Tristan and the service team at Century Mini are the best! Without excessive detail, I had a major issue with poor workmanship on my Mini from a different dealership and it caused major damage to my Mini as a result. Tristan worked with me to hold the right people accountable for the terrible service and treatment I had received. He went above and beyond. I am a Mini for Life person and this service restored my faith. I will 100% go to them for any and all service in the future and make sure I buy my next one here! I completely trust Tristan and his team with my vehicle and safety as well as look to them for an industry standard in terms of integrity. Thank you for taking such great care of us. Forever thankful you made a difficult situation manageable and less stressful and now safe.

Simply the best! I would recommend Century MINI Service Department any day. I have received exceptional assistance from management and the service team. They also have an amazing 'Dent Protection' program service and Matt has been a rockstar. If my 'Angel' has any blemishes, you would never know!!! Thank you Greenville MINI!

Tristan is amazing!!!! I experienced amazing customer service at a great price. I was in and out in a matter of 2hrs. This is the only place I'll take my Mini!
