Over my 40 years of driving, buying a car has always been that "process" that is never fun. Well that is no longer true, now that I have experienced Big O!! Robert Hairston is who you need to ask for, he made the process relaxed, calm, and no pressure in buying right now. This environment continue with Ike in finance! If you need a new ride call Big O and ask for Robert, you will not be disappointed at all!

Brian in the service department was amazing to work with. He took the time to give us all our options, explain the scenarios as far as what may or may not be covered under warranty, and really looked out for our pocket and safety. They were able to get us in and out way faster than expected. Really great experience.

I just bought my new 2023 Dodge Challenger from Big O.The customer experience was above and beyond my expectations.The new car salesman, Tee Tavorace, took care of me everything from talking about the deal to finalizing it. I bought my Jeep Renegade there a few years back and had a great experience. Recently I had something happen with my vehicle, took it in and they explained the issues were all under warranty. Don Edwards took excellent care of everything for me, from talking with the warranty company, to ensuring I had a rental and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I appreciate his hard work and that of the whole team!

We spoke with the service team about a recall on our Jeep. They told us a part needs to be ordered and they will call us when it arrives to set up an appointment for the repair. They also let us know a loaner vehicle will be provided to us during the repair. The folks on the phone we extremely polite and cordial. I m hopeful the rest of the repair goes as smoothly, I can come back with 5 Stars!

On Thursday September 7th, I picked up my car after a full brake service. On Sunday (September 10th), less than 72 hours and nearly $1,700 later, my rear passenger tire suspension fell apart causing me to have a single car accident. As a result of my tire suspension falling apart, my car was deemed as totaled. My car was towed to Big O Dodge for them to look at, but of course that didn t happen. I spoke with the Service Manager (I believe his name is Mark-it s been so long ago at this point) on 9/21 after my insurance inspection was complete to let him know that someone else would be coming out to investigate and inspect my car. I reached out again, 2 weeks later on 10/5. I left a voicemail and my call has yet to be returned. Fast forward, I learned from my insurance adjuster on 10/31 that they d picked up my car on 9/27. No one at Big O Dodge contacted me to inform me or even get my permission to authorize release for pickup. My car was in excellent condition until I got this brake job. Never thought I wouldn t be able to trust the dealership to make sure the job is done right. Guess I was wrong! Never thought I d have such an experience with the dealership that I purchased my car from, brand new, and had many of my services performed since 2017. The lack of communication is terrible! And they are trying to run from this!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to handle things, but that s gotten me nowhere so here we are! That day could have been very different as I was minutes away from getting on the interstate. This could have cost my life! They dropped the ball and refuse to take accountability. Since I ve shared this, I ve heard other negative stories about getting serviced here. Be cautious getting service here!!

Good service! My radio took some time getting fixed but I was able to get a rental while they worked on it! Big o dodge always makes it convenient for me! I want to say thank you to the service staff!

I have done business with Big O Dodge for 7+ years and purchased two RAM 1500 s from them and had my service done there. This time the battery on my 2019 RAM went bad (duh, 5 years old). I dealt with Darius T. and, as usual, he was courteous and although I had no appointment and was advised it could be 2 days or more (due to weekend) before the service department might even be able to look at it, the battery was replaced and truck ready in less than 24 hours. Great, well run business that understands the importance of its customers needs and do their best to meet those needs.

My Rep Don was great, but the service manager really wanted to charge me $20 because the gas hand was .000000000000009 millimeters away from full on the truck they loaned me. I go to Spinx to put $5 in, hell I had to go back in to get my $3 in change. I ll just stick to other reasonable mechanics in the local area for my future needs. Its sad when other people who work there say that their manager is definitely not a people person.

I had a great service experience at Big O Dodge. My service representative, Don Edwards, was awesome. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He helped me make informed decisions based on personal driving habits and experiences. Thank you Don for going above and beyond to make this a truly unique and postive experience. I won't tale my Jeep anywhere else.

Was blown away by the entire staff with how quickly and professionally the first handled my truck breaking down. They got it scheduled for maintenance right away and without a delay. Secondly I want to give a huge shout out to my man Freddy Williams for all his help in the purchase of my new vehicle. He remained patient and professional the whole process start to finish and I couldn t be more grateful that I ran into him when I did. I d give him a five star rating as well. Thanks again I love my new Challenger!

They were ready for me when I arrived and I was checked in quickly. I was there for an oil change and asked them to check the cabin and engine air filters. They said they didn't need to be replaced at this time. How nice. The checkout process was efficient and friendly.

I recently had a negative experience with Big O Dodge's service department. Despite needing a new fuel injector for my vehicle, the part was on backorder with no ETA and poor communication from the service tech resulted in a two-week delay. Eventually, I found the missing part myself by contacting another dealership. I highly doubt I ll ever to business with them again.

Big O Dodge services all my vehicles. The tires I purchased were mounted and balanced plus road forced checked. Dealing with Parts Dept was painful when it came to recommending which tires were needing. I would like say thank you to Parts Dept. And Service Dept. For the great job they do.

My service technician, Don, was very pleasant and helpful. He took car of my initial need of an oil change and listened to other concerns I had about my vehicle. He updated me on future service recommendations. The lady at checkout was also very helpful and kind and set up my appointment for a software update on my vehicle. 100% recommend. I drive right past 2 closer dealerships to come to Big O Dodge.

Big O service department got my vehicle in sooner than expected. They communicated throughout the process. All the necessary parts for repair were in stock. They let me know when my vehicle was finished and went over the bill in detail when I came to pick it up. Overall great experience!

Good listeners. Good communication. After I arrived I was sent two texts. The first text said that if I needed anything to please text this number. The other text they would use to follow up with the status of my car. they were not able to address my situation so they sent me home which was fine with me. So I didn t sit there for hours wasting my time. If the problem arises again I am to notify them and take my car back to them. So far my backup camera has been fine.If my problem occurs again I will definitely return to Big O. And I would definitely recommend my friends who have Chrysler products to go to them.

Robert Bobby was maybe the best non salesman I have encountered in 74 years on planet earth. I told him what I wanted and he took me directly to the truck I bought. He showed me several other choices, but he was dead on target for what I wanted! It was a very good experience to say the least. I would recommend him to my best friend and I did! He deserves 10

When I tell you this was the BEST car buying experience, I mean it! Scott and Bobby were phenomenal! They didn t talk me into something I couldn t afford, but instead worked with me every bit of the way. As a woman that s not incredibly car savvy, I had reservations about the big dealership, but I felt like family the whole time. 10 out of 10, top tier treatment, and couldn t recommend Big o dodge!!

This was the best experience I have had at any dealership .The service advisor Zach Tolan and Jose Guzman were the best advisors that I have dealt with at any dealership in a long time. Being from out of town I was worried what kind of service I would receive, but Zach was able to get the service manager to get my vehicle in the next morning. Jose was able to get us setup with a rental, so we could proceed on to where we were going. I received a text early the next morning saying my vehicle was ready. We had several visits to the service dept. Each and every time was fair pricing, totally painless, these guys really know what they are doing as far as mechanics. Don Edwards was always very helpful with advice and always in full communication. They fix all brands of cars if you need a good mechanic.

Oil change for my 2021 Jeep wrangler . The service advisor was new and put and additive in the oil without asking. I spoke with Mark, the service manager and he immediately apologized. He said the advisor should have discussed with my wife and gotten permission/agreement from her.He said this additive actually extends the engine warranty through a third party warranty firm. He offered to the drain the oil and refill it at no charge. I told him it wasn't necessary. He gave me a $25 credit for the $18.99 additive.I've used Big O many times in the past, and have always been very satisfied with their service. Mark is a stand up guy. Big O should be proud of Mark and their customer service policies. If you're looking for a a great service center and experience, Go to Big O. Thanks, Mark!

I would like you all to know the parts dept went above and beyond making sure all my parts were in before my appointment date. The service advisor greeted me with a smile and positive attitude. Wonderful experience. Will return to have service work performed. Highly recommend!
