The experience could not have been better. I am from Maryland and I was passing through the area when my battery light came on at 3:00 in the afternoon. Luckily I was only a few minutes away from the dealership.The dealership took my car in within an hour to diagnose the problem. It was not like they were not busy. They stopped what they were doing to help me.The car needed an alternator of which was not in stock. They had the part delivered the next morning and I was back on the road by 10:00 AM. It was simply amazing service.Keep in mind that since I live in Maryland I will not be a returning customer. It says a lot about the people and dealership that will take care of a perfect stranger in extraordinary fashion. This experience was nothing short of amazing. I would buy a car from them without hesitation just knowing that I will be treated so well along the way.Thank you very much!

My service writer, Izzy, was super. He explained the process they were going to use and gave me an estimated time of completion. When the work i had requested was completed, he advised me of another issue they had discovered during inspection. He showed me pictures of the problem, described the "fix" and explained the additional cost. He arranged for a loaner vehicle so that I could leave my car at the dealership. He called a few hours later to tell me the work was completed and to "pick up the car at your leisure", which i did the next day. Outstanding customer service and a great representative of the dealership. 5 Stars.

True to my service advisors (Izzy Molina) word, I was out in or out in about an hour. Although it was just for an oil change and a top off of fluids, it wasn t rushed . Got the car back cleaned inside and out also. So far happy with my purchase and the first service, keep up the great work guys.

Service light came on and I was able to drop the car off same day. Service diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and repaired in less than 24 hours. Tech did a great job explaining exactly what the problem and solution was. Visit was fully covered by new car warranty. Only way to make it better would be to have loaner cars, so coordinating help for drop off and pick up would be unnecessary.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the service department at Century BMW, and it was truly a great experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were attentive and knowledgeable. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, making my wait enjoyable. The service on my vehicle was completed promptly and efficiently, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Century BMW's service department for their exceptional customer service and expertise.

I m extraordinarily happy with the results. My car drives amazing now I can tell many differences. Although I wasn t able to have the intake hoses replaced the check engine light came back on, but it went back off and has not shown since. I can still feel a difference in the idle so I will be back to have that done at some point. Lastly, they had my car for 2 weeks but I was given a brand new loaner car. And even though it was a 2024 X3 with 600 miles on it, I just didn t like it. So I went back and they gave me a 2023 330i. Much more my speed! Overall great job! Not one hiccup. However I do suggest a warranty with most vehicles. I paid a $500 deductible for almost 8k in repairs. Thank you Century BMW

Jim Roher always makes sure that I m taken care of. I went in to have GPS updated. Jim suggested that I go ahead and get oil changed. I didn t think I could ask because I didn t originally plan for it. Jim saved me an extra trip. Plus everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Jim rocks!!!

My check engine light problem was solved, but another problem was discovered. It was over two hours before I was told that parts were not available, a loaner was not available and I would have to lease a car for a day or two. I live more than an hour away from the dealership. All told, I was there for nearly five hours. I have had BMW s for 25 years, and have never been in such an ill equipped waiting room. Only coffee and four small bags of peanuts or pretzels. No soft drinks, no bottled water, and I was there over the lunch hour. I came back two days later, retuned my lease car, and my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction.

Tristan is top-notch! Service is always wonderful and personable. I have to drive over an hour to bring my car to get it serviced, but I wouldn t have it any other way! They take great care of me and my vehicle.

Izzy was friendly, efficient & honest. I dropped off my BMW, picked up a loaner reserved when I made the appointment & went on with my day. Though the repair was rather pricey, I liked that they provided input and estimates quickly prior to doing the work. The repair was done the same day.

Mike and Izzy are the absolute top employees at Century BMW. They deserve a Top Award through BMW. I was on my way to my Fire Duty to Holly Springs Fire Rescue. I hit something en Route and blew a tire. The top guys picked me up with a loaner . Mike stayed with my M5 and had it towed to the dealer. These examples of premium service are the best. Fact is from. Had principal is an example ho a dealership. Me being a 35 year senior executive at BMW Corporate living in 4 countries and and serving 70 countries throughout my career know what I m talking about. Always grateful! Great job well done. Thank you!!!!!!

Tristan was great, helpful. Service and dent repair were all very good my only complaint is the recall on the battery box cover. If there is a recall the dealership should have that part in stock, especially since I am 2 hours away.

The entire service visit was first class. Izzy, our service advisor was on top of everything. The communication from the service team included texts, emails, videos while inspecting our vehicle and phone calls! Communication was outstanding!

I ve taken my Mini to Century in Greenville for service several times and have never regretted it. The service department is very professional. I always receive a clear outline of any diagnostic tests and service recommendations. On two separate appointments I ve had a technician drive the car with me so I could point out specific problems that I wanted addressed. I m never pressured to approve more repairs than are necessary and recently had work done that was honored under warranty- the cost was much less than expected.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received today. Sheri Holtz carefully explained what needed to be done, and graciously allowed me to ask questions, and provided the answers. I also very much appreciated the complimentary car wash and vacuuming.

Century BMW is a great place to bring your bmw for service work when you want the job done right and have peace of mind. Pricing is high, but peace of mind often comes at a price, so there s that. It would be nice to get a loaner for major ($5k) repair work that s scheduled in advance but other than that no complaints.

After numerous abysmal experiences with Century BMW s service, I finally connected with service manager Jerry and parts manager Alex. What an overwhelming pleasant change! Both bent over backwards to address my concerns and fix my problems. Thank you!! Now if their attitude could be communicated to the entire service department, I might actually buy another BMW, which I swore I would never do, strictly because of the horrible service. Five stars for this latest experience, but still 1 star for the overall department. I shouldn t have to appeal to the manager to have a service rep who gives a hoot about my experience.

I ll start by saying Izzy Molina is an awesome advisor! I took my car in today for a reoccurring issue and had a discussion with Michael Pate, Shop Foreman, who has the bedside manners of a 5 year old! As a professional and even more-so a paying customer I expected at a minimum a bit of compassion based on my having to bring the car back for the 2nd time regarding an issue that was previously repaired. All I got was someone who was condescending and clearly unhappy about having to discuss my concerns with me. As a Federal Manager, I was appalled at his behavior. And cannot imagine interacting with customers in that manner. Thank goodness Jerry Mailloux, Service Manager, came along and provided A+ customer service. He along with Izzy s A+ customer service made the experience better than it would have been otherwise. BMW Executives/Upper Management, I highly recommend Interpersonal Skills training and/or classes for Mr. Pate!

Service department, outstanding And the reprogramming of the satellite radio. Sherri my service Advisor made the whole process, seamless and very timely. Service department also gave a free, courteous multipoint inspection as well as a courtesy wash of my vehicle. Also provided military discount, which was very helpful in the overall cost. Would highly recommend century BMW.

The service advisor was very nice and informative of what he knew and what he didn't he went and found out from technician or managers. The only thing is the Misc. charge and the Misc charge was almost $100.

Travis was helpful throughout getting body work completed on my vehicle from the initial assessment, to ordering of parts, assisting with getting me the papers my insurance needed, and arranging a loaner car. I appreciated his help with getting everything resolved.

Excellent experience. Very professional and expedient service. Have been a Sonic BMW customer in Ft Myers for years, but the service in Greenville, SC. (our new home) was FAR superior in every manner. Travis was wonderful. Thank you.

Positive: good attention and service to the customer. Kind attention. I added 1 star for thisNegative: a gas valve had a defect in a 3 year old car. The cost was more than 500$. They didn t give any explanation about the cause and they didn t offer a compensation for a part of the equipment that failed with only 51k miles and 3 years. Deceiving BMW liability

James Rohrer was my service director. He was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. It was a great experience. Last year I took my car to the Mini Cooper service center in Charlotte. I decided to take it to Century Mini in Greenville this year because it's closer (I live in Columbia) and I could visit with my daughter in Greenville. It was definitely the right choice. Huge difference!

No rental or loaner vehicles available. No shuttle for two & half hours to take me anywhere. The coffee and refreshments was a joke. The worst BMW dealership I ve done business with. Athens GA s little BMW dealership blew y all away in all fields. But my biggest problem with your dealership was my rim was damaged when I purchased a tire from you and I was not told about the damage. I really thought being in BMW country, I would get better service but I was wrong.

The experience was a pleasant one in that I was greeted by a gentleman as soon as I pulled my vehicle into the service bay area, and was asked my name and then logged in. I had to wait approximately 20 minutes because the service person was on lunch, but that was fine. Overall, the experience was organized and seemingly well managed. I will surely return for the needs of my vehicle.
