My air compressor broke for my tires, so I got a new one at the N P'burg store. When I got home the new one didn't work. Called n talked w Eric n he confirmed it's probably a blown fuse. Went back n Eric checked 2 fuses. The one that always works was just being temperamental n he told me to twist it in the socket n it worked! I kept the new one, so I can return the old one back to my friend. But here's where Eric went above n beyond- he noticed Corrosion on the Battery n removed it w a foaming cleaner. Yay! Then Eric noticed the Brake Fluid was really low, so I bought that too n now I feel a lot safer driving around in my Toyota Matrix! YAY!! I wish every store had an Eric, the world would be a lot happier n less stressed. He really enjoys working there, so he can help people. That man is a blessing!

Had a bad alternator and the associate assured me it was the battery. He didn't check the alternator. Bought a battery for $200 that I didn't need then $400 for an alternator. I was told I could have my core back with no refund, then Id get a refund for my battery by another associate, and later was told the store manager would call me which he never did. You get a different story based on the associate you talk to. Avoid this AutoZone!

Donnie the attendant there was far superior the my recent interaction at the store in Wade Hampton in Taylors. Quick, nice guy explained things I needed to know and didn't need another attendant to help him finish his transaction. 5 stars worthy. Make sure to let Donnie D know he's fantastic.

AIDEN was very great with his customer service and I've been here twice making a purchase between 60-80$. Thank you Aiden I appreciate your help with my son's S10! ON THE OTHER HAND...THE BLACK LADY THAT WORKS HERE WITH SHORT HAIR WAS A COMPLETE A HOLE ESPECIALLY THE 2ND TIME I CAME IN. I GOT HERE B4 CLOSE N MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER LOOKED AROUND WHILE I WAS MAKING PURCHASE ON WHAT I CAME TO GET. SHE VERY RUDELY INTURUPTED AIDEN AND I ABOUT WHAT WE WERE TALKIN ABOUT REGARDING THE PURCHASE AND SHE LITERALLY INTURUPTED TO SAY IN A FEW MINUTES THEY WOULD BE CLOSING. THEN SAID IT ONCE MORE AFTER I MADE PURCHASE AND WAS ASKING ABOUT RETURN POLICY ,SHE had already broke down her cash register and was fixing to go to the back which in my opinion if she was going to be unprofessional and a bit** then that is exactly what she should have done instead of impolitely interrupted. I started to return the item the very next day. That's how mad I was at her unprofessional manner! I did say exactly how I felt about how she was acting but she did not care...continuing to point and talk out the window even after I left. What a bit**.. Guys, step your game up and sometimes maybe some jobs are better left to men OR just people who do Have customer service like Aiden . He was a young man no more than in his early 20s if that but was very polite and helpful and not once did he make me feel like I shouldn't be there.its bad enough being a female in a store like this and do not know alot about vehicles and how they are fixed etc but thank you again Aiden .. I would hope she's fired if she keeps portraying herself like she don't care to be there and you get promoted!

Ty was very helpful throughout the process of checking and correcting issues with my car's battery. He was thorough and patient. Additionally, I have had other positive experiences with the staff at this location recently.

I called on the phone to save a trip and asked if they had a very specific product and brand in stock and was told "yes it is sold here and in stock" after the guy supposedly went to look. When I arrived the same day to buy it, the same guy told me they do not carry that product at all and said that another product might be similar (it wasn't) so he thought I would be ok with that.Huge waste of time. Employees all laughing and socializing at the front counter while I was there making a wasted trip after the guy on the phone lied just to get a customer off the phone fast.

Placed emergency order for a battery, to only have it shipped , then notified while waiting for two hours that it was canceled, with no phone call explanation or work around offered. Will use another vendor that actually values customer time, and won t leave me waiting for a needed product to get my car back on the road.

Overall a good parts house with great staff but at times really too few people on duty. Waited in line to buy a can of brake cleaner almost 10 mins while watching both on duty staff change a customers battery.

Just visited this store. There were 5 of us in the front waiting to be helped. I walked out after 20 minutes. Never saw an employee. 10:00 in the morning. I'm headed to another store to get my product now.

As I was driving by Autozone , my headlight warning light came on, so I stopped in to buy new lightbulb & Aiden went above & beyond with his help getting me back on the road.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Greeted me before I entered the store. Needed a battery and they installed in less than 5 min with protection gear over the terminals included with no cost. You need parts or battery related issues, go here!

Very friendly employees & he helped me by coming outside to check my engine light. He explained a couple of the potential causes & I really appreciated it so I didn't get ripped off at a repair shop. Also didn't judge how messy my car was so I appreciate that!

Wonderful people, amazing service. I went in to get a part for a young lady who was stranded on the road nearby, and the manager, Will Allen, and one of his workers- a young man named Ryan, went WAY beyond the call of duty to help. They were so nice, and knowledgeable, and went to so much trouble to help. Will even worked brought his lunch covering the very busy store while Ryan drive all the way to TR to get the part we needed. I was just floored. These guys are my heroes and this my new part store, forever. Thank you, guys! (PS- it did work, and the young lady got home safe!)

I bought a bettery there today. The staff was knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They made great effort (unsuccessfully) to remove my cable from the old battery, gave great advice and were knowledgeable. I appreciated the positive experience ill be returning.

I gave a one star not because they gave bad service, but because they gave none at all. I spoke with a young man on the phone who told me he d be willing to help me with an issue(I ll refrain from posting his name). I told him that I d be at his store in 8 minutes, 15 minutes before closing, he encouraged me to come and I did. However, when I arrived (during operating hours), the doors were locked and the young guy looked me in the face as I stood outside anxiously as I knew I only had about five minutes to purchase something that he was supposed to have ready for me at the register. Tough!

Great experience last night. The two guys working the checkout were really helpful. Eli was working the cash register for my purchase (and exchange). He was really accommodating and friendly when I came back to exchange the part I had just purchased.

I stopped by because I thought I needed to add oil . Paul was so nice and polite and checked it for me and said my oil level was fine. My daughter just moved to Greenville from TN so I've made many trips already! I will recommend this location highly!!!

Brian (hopefully the correct spelling) was so patient and helpful with me and the battery replacement. The store was incredibly busy, and helped us numerous times and had a great attitude the whole time! Fantastic service at the store on north pleasantburg with Brian!

Ordered and paid for thermostat online, went to pick up, they didn t have it. Simple order mix up/mistake, but at least make an effort to inform customer part is not available at store and recommend a work around. Got the refund but now back to square 1. I don t feel store employees have customers at their best interest. They seemed spaced out/lost. Was waiting for them to start bumping into each other. At least I would ve given 3 stars making me laugh. Will stick to other AZ store little further away.

It was raining, and I needed new windshield wipers. Not only did I get the help in store I needed, Brian was ready with his raincoat and a big smile to put the new wipers on - without my requesting it!! That s service. I highly recommend this store.

This is my favorite parts store. Their inventory is good. They have the best loaner tool program and the staff is knowledgable, flexible and friendly - especially Tammy Martin. Sure sometimes I have to go to other stores, but this is always my first choice.

Gary was the most helpful store manager I have come across. He was professional, helped me diagnose what was wrong with my car battery and was great to work with. I recommend going to this AutoZone over any Advance Auto Parts every day of the week. Thanks again Gary!

The employee was very helpful and even came out to my car to help me with an issue with my car and also even gave me what ended up to be accurate advice. I also like their frequent shopper rewards incentive for cash back after purchases. Will definitely be going back to this store.

I had a battery die on me at my doctors office..my son told me to go to auto zone and ask them to check my alternator .so I went to the Auto zone that I buy most all my auto things at oii battery stuff to clean my car wipers car mats . I frequently go there .but today the guy that came out to help me lied to my face. I told him what my son said and he pretended to check it then said i needed to buy a New battery. I called my son and told him what the guy said..that he couldn't check my alternator because i needed a new battery.. My son said to go somewhere else because he was lying to me. There's a O'Reilly's up the street so I went there the person checked my battery and my alternator and said both were good . I was afraid to turn my car off for fear it wouldn't start again without a boost because the guy at AutoZone said that . I will never go there again .

My girlfriends car stalled out close to this location. We were able to get it into the Autozone parking lot where TyRei D. was a tremendous help. He diagnosed the issue and got us the right parts to fix it. Beyond that he was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and his expertise.
