. Despite that, they removed the screw in my tire, repaired, patched, rotated and balanced my tires, and didn't accept any money for that. They did it all with a smile on their face. I appreciate the work and the service, I will continue to visit them as needed.

Great service despite the angry and aggressive manager who yelled at his staff in front of customers. They beat their projected time for a balance and rotate. It was weird that I received the completion text 6 minutes before they removed the jacks and backed my vehicle out.

I ve been in there multiple times over the years and they continue to provide excellent service every time. Mike met me at my car before I could get out and did an great job helping me with replacement tires.

I went to get my tires rotated yesterday and I can say I am never going back! They rotated my tires and after that I went to get my car looked at for other reasons, The guy that looked at my car was so shook when I told him i had just gotten my tires rotated 30 mins prior to him looking at it & he was confused as to why they let me leave with my tire wire showing without even telling me I needed a new tire!! My tire could have popped any minute and the worst part is they put this tire on the FRONT. Unbelievable!

This is a great place with amazing service!! We had a nail in my tire and they offered to fix it for free!! They fixed my tire for free even though they have never put tires on that car!! Amazing!! Really great service and they are great at getting you in and out ASAP!! You can t ask for more than that!

We probably won t returning to this location. Discount has become just like the dealerships in their bait and switch tactics. I went there to get a tire sensor replaced. They told me all 4 were bad and replacing them would fix the warning light stays on. After all the sensors they came back and told me the warning light wouldn t go out because my spare sensor needed to be replaced and since my spare was 10 years old they couldn t touch it.They then said they could sell me a spare and replace it.First of all they are the only ones that have replaced my tires so why wasn t my spare in the previous rotations? I have bought tires from them this past year and before and I still had the original spare on my care.So now after my car is completed they tell me about the 5th sensor which they should have said in the beginning.I get heated every time I see this light on. Over $200 for 4 tire sensors and I still have the problem. Not a customer service call or anything. The tech knew I wasn t happy and was like oh well!We will take our business elsewhere they apparently don t need ours!

Discount tire gave me great service and good value for my dollar. I dealt with a young man named Shawn, his product knowledge was outstanding, he was polite and made eye contact when speaking with me. I appreciate very much his level of professionalism. I assume others working there are at his level of customer service. I recommend you give Discount Tire a chance if your looking for tires. Thank you Shawn.

Went here because I had a nail in my tire and had a slow leak. Told me they would patch it if they could. Also said it would take about one hour. They were very busy; but got it done in about one hour.Got to say I was very impressed with them. Went to pay and they said there was no charge because they were able to patch it. Great place. Nobody does that anymore. I will definitely be back when I need tires for my vehicles.

They stay busy, so I'd definitely recommend and appointment when possible. Nevertheless, they do great work, FAST. And their price match service has helped me save some serious coin over the past few sets that I've bought.Update: Can't say enough about this business. Ask for Kyle, he will NOT disappoint! Truly appreciate his help! As a walk in on a busy day I was told they'd try to get me out in 60min, to my surprise my car was in the bay 5min after paying, and rolled out of the parking lot in another 30. The staff is very well managed and very efficient.

Overprice and not professional, they tell you the tire will be at certain time and they will call you an none of that happen, If you don t call they won t let you know and it can be days before they reach you, and then wait 4 hours to get your tire change a single small tire I should ve done ir myself honestly
