Visited Shane and the guys at Dent Pro Upstate this morning, with my daughter s car. The car had very minor paint scuff and some minor scratches at wheel arch trim piece (front end parking lot mishap). These guys could not have been friendlier and more gracious with their time. They looked at the vehicle, pulled it into their service bay did some work on it and fixed the cosmetic issues on the spot. They wouldn t take money and wouldn t even let me buy them lunch. I would recommend this shop for service/repair and also for good conversation. Thank you DPU!

Referred to Dent Pro Upstate from a friend who owns a local body shop. Wouldn't trust my 2004 BMW 325ci to just anybody. Had a handfull of dings and dents. I'll post a couple of the spots for examples. Awesome job!! Highly recommend!!

This is my 3rd experience with Dent Pro (returning customer). I was disappointed when the deer hit the door of our Bronco Sport, but I was not disappointed in Dent Pro. Greg once again did a super job. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. They were very kind to me and got the dent out of my car. It was on a body line so I was very worried. They really worked with me on price and it made my bad day turn around. Good and honest shop that knows how what they re doing. Ps. Thank you for letting me rant to you. 10/10 top tier place and employees.

Amazing Service, honesty was key in our service. We had a very strange dent in our truck and the position it was on was a hard spot. He was up front with telling us he would do his best, well we took to get it fixed. Called a couple hours later, stated he got the dent to the best of his ability without cracking the paint, gave us an awesome referral and for him calling to tell us without attempting to do more damage was so important to us!!! When got there and to be honest from our eyes it looked 100% better. Truly a company that stands by their word. Very fast!!!! Will use again!!!!!

I was shocked by how quickly and beautifully Dent Pro Upstate was able to fix a huge dent in my son's bumper. I was there for less than 10 minutes, start to finish, the price was more than reasonable and the guys there were so nice. Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed with the service at Dent Pro Upstate. I was expecting to come back next week for a small dent repair, but Greg checked his tablet and said it will only take 30 min and he could do it now if I had the time which I said okay. It took him 27 min and I was surprised at the repair as you couldn't even see where the dent was. I highly recommend Dent Pro Upstate for dent repairs.

Highly recommend Dent Pro Upstate. My wife s black Tesla was caught in the hail from May 9th. Probably a hundred dings to deal with. These guys are so good I could swear they just bought me a new Tesla when I picked it up. A complete miracle these guys performed. The tech who did it named Jesse kindly went over the car with me and he couldn t have been nicer. He is probably the most talented dent repair tech I ve ever seen. Brandon provided excellent communication and always did what he said. He dealt with my insurance and got things done quickly. Not the cheapest but definitely the best! Go here if you re a perfectionist.

I was in caught in the hail storm 05-09-23 and my Altima SR had a few dings I read reviews on Dent Pro LLC and I decided to give them a call and Greg was so helpful when I made an appointment to get an estimate and arrange a day to complete the work. When I picked up my vehicle I was so amazed at the work that was done and the dings disappeared like magic and I was quoted a great price and was given quality work and customer service I couldn t be more appreciative. Thank you so much Greg

Absolutely fantastic service! I took my Tundra in for some dings on the rear quarters. Sent some pics over and had an appointment the very next day. Shane took the time to explain the process very thoroughly and the finished product was flawless. I would recommend Dent Pro Upstate to anyone, without hesitation. Great people and excellent service. Took my hail damaged truck to Dent Pro. Couldn't have picked a better placee for repairs. to dealwith. They did afabulous job on my vehicle . Brandon made the whole process very easy. Would most definitely recommend this place to take your vehicle.

Shane and Greg are the best! Just had 2nd job done on my 2023 Toyota where a unsecured gate door hit the rear quarter panel. I was worried but they again did an outstanding job!

Recently purchased a 2019 BMW with some dents on both the roof and roof rail line. Brought the vehicle to Shane and he explained his process (I was ignorant to PDR and recommend you have it explained to you prior) and what was needed to complete the work, along with squeezing me in for the next day.Results were fantastic and the price was very much worth the quality of work. Would recommend Dent Pro Upstate to anyone needing quality paint less dent repair on their vehicle.

Had a door ding on my Jeep. They put me on the schedule for the next day and had it finished in no time. They did a great job and I was there 30 minutes or so. I'll definitely use them again if needed! Price was great also

My 2017 Honda Accord was really beat up after that huge hail storm in Greer back on March 21st. I called Dent Pro Upstate the following day and I spoke with Shane, the owner and he was pleasant and very helpful . After meeting with my adjuster, I dropped my car off and it was repaired within 3 weeks. I knew it was going to take awhile because there was so much damage. I got my car back and it looked as good as it did when I first bought it in Jan. There was only one small problem....there was paint residue on the inside of my car (black leather seats), windows, and trim. I called on a Saturday, prepared to leave a voice message and Shane answered. He told me to call him on Monday and he'd get it taken care of. I went by the shop after work and Greg took care of the paint residue with no problem. This group of gentlemen are professional and very nice. They know what they are doing and they appreciate their customers. I would recommend Dent Pro Upstate to anyone looking for great customer service and amazing dent repair.-Teesha D.

Shane Jacks, owner, and Greg were both super helpful. They fixed a door dent in my Lexus LS460 & Hummer H2 very quickly, cost-effectively, and did a nice job. I am a very picky customer, so if they can make me happy, I am sure they can do the same for you.

From start to finish Dent Pro was professional in every aspect. They took care of my car removed all the dents from the hail damage, and communicated effectively. The job was completed in a week. And enterprise is just up the road..can't beat that. I am 100% confident they will do a great job. Thanks Greg for the best customer service! I know these reviews make a difference in a business and I want everyone to know you guys are AMAZING!

Awesome staff. Clean shop and the dog rocks! Very difficult hood repair due to an angry hawk. We collided at 80mph.No winners here and a hood damaged in a very tough spot. They certainly did the best to anyone could. I know the technician works for hours. There is also the matter of a pretty good size door thing with a chip. The door was repaired flawlessly kudos to the staff.

Greg at Dent Pro Upstate did an awesome job fixing the dings in my hood from the recent hail storm. He was courteous and professional, and did the job in a timely manner at a fair price. He even found some additional dings that I hadn t noticed and took care of them also. I highly recommend them!

Communication is poor and they are more expensive than competitors like Fender Mender. Their quotes are unhelpful, not detailed and don t explain what they re agreeing to. Take your car somewhere else.

Shane and Greg were both very professional. I was very pleased with the work they did on my Toyota Tundra. They were very honest and upfront about the repair from the beginning. They completed the job when promised and I would definitely take my business to these guys again!

2023 Subaru brz acorn put a dimple in my hood car doesn t even have 2k miles on it. They removed the shallow dimple like it never existed in 15 minutes or less. Highly recommend them!

Today 12/6 I called Dent Pro to see what they could do to fix a few dings on my plastic bumper on my new 2018 Honda Accord Sport. (I have a few nicks in the bumper from my own stupidity while backing out of a parking space the night before) I talked to Shane who gave me a no BS assessment in regards to my bumper, and wanted me to come up to have him look at it anyways as he has others who he recommends plastic/paint needed work to. I did, and within minutes he got me in contact to a gentleman Richard Ellis working alongside of his building who will be able to fix my bumper in a few days for cheaper than I thought it was going to cost originally. Thanks for being honest, and straightforward Shane, I will definitely use your services in the future if needed!

DPU repaired a door ding on the bed of my F150. The dent was in a weird spot and I was afraid they wouldn t be able to match the body line, but they did, perfectly. It s like there was never any damage in the first place. Not only that but they charged half of what the insurance company estimated. I made an appointment the week prior, and they completed the repair in less than an hour, while I waited. Very handsome and comfortable (clean) waiting area. There s a reason they have so many dealerships from the Motor Mile bringing them cars. I would recommend DPU to anyone.

Had a handful of dents on and near the frame between front and rear passenger-side door. They provided a no-hassle assessment of the difficulty and time requirement of the job. A few hours later they had most of the damage taken out. Due to the severity of the damage they were unable to fix it 100% so they knocked the quoted price down a third. From a distance you can't even tell it was damaged, incredibly impressed by the quality of work.
