I took my vehicle to have a hand size dent repaired on the bed. After trying to repair the factory panel it was determined that the entire bed side needed to be replaced. I was told that the entire repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. As the weeks progressed my completion date changed several times. 73 days later my vehicle was ready . I picked up my vehicle late in the day and didn t really have time to inspect it however I did notice that my vehicle was very dirty. I was expecting my vehicle to be washed and dried for its presentation but instead it was covered in Bodyshop dust and pollen and apparently was in the body shop for some time with either the windows down or the doors open because there was sanding dust throughout the interior. I also hade tools and other belongings in the bed and they didn t even attempt to cover my items to keep them protected. I drove it home and inspected it the next day and found several issues. Currently awaiting them to schedule a time to get my vehicle back in the shop to repair the issues. Very frustrating that I payed truck payments and insurance, around $1,800 total, on a vehicle that I was unable to use and it s still not completed.

A friend recommended this location to me. He was very pleased with their work - and so was I. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the daily updates I received. My car looked fantastic upon completion. I also liked how the staff walked me through the entire process and answered any question I had.

My car has been repaired here twice and both times I've been completely satisfied. From the front office staff to my technicians. Everyone kept in constant contact with me and my insurance company and they honestly made the whole process easy. I won't take my business elsewhere! The staff here is very trustworthy and honest. 5 star service!

Great service from start to finish! My service rep Darriale, aka D , took good care of me and my Bronco Sport!!! I was updated daily on my car s progress and it was ready 4 days earlier than the estimated time! The rental process with Enterprise was also smooth. I hope I don t have to come back any time soon, but if I do, I would be at this location in a heartbeat. D is the best in the business!!!! Thank you Caliber!!!!

The entire experience is great! We all need that while getting our car fixed! Personal professional service from Dee and the whole staff including the Enterprise rental car satellite location in Caliber Collision. The repairs/body work are seem-less. Overall 5 stars !

Caliber Collision provided me with fast and efficient service when repairing my Nissan s bumper replacement. My accident happened right before the holidays and I just knew I would be waiting on repairs for a while. They did the estimate the same day I dropped off and gave me a promised date of completion. All went smooth and I picked up on the promised date. Communication was good. I was kept informed as repairs progressed. Their staff was professional and friendly. They were always available for my questions and concerns. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Greenville SC to others.

Caliber Collision repaired our damaged Chevrolet EQuinox within one week beautifully so tha tno one wuld know that it had been hit bya careless woman driver who didn't stop coming out of a drvieway. They did excellent work and were faster than car dealers I had used with previous damage to my vehicles. Caiber is run by great peple and does excellent work!

Nightmare experience! First told me they could repair car then after going back-and-forth, priced my car out of Being repairable so insurance totaled it. This was about a six week ordeal. This was very frustrating after many times telling me they could repair it. we wanted to keep the car, but they had disassembled it so bad that they would not put it back together for us. now they will not release the car until they return the parts that they originally ordered so now that s holding up my insurance money. Terrible time dealing with these people! I highly advise you choose another repair shop for your sanity!!!

Caliber did a great job repairing my car. They were very clear about the cost and the time expectation. Highly recommend them! Their employee, Darielle, was fabulous on explaining things and keeping me updated! She definitely should get a bonus! Their front desk attendant was very friendly.

If I could give more stars, I would! I had a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision after needing my car repaired following a car accident. Melvin was my point of contact and case manager and he was wonderful! I told him I felt like I was at the Chick-fil-A of collision centers. The customer service I experienced because of Melvin was top notch. He was so kind, personable, professional, and always kept me informed. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and getting my car repaired in a timely and correct fashion. He worked tirelessly to track down a part that was backordered (with no ETA in sight) in order to get my car completed. It s really rare to find someone like Melvin in this day and age. Hard worker, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. The repair team did a great job on my repairs and my car looks like new! It s also very convenient they have an enterprise outpost so it makes renting and returning a rental car a breeze. Highly recommend Caliber Collision for any body work and if you get the chance, request Melvin! You don t be disappointed with the quality of work and customer service!

I hit something on I-85 South and it did SERIOUS damage to my car. Went to Caliber for the repair my rep was Darriale and let me tell you the service I received was completely amazing! She walked me through the process told me what she found and damage timelines when the next step started whether it be repairs or paint she was sending me text messages I knew that my car was going to be taken care of just from her sheer professionalism. They also had the rental car there waiting for me because they have an enterprise desk at the location so that was very very easy and convenient for me. Seriously, the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a body shop if my vehicle ever needs more repairs it will 100% be done at that location with Darriale. She was absolutely amazing.

Caliber did great job on my car. I love how they would text me everyday with updates. I always knew what was going on. It took out the stress. They have a car rental insight so I didn't have to worry about getting a ride. I will definitely use them again if needed! Thank you Kevin and your whole crew.

NO. Literally go anywhere else. Liars!1. when I dropped off my car, the estimator told me he would call to let me know an estimated timeline. I called him 3 more times after he didn't. He did not. They sent my an automated text saying it would be done in 6 weeks.2. the automated system said the repairs were on time for the pick up date. I called that morning to make sure my car repairs were completed and the front desk lady said someone would call me back. No one did, but I received another automated text saying they pushed back the pick up date to a week later.3. I called frustrated. The Manager of the business make excuses about how the estimator assigned to my car quit and there were parts delays. I asked why they couldn't take the time to call me and let me know. No answer to that. He said he understood why I was upset, and when I asked how we could solve the situation, he said there was nothing to do.4. I asked again if the new completion date was legitimate and he couldn't confirm that. I respectfully said it's poor customer service to not even call to communicate with a customer or return calls back to a customer asking why they were mislead, he said I was being disrespectful and I shouldn't tell him how to run his business.I would NEVER have gone here if I knew they treated customers so poorly and the insurance agent told me to drop it off here.Do not recommend.

Having someone back into you really sucks. But having their insurance cover it and Caliber Collision on your side made everything better! They were amazing to work with, though making the appointment to picking my car up, I have zero complaints. Ryan was my tech and he was great! He explained everything clearly with reasonable expectations. He was great to communicate with throughout the process and had my car ready when he said it would be. Beside my car looking amazing, they even cleaned/detailed my car. It's very helpful to have Enterprise rental in the same location as well. Oh and they have waters and fresh popcorn!

This location was disappointing. Was unable to leave with my vehicle despite the shop saying it was ready due to so many incomplete repairs at pickup. Left it for an additional week and it was still not satisfactory. I ve used Caliber in the past (different location) and was 100% satisfied. The customer service in office was great. I m not sure what s going on with the repair technicians that they don t match up to the office staff.

An incident happened where we got a hole in the top front of our trailer and we knew it was going to rain that night. Before we wer able to have it repaired, I stopped at Caliber Collision to find a temporary solution until we could drop it off for repair. The CSR went back to seek assistance for me. While everyone else was at lunch break, Donnie came out to make sure we were taken great care of. He took his time to securely get a temporaty patch on so that we'd be protected from the rain. Unfortunetly, it's not been the first time we've paid a visit to Caiber Collision, but this is the palce to go to find great customer service and excellent quality work! Thank you Caliber Collision for your great customer service and thank you Donnie for helping us protect the items in our trailer! We love Caliber Collision!

If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would..BAMBI and Camilio ARE PERFECT & WE LOVE THEM.. I had my car sitting at another mechanic shop to where they never touch it nor looked at it (Mauldin Paint & Body). I heard about Caliber Collision with 24 hours they were already ordering parts for my 2019 Honda Accord Sport.. They keep you updated daily through text messages & daily phone calls. I will always use them no matter what and I will always recommend them.. Thank you guys so much..Your business deserves the growth,love and support.

EDIT 2 - Reached out on 10/12 to the email below with no response up to 10/31. Not sure what their definition of fast is but this isn t that.Took my recently purchased new car there under my insurances suggestion for hail damage. Once I got my car back nearly 4 months later I had more damage from this facility. Burns in carpet, scratches all over paint, siding on door panels scratches, chips in pain, primer paint dripped on panels, and the car was overall just a mess after spending an entire day cleaning it. Of course was not pleased to say the least. Took it back and pointed out the new damage. Was taken back in to fix what they messed up. 2 months later car is finally ready. Give it a really good look over, notice some stuff not even taken care of as well as even more, newer scratches. Had one they were willing to buff out there which after a wash is now just a ton of micro scratches all over the trunk. There s deep scratches from where it looks like they took off my wing and tried to cover it with the wing, parts of the siding wasn t fixed, new badges are wrong, and more new scratches across the car. Do not take your car here. They don t seem to take care of your car. Will now have to take this to another facility to get the new round of damage fixed. I do not trust leaving my car there again.EDIT - Reached out to the email commented below and haven t received a response.

Caliber Collison on Ridge Road in Greenville. SC does excellent vehicle repair in a timely manner with excellent customer service keeping you informed during the entire lettuces. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The car came back to us like brand new. Even the inside smelled like the same day I bought it. They also kept me up to date on the progress through the entire repair.
