Davidson Automotive gave me the best auto service experience I have ever had! Scheduling online was seamless. I dropped my truck off after hours, received a text from them the next morning on the needed repairs, approved the repairs through their digital invoice, and they texted me when it was ready to be picked up. Incredible, reliable service!

I do not write reviews for simply doing one s job. But when I have an extraordinary experience, I will.Sorry for length.On a rainy Thursday my truck failed to start. First time in 9 years. I was in town for business and had it towed to Davidson. They had several vehicles in service, but I explained my situation and how critical it was to make repairs as quickly as possible. Chris was cordial and suggested a cup of coffee (I was drenched). Very comfortable customer area. I didn t expect repairs that day, it was 2:00pm. To my surprise, Davidson s team had truck in for diagnostic by about 3:00. Relieved, I approved repair and my truck was ready within 24 hrs.The overall experience was seamless as communications were immediate and concise. Utilizing texts, and E-sign, no time was lost waiting.In light of current service challenges in all industries, Davidson s was a breath of fresh air. Well done Davidson s.

I recently took my truck to Davidson Automotive for a second opinion, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not only did they accurately diagnose and fix my 4WD issue, but they also serviced my transmission and completed an oil change efficiently. My service advisor, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly, and their attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Davidson Automotive for any automotive needs - they've gained a loyal customer in me!

Very honest trustworthy mechanics . Sent me photos and videos every step of the way of what was wrong with car. My Dad went to them all the time before he passed so my mom recommended them . I was very happy .

I Dropped my car off to flush my transmission at 1130. A gentleman in the office offered to order me an Uber back to my house and he actually ended up giving me ride back to my house. My car was finished by 5pm as they told me it would be. I will be returning next Monday with my wifes car for a full transmission service. I will continue using this company moving forward! Good work fellas keep it up.

This place is our go to for any car needs. They are by far more reasonably priced than any other big box store we ve visited. The front desk staff is always extremely knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. We ve never questioned the quality of work that was done by them, like we have other places. I always recommend to friends and family for an affordable place to maintenance their vehicle!

Took my VW Touareg into Davidson Automotive last week. After a brief diagnostic report with pictures and explanation, and an oil change, i am very satisfied with their services and their honesty. They could have charged for me for any number of services to make my car perform better, but they prescribed a very simple fix that I could do on my own instead.I am extremely satisfied with their cusotmer services nd the ways they leverage technology to make it for convenient for their csutomers.HIGHLY recommend.

The service here is excellent! The technician is always willing to show me exactly what needs to be fixed and why.We have older Hondas and Subarus and drive down from Boiling Springs because we trust the team at Davidson.

Really nice people and pro active and honest about what you need done. They called me and checked in with me before they did any work and before any more work would be needed. Also, one of the guys came in after hours to help me with my keys. So super great staff and super helpful!!

The whole shop is wonderful. From the nice, clean office to wait in to all the employees working great together and always making sure to explain what they re doing to my car before going any further. Starting at Joel and Chris being the first friendly faces i see at the door or talk to on the phone to the rest of the guys working on my car, I will never go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

I ve gone to Davidson s several times. They have always been very pleasant, the prices seem fair and it looks like a clean, well run garage. Just a wee bit hard to get in and out of with it s location on Woodruff Rd.

Davidson was recommended by a neighbor to fix a piece of trim, but when I was leaving to go there, my car wouldn't start. Davidson gave me the name of a service to jump my battery. Dobson towing was excellent. I took the car to Davidson then to deal with the trim and battery. Joel popped the trim back in place (no charge) and kept the car to check the battery. That evening, the battery tested as good, but it was almost 6 yrs old so Joel kept it to test again this morning, when it had drained. He called and I asked him to replace it. They provided complimentary transpo both ways. They could not have been nicer or more efficient. This will now be the first place I call for any auto work.

I would recommend this company to others. The folks at Davidson Automotive showed professionalism and gave good customer service. A little pricier than other similar automotive repair shops, however, if you want the job done right the first time, you should consider them an option. I've been looking for a trustworthy shop with skilled technicians since I moved to Greenville a few years ago, and I'm relieved that the search is over! As a woman, I often feel dismissed by service writers and auto techs, and I don't get that feeling here. They allow me space to ask questions and openly discuss alternative solutions. (I drive a Honda with over 317,000 miles, so I'm not trying to break the bank with fixing insignificant or unnecessary issues)I highly recommend Davidson Automotive!

We purchased a used vehicle recently and had Davidson inspect it. They said tires needed rotated but didn t say how much life was left so I specifically asked and was told bc there was no comment on that it meant they were good. I get to discount tire for rotation and discover the tires (all) are a level 3 and need replaced. Thought it was odd Davidson didn t catch or share this so now I m just hoping there s nothing else we will be surprised with. I did like the online inspection report they generated for us to review; but like I said I m just hoping it s accurate.

This was my first time using Davidson Automotive, from the initial phone call the service and communication was top notch. I have always felt vulnerable and unsure anytime I need car repairs done. Joel was so good at addressing the repairs, he stayed in communication and did what he said he would do the timing of the repair was what he estimated it would be, the diagnostic breakdown of the repair was informative and the shuttle service was exceptional. I will recommend Davidson Automotive every chance I get.

We have had our vehicles serviced at Davidson Automotive for several years. Getting a car serviced anywhere is expensive these days, so it is vital that you work with people you trust. The present service team of Cole, Joel and Chris hit it out of the park. They are practical, communicative and personable. If you want a garage you can trust, Jim Davidson and his team are there for you.

I read several reviews online as I was looking for a trust worthy repair shop to work on my Subaru Outback. The staff was extremely professional and did not recommend any repairs that were unnecessary and they also provided a loaner car while the repairs were being done. I did have to bring the car back in as the issue still seem to be going on and they reviewed the repairs at their own expense and only charged me a minimal amount for a part needed to fix the problem permanently. Again, they provided a loaner while my car was being repaired. I would highly recommend Davidson Automotive.Service: A/C installation & repair

Davidson Automotive always does a great job and they even found a couple potential problems that they recommend I have the dealer correct since it should be covered under warranty! Highly recommend!
