I was recommended by a friend to come here for Car maintenance. My service was beyond expectations. Truly appreciate the quick expedited and thorough repair to my tire. Alicia was very cordial, polite and helpful throughout my visit. I plan to bring my cars here in the future. The Cobb family has a very good customer service and business model. I highly recommend them for your car repairs and other services!

I bought a new set of tires on Friday 3/1/24. Alicia Lewis was fantastic to work with on these. I told her my needs and she quoted me on three options. I am extremely satisfied with my Cooper Tires she recommended. I love the way they handle as I am driving. I highly recommend anyone to come to Cobb Tire for all of your car needs. Support this local family owned business instead of car dealerships. You will be given fair pricing and excellent service at Cobb and no one else I know of will take better care of you than Cobb Tire.

I feel lucky I found Cobb Tire when I moved here. They have been super helpful with all maintenance and repairs. Alicia has gone out of her way for me more than once to make sure I m taken care of. They have a customer for life.

As always, Rich and the folks at Cobb Auto delivered stellar performance at a more than competitive price. Customer service is exemplary and the quality of work is second to none. I trust Cobb Auto with both my vehicles and would not consider going anywhere else. Expert advice, friendly staff. Nice to find a locally owned Mom & Pop shop that is this professional.

3/03/23 Due to an unexpected flat tire I came to Cobb Tires for a new set of tires. They arranged for my car to be towed and gave me excellent recommendations. I got a set of Cooper tires, an alignment and a new hub bearing for my right front wheel.I really appreciated Alicia Lewis who handled my phone inquiries and made a stressful situation easier to bear.Their assessment of my auto needs ensures that I will be safe and back on the road now.I highly recommend them if you need tire or auto service.

I highly recommend Cobb Tire for all your car services. I have found them to be trustworthy and honest. They always provide great service whether it is scheduled or not. I usually work with Alicia who is always courteous, professional and great attitude. All other employees have also great attitudes and provide great customer service

I recently needed a low tire fixed quickly during my lunch hour. I arrived with no appointment. Rich came out and took the car in right away and had the nail out and the tire fixed and back on the road in 45 minutes! Everyone was friendly. I will recommend this place to all of my friends! I hit a metal bar on a Friday night, just after 5pm, instant flat, but was able to roll into Cobb. Even though they were technically closed, Rich, the owner, took me back right away, dismounted my tire, patched it up right, and got me on my way. Theses guys know the definition of customer service. And then they sent ME a thank you note. I ll be coming back there for all my tire AND mechanical repair needs. Thank you so much Cobb Tire!

We ve used Cobb Tire twice now (off the recommendation of TLS Motorworks in Decatur, GA) and they ve provided exceptional service both times! Their prices have been fair and this most recent time they even stayed past closing so we could pick up our car after work. Great folks, great communication, and a neat little overview system where you can approve/deny certain fixes. Plus a 3 year warranty on parts they fix and install! Would absolutely recommend.

I've been a customer of Cobb Tire for probably 20 yrs now. I keep going back primarily because of their excellent customer service and friendly attitude. As an added bonus, their pricing is typically competitive as well. Highly recommended.

YOU CAN TRUST THEM. This is a family owned and operated business. I have been to different shops and I have had a wide range of experiences. I will tell you that I would rather go here and pay just a tiny bit more and get quality work that is backed by their shop. They have serviced my brakes, transmission, tires, power steering system, and more. I have had 3 tire repairs there in the past 3 years that have all be $0 cost to me. ALSO this shop will be HONEST with you about any repairs your car needs. They have never lied to me about any of the work that they have recommended like other shops have in the past. TRUST is everything. If you don't want to get ripped of and you want people WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING working on your vehicle then this is the place for you.P.S. The owner actively works in the shop and does repairs himself. He is not an owner who just makes money off the place and lets other people run it for him. He makes sure his employees and his shop are top-notch and are being fair to all of his customers.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Work was completed on schedule. Quality great. Also provided a loaner car. They really care about each customer! After my experiences with Cobb Tire, I don t plan to go back to the Ford Dealer for service!!

I have never had a bad experience and Cobb is my go-to tire service in Grenville. Ginger helped me today when I discovered I had a fast leak in a tire. They couldn't replace it with OEM, so Ginger told me where I could find my OEM replacement while the tech checked the pressure on my spare, added air and put the spare on, bagged my flat and put it in the trunk. This they did at no charge, and that's why I'll always go back -- excellent service breeds customer loyalty.

My wife and I got alignments done there. They were very thorough in their work, even catching that one of our spares was low on air. The scheduling process was straightforward and they were done on time. We'll be using them again!

It was the Friday before Christmas (Monday). We had an urgent need to travel 800 miles home for my brother s funeral. Our car s tire had a massive puncture and all the treads were too worn for winter driving.I was hopeful but not confident when I called Cobb tire first thing in the morning to see if they could help us. Ginger and the team went above and beyond to find us four tires and to fit us in during the day to change them out.We made the round trip safely and had no trouble driving through the Canadian/northern states snow storms.Thank you for helping us out (and for making a crappy time a little bit easier)!

I found Cobb after being quoted a $1000 unnecessary repair at a dealership. Cobb found nothing wrong with my car like the dealership did. They are my auto maintenance company from now on. I feel fortunate to have found them. They have been in business for over 40 years. That says a lot.

Cindy and I have been loyal and consistently highly pleased customers for over 15 years and give them our highest rating. You can depend on them. Over this period of time (two SUV s, two sedans) they have provided us excellent and reasonably priced service over their comprehensive range of service options. Their standards require them to be honorable, reliable, highly skilled, and fully professional. The Cobb family has owned and managed this successful business for over 45 years. In Southernspeak this is called gushing . They ve earned it.

I love Rich and his crew ,, I've been dealing with them for 4 years now . They've really done some major overhaul on my 97 mustang from the front end to the rear end.. No complaints on my end . Definitely recommend them .

I had a super easy experience. Ginger at the front desk was awesome, very helpful, patient and professional. Both ladies up front were friendly. The tires I settled on had to be ordered. They arrived fast. On my appointment day, I didn t even have to wait in the very clean customer waiting area. They put me in a loaner yeah a loaner vehicle for new tires. I dropped my truck off, left in theirs and came back to get mine when it was finished. That was a first for me, I m usually waiting or Uber in back and forth.Overall, a great experience. 10 outta 10 would recou!
