I took my daughter car to be repaired from a wreck in February and it is about to be April and my daughter still doesn t have her car back. They have been giving us the run around for weeks now. I have been paying out the pocket for a rental car for her to get back and forth to work. They have no compassion for their clients at all. They have been paid from the insurance company and from us and the car is still not ready. I advise no one to take their car there because they are very unprofessional. I have never experienced any thing like this. I am very unsatisfied with their service. I am looking into legal advice about this situation. Please do not take your car there for service!!!

I went to them with some lose fender liners: I wanted to know if the liner was broke & how much it would cost.They checked, they fixed on the spot, and they didn't charge me a dime.Wonderful people I would fully recommend.

We had a work vehicle dropped off for front end repair on September 28th we were told the van would be completed by the end of October. Over the next couple months Caliber Collision staff would routinely push our completion deadline back for a variety of reasons, one of which was to repair A/C components not originally included in our quote (there were no issues with the A/C when we dropped off the van).We were patient and finally received a call on Dec. 8th to collect our vehicle. We received warranty paperwork for the repairs and were told if we have any issues to bring the van back and they would take a look.After picking up the van, we noticed the A/C was not working so we returned the van to the shop to have it looked at. Caliber s shop lead, Jason, reported that there was a part in the dash leaking but because they didn t touch this component during the repair that we would be responsible for fixing it. Because our A/C was working when we dropped the vehicle off, we asked to speak with upper management regarding this issue. Over a week later and we still have yet to receive a call, text or email from a representative above Caliber s shop management.Having been without our work vehicle now for 4 months, reluctantly, we asked the Caliber team to forward us a repair quote for the A/C. Jason, told us we would have to take the vehicle elsewhere to be serviced.We just came to pickup our van today and were charged $105 for a diagnostic fee .Would leave 0 stars if possible - bar none, one of the most unpleasant and unsympathetic customer service experiences we ve ever dealt with. This place needs a new manager. Sad to see such a reputable brand like Caliber tarnished by the poor performance of bad employees.

Keith and Amy were great with communication and the repairs were quick as well as quality. They just opened this location a couple of weeks ago and I am grateful because their other locations were loaded up with work and unable to squeeze me in. I was pleased to find my car completely cleaned upon my return so she was showroom ready at time of pick-up! Highly recommend these folks for your body work needs. Our Honda CR-V was severely damaged in a recent hailstorm. I looked into a number of local dent repair companies and ultimately chose Caliber Collision due to the fact that they had immediate availability whereas others could not get us in for over a month. The team at the Butler Road location was extremely friendly and made things very easy. It was also nice that the rental car company we used would bring the car to Caliber Collision and I was able to leave the rental car there instead of making additional trips to the rental car office. Through the process of getting the repairs done I communicated with Robert. He did a great job keeping me updated on what was being done to the car and was able to work with me in getting my car back in time for a family road trip with our newborn. You would never know that our car was damaged in a hailstorm. They did incredible work. I absolutely recommend that you consider Caliber Collision on Butler Road for your paint and dent repair needs.

Caliber Collision worked seamlessly with Nationwide Insurance and Enterprise to make my experience fixing a fender bender so smooth. They scheduled my appointment in less than 2 weeks. Then they were able to fix my car in one days time, and did it with complete professional care and positivity. From our first contact with Amy Fentress, we couldn't be more pleased with their outstanding customer service. Our Service Advisor, Robert Hall did an amazing job explaining the process and updating us on the progress of the repairs to our VW Atlas due to hail damage. Great customer service at the front desk and from Issac. I have brought my car in twice and both times Issac has done an excellent job on my car repairs and looks over the car throughly to make sure there s no other issues with my car.

Robert was 2-3 weeks faster and 10x more convenient. There was a little lapse in communication between insurance and them but they took care of it immediately and professionally! Grateful for all of their help!

I was in an accident and the entire driver's side of the car needed body and paint work as a result. Robert at Caliber was very helpful and kept me up to date on when they received the parts needed and when we could schedule the work. There are no words good enough to describe how Caliber Collision service was, except BEYOND EXCELLENT!!! OMG, Keith, you are AWESOME!!! You and Amy are the new Batman and Robin (Dynamic Duo). You communicated with me on every detail, delivered ahead of schedule, and most importantly, did precisely what you stated. I have never had to deal with a collision repair. I was scared because I didn't think my SUV would be perfect again, but you proved me wrong.
