So after six tries and a bunch of lies my bunk heater still does not work. We have called and told them it wasn t working right. This man told me it doesn t work in 20 degrees or less. They have no clue what they are doing. I have gotten up with the higher ups again and expect my money back because you have done nothing to fix my problem and your mechanics have zero clue. I expect a call and a resolution today.

Do not I repeat do not bring your truck here along with all the other issues I listed in my last post after changing a pulley they didn t put my belt back on. The mechanics here are a joke

If I can give them 10 I will , friendly and honest people , they tell you right a way what is the problem and aprox .. time will be reedy !!! Specially Joe & Bryan & Ryan and the two girls on the cashier!!!!! !!! Very cool shop !!!!

The Pros Very helpful nice peopleThe Cons prices for parts are way to high double even triple in some cases. Example there price on a universal joint was $465 went right down the road to fleetpride price was $191. Other than the prices on parts great place

There very helpful but there prices are out of this world high. If your looking to broke buy your parts here otherwise make sure you shop around

Brought my truck to Carolina in Greer on a Thursday. They kept my truck from 9/2/2021 to 9/13/2021 only to tell me about an air leak that they ordered the wrong part. I brought my truck to them for a splitter issue that didn't get fixed and they still charged me $312 for finding an air leak. The only thing they're good for at this point is parts. Definitely a lesson learned.

"Worst place ever" In 25 years of over the road driving as an independent contractor. (1) My guess is at any given time there are probably between 4 and 5 trucks to one mechanic ratio. Robin told me she is not allowed to tell customers this. Obviously so customers don't look for a repair shop that is not overwhelmed with work due to what can only be characterized as bankers hours one shift 11 hours only (2) When Mike or Monique tell you they will call you back don't hold your breath. I never received a single call back when they said they would and my truck was there for over 3 weeks. I always had to call them back to find out updates. If they had any communication skills whatsoever this review wouldn't even be necessary. Communication is Paramount in any business dealing with customers. There is only one parts person in service for the entire shop so when something new happens and they have to look up the parts this guy could be looking up dozens of parts for different mechanics and it takes several hours to let you know how much a new quote will be when something else is discovered.

We have 6 trucks in the area and they service all 6. We ve had multiple times where we needed a truck back within 24hrs and they ve pulled through, keeping our truck in the road!We ve even had same day repairs!

Extremely Overpriced place. We re truck drivers not banks. Never seen so much extra fees added onto a bill. They even charge you to test drive your truck after the repairs. In all my life never seen such

Call them cause my check engine light came on. Got to shop it was a warm welcome from kim,Pam and Nathan. Best service I have ever had dealing with international. I give this shop 100 stars. Thanks from Lorenzo Vaughn

I took my diesel motorhome for it's first service here last week. It was easy making an appointment and they took the motorhome into the shop right at the time of the appointment. The shop was clean, the personnel friendly and professional and the Service Manager, Nathan, was very happy to answer all my annoying questions since I am relatively new to Motorhomes. They went above and beyond in that they checked and found a small leak in my antifreeze line and tightened a clamp without any extra charges. The prices seemed very reasonable given estimates I had gotten from other places and since the engine in the Motorhome was an International, they had all the parts in stock and I was out within a couple of hours. Based upon my experience I would highly recommend this facility, particulary for Motorhome owners since some facilities do not like servicing them and additionally, Nathan, the Service Manager told me he had lots of experience with motorhomes and had been a tech for a number of years before becoming a Service Manager, so he had a high level of knowledge regarding some of the peculiarites . I can't think of a thing that was negative about the entire experience.

My experience at carolina international wasn't the best there a women there named Kim she was rude and seemed very uninterested in what my situation was about when I was waiting at the window she having a conversation with fellow workers like I wasn't even standing there when she quoted me my estimate I told her my warranty would be handling everything everything my warranty company asked for from them she was very sarcastic and rude

Truck Broke down was stranded, was able to get right in and fixed in No time, service department was excellent especially the young guy forgot his name but he kept me update on the whole process. Will be bringing my truck here from now on! Wish I could rate more stars!Was at the Greenville location not this one. So t let me post under the Greenville

Way overpriced!!! Got charged $500 to have a brake chamber changed that cost $50.00. Never again!!!! Also by the time we got back to our shop the part was leaking. They sad sorry nothing we can do!!!

do not take truck for alignment 150.00 to be told needs king pins i replace kingpins took back to them receive call saying bolts in rear froze up and going to take more time to do job next day truck put back together with nothing done was told they couldnt remove bolts but my bill 600.00 they could have cut them and finish job or called me to ask what to do but no 2 visits and 750.00 later my truck still not aligned
