These guys run a solid brake shop. Prices are reasonable and they don t try to pressure to buy stuff you don t need. I m the son of a mechanic so I would have known if they were trying to run up a tab on me. Friendly staff and they get you in and out. I ll go back for sure.

The people are friendly, however the companies policies are deceitful and gaslighting. Labor is "included" in their packages, however they charge you AGAIN for labor on rotors which is already included in the package. Plus $23/each rotors become for my vehicle became $165+95 Labor for 2. Total scam and ripoff. It makes me seriously doubt whether my rotors actually needed replacing in the first place as firestone doesn't machine rotors but didn't tell me they couldn't be machined anyway. Called to complain and got told "thats captialism". So I'm filing complaint with SC consumer affairs and disputing the charge on my credit card for invalid amount. This people is why you ALWAYS pay for services with a credit card, they almost always side with the customer. :)Wish I had read reviews before I came. Don't make my mistake, these brakes are NOT 4 less.

Friendly service and they got me in same day. They installed brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels of my 2016 Nissan Frontier and they were very fast and efficient. I would use them again.

My son had tickets to Post Malone in Charlotte. I drove his car before he and his girlfriend headed north on 85. I noticed that there was vibration and noise coming from his brakes. I brought his car late Friday afternoon to these guys. They were thorough, honest and showed me how terrible his rotors were and his brakes. I had to buy new brake pads and rotors for all four wheels for his 2007 Tahoe. I spent almost $1000 rotors are not cheap, that s why you need to have your brakes checked regularly to make sure the pads are good and there is no metal on metal grinding. I stress that these guys were honest. They told the truth they only repaired what was necessary and they showed me how bad his rotors were. I could see them with my own eyes up on the rack. I wasn t sending my son to Charlotte on 85 with bad brakes. Thank you for being honest, reliable and fast.Service: Brakes

I am in no way affiliated , nor was I paid for this review, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Yes I took the time to write a full review because I have an understanding of what bad reviews are often about. This location offeres great customer service at a fair price. Sure you might get lucky and get it done a little bit cheaper, MAYBE, but only if you drop your car off and wait on a shop to get to it. The other shop will also likely call you to come back to pick it up on a different day. I recieved fast same day service here, much more convenient for my schedule. You can see the shops work bay area from the waiting room and see the work being done so you know that the work you paid for is actually being done. Huge bonus. It is easy to tell the managment takes great pride in running an efficient shop and providing excellent customer service. They get your car in quickly according to your appointment time and get the job done fast while you wait. There is much to be said for convenience.I noticed some bad reviews and as a prior shop manager from a different auto repair shop in my youth I can tell the expectations of some people are unreasonable. Brakes are a wear and tear item. They require MAINTINANCE. This shop focuses on and specialized is rapid vehicle maintinance. They are a maintinance oriented shop. However they are fully capable to handle full blown repairs when and if needed.Know that, If you bring your car in when the brakes are already grinding and grabbing metal on metal then of course there will be some additional expense. At this point you are well beyond "maintinance" , you are now in to repairs. The point of proper maintinance is to avoid costly repairs. Be thankful they offer repairs to suppliment maintinance.I knew when I came in I had abused my brakes and didn't maintain them as well as I should have. Even so, I was given a free inspection. I was also notified up front what the cost would be. No, I wasn't happy about the added expense, but that was my fault not the shops. They also gave me a few different options and left the choice to me on how to resolve it SAFELY.Having prior shop experience I considered doing it myself and I priced all the parts, of course I could buy the parts cheaper online and wait for them to ship and hopefully recieve the correct parts but then I would be required to do the work (LABOR COST/SwEAT EQUITY) and if anything went wrong I would be in a pinch. It only made sense for me to pay the price for the labor to do the job here.If you have reasonable expectations and are mature enough to recognize cars cost money to maintain above and beyond a car payment, insurance and a fill up at the pump then this shop won't disappoint you. From the time I called, got an appointment drove there waited for my brake job same day service done in about an hour was in total about 3 hours of my day because I live 45 min away.I am more than happy with the service that I recieved even at the price I paid due to my own negligence. I will be using their service again in the future. I can do the work, but to me it was definitely worth my time and money to let them do it here.Yes, I would recommend this shop to other people that are not mechanically inclined and or don't have another full time mechanic they work with.Don't skimp on your brake service, I don't want you rear ending me or anyone in my family at a red light because you didn't want to pay to maintain your brakes. So skimp on the daily $7.50 mocha latte instead and prioritize your spending.

Good experience. They got me in quickly and fixed my brakes for a reasonable price. I would recommend this business.

Took my car in for some rear brake trouble. First, the prices advertised on the website is not what the prices are when you get there. Secondly, he immediately told me that I needed new rear rotors even before they put the car on the rack and then he said that I needed front brake pads and rotors just by looking at the car through the window of the office. I knew right away. This was a bait and switch outfit. Told her I don t know ho me it would be at least $800 and refused to consider turning the rotors on the rear. Took my car to my normal mechanic he was able to replace the the rear pads, and turn the rotors. My mechanic told me I still had at least 60% of my front pads and those would probably not need replacing for another few months. $360 at my mechanic.

Zach and the team were amazing!!! Literally was able to drop my car off within minutes of scheduling an appointment. Zach was direct and fair with the quote and also able to give me a quote on a CV joint that desperately needed replacing without being pushy or over the top like most places can be. Coming from a past career in rentals I had been used to using Fstone and their higher prices but now I will take my car to wherever Zach is because of that red carpet treatment I received.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

So I went in for some new front pads and possibly back. Brakes started grinding and I figured there was extensive damage because the noise they were making was pretty loud and I drove like that way longer than I should have since I was traveling. They said all I needed was front pads and explained the condition of rotors, calipers, and pads. All in a way that I could easily understand. Cost me less than a buck fifty. All the workers were kind, respectful and attentive. Would highly recommend. After a very bad experience a few weeks ago with my tire I was worried about who to trust. So grateful for their honesty and professionalism.Services: Tires, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

I probably should have checked these reviews BEFORE I went to this establishment. In all my years, I have never had any type of disagreement with any place that has worked on my vehicle. This place lied to me, flat out LIED. They told my husband a totally different thing than they told me. Then they try to put a different pad on my car than the one originally quoted that cost 100 dollars mote. 100 dollars from 139 to 249. What!? Then the manager at the place you make an appointment tries to justify the lying. They obviously work on some type of commission. He then tells me that the pads that they put on my car will not be under warranty because I wouldn t take the pads that they wanted me to have because my rotors won t last very much longer. So I needed pads that cost 100 dollars more because I m going to need new rotors at some point. I wish I had time to take my car to Meineke, but I definitely will the next time. I really feel worried that they are going to mess my car up on purpose and that s why they are saying there will be no warranty. Is that even legal?Service: Brakes

Of course there was something else that needed to be done to my car. Just a little too expensive for my budget. Extra service doubled my price.

Zach Rising, new store manager was very knowledgeable, professional looked over my brakes and explained what my vehicle needed including the price. It was easy to make an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. FYI- On Wednesdays they also offer 10% discount too I was pleased with the service and I would recommend them to others who need their service.Service: Brakes

Honestly, one of the best experiences I could have had dealing with car concerns. A few weeks back I was told by the dealership I got my car from, that I would need to change my brakes VERY soon because they were so low it was becoming dangerous. We chose not to do it the day I was there due to the cost and time I didn't have. The dealership quoted me well over $500 just to get brakes done. Decided to call around and see if I could find it cheaper. Came to brakes 4 less and after they inspected the car to give me a quote, they told me I definitely didn't need brakes and that I was still sitting on 80% life left. I was confused and frustrated. I decided to call the dealership and ask what exactly was notated in terms of the life left on my brakes from my visit, they told me I had 2-3mm left. Zach at brakes 4 less was beyond amazing and took the time to educate me! He walked me out to my car and showed me the brakes they just took off.... no where near what the dealership said. Zach was all about customer service and so was his crew. They didn't lie, they weren't there to take my money, they were there to help me and show me the truth! I can't thank them enough because they saved me hundreds on something I won't need to do for probably another year if not longer... I can't thank you enough Zach and team! Yall were amazing!!!Service: Brakes

I took my car in to have my break line bled and they tried to tell me the caliper leaked, they SAW it. They said the caliper was $239 and $70 service charge. I took my car elsewhere and the caliper was perfect, no leak, and the part online is $58. They tried to SCAM ME!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!

Been here twice. Honest dudes who told me I didn't need to do rear brakes yet and they could wait. Fair prices and fast turnaround time. Told me they had a vet discount that I didn't know about either and automatically applied it to my account. Will be back!

Great place for brakes. Inspection is free and they offer same day service on most repairs which is awesome. They replaced the pads, rotors, and calipers on my kid's car in about two hours which is crazy fast! They explained everything that needed repair, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and the price was fair. They also offer a 40,000 mile warranty on their work. I don't expect to need it, but I'm definitely glad it's there. I'd absolutely visit these guys again for brakes.Service: Brakes

I had the pleasure of visiting this location and was very pleased. Randy and the other staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I was provided options before any work was done on my car and was aware of the cost of the repair up front so there wasn t any surprises when payment was needed. I researched the cost of my repairs and they are reasonable priced with other competitors. Would definitely this location if your seeking affordable repairs, friendly, fast and efficient services.

Zach is awesome, guys were extremely honest. Dealer told us we were down to 20% or less on pads and wanted an arm and a leg. Was actually at 80%. Told us come back in some time when we actually needed them, I will. Appreciate the honesty

Very good service and helpful, but they won't adjust my parking brake after they replaced the rear rotors and pads! Parking brakes won't be adjusted by a Brake Shop? Doesn't make sense to me.Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspectionServices: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Just left this location and we are blown away at how big of a difference just an hour of work made! We went in thinking all brakes and rotors would need to be replaced, but it turns out that we only had one kinked brake hose. When it s time to replace the pads and rotors, we will definitely be back!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I needed new brakes and since this place was super close to me I brought my car here. After 2 hours and $290 later I thought I got a good deal, Come to find out few days later my brakes start grinding again.. I took my car somewhere else just to have them look at my brakes and turns out Brakes 4 Less put USED brakes on my car and claimed i had BRAND NEW brakes put on. I won't suggest this place at all. Now I need to spend MORE money on getting ACTUAL NEW brakes for my car..Service: Brakes

I knew I needed brake work done and took my car here. They recommended their "starting" at $269 package. After their brief inspection that $269 turned into a nearly $1000 estimate. No thanks. I got the same work with the same parts done for $400 less at Jiffy Lube.
