I don t usually leave reviews, but I was pretty nervous about getting my windshield replaced. So many companies and safelite being the most known I thought I would go with them. However unlike safelite giving me the run around, auto glass now was straight to the point, answered all my questions, and just overall more down to earth people. Highly recommend to anyone needing their either front or rear windshield replaced!

My wife and I struck a deer on the way into work around 7:30am. By 2:35 pm, THE SAME DAY, this amazing group of pros had my Jeep looking like nothing had even happened that morning! . And they even put the proper windshield back in that has the little Jeep emblem down in the corner. I cannot recommend these folk s enough! The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. My Jeep's back window exploded randomly over the weekend, most likely due to pressure. I called Auto Glass Now and they set me up with a next day appointment to get it repaired and provided a quote that was within our budget. I picked up the Jeep yesterday and the back window is as good as new. I couldn't be happier with the whole exchange and recommend their service to anyone.

Company was quick to order glass and have me scheduled, too long due to insurance needing to verify. The actual technician was cool and prompt but after I left I guess he didn t care as much because he left a lot of broken glass and marks and residue all over my car and didn t even put things back together. Hoping I get all the glass so my toddler or dog do not hurt themselves and don t mess up my paint job.Services: Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

They were very kind helpful detail love this place very honest people if you have a problem they will tell you come back to check them out I went to the Greenville car wash. They broke my glass. The manager wouldn t pay for it Long story I pay for myself reasonable stop by you won t regret it if I had to do all over again, Aaliyah by the way, Lola s role call White shattered my back window. They would not pay Ford I I have a picture but I can t find it right now, but this is the results. Pray the Lord I can t see.

Excellent customer service! I called needing a passenger window which had been shattered and they were able to get me in the next morning! Service took about two hours total. Majority of the glass was cleaned up but unfortunately there is still some glass stuck in the door (which I expected). Price wise they were extremely reasonable compared to other local shops. I appreciate this greatly, and did not feel like I was being price gouged. Overall very pleased with their service and the shop itself.

Had a crack in our windshield on a trip. We made an appointment, they took us in promptly, did a great job in repairing the crack while we waited, and were extremely nice with which to work. Highly recommend them!

Had a rock chip my windshield. Called them with in 30 minutes and had appointment set in less than an hour for the next day. Tech was on time and done in about an hour. First class all the way.

Came and installed a side glass in my car and it took three hours. Then two days later the window fell inside the door. When I tried to get a technician to come back to fix the problem I was told that they were not going to come out because of my attitude..And that the car was a late 80s model.So I'm out $175.00 Son don't use this company because they don't no what they are doing and they won't stand behind their work. It's not my fault the tech who was a really nice man but he obviously had not been trained properly.

Good with getting me in asap. In an out in a hour. The bad experience I have is the big glass all over my back seat an scratches on the roof of my car an the windshield has a bad glare on it makes it looks like a cars bumper behind me is closer to me then the car acutely is. Will post pictures of the glass in my back seat and the scratches on the roof of my car. Just irritated at this point an very unpleased. Even though the young man ( I can t remember he s name) was a Georgia fan and I m a ROLL TIDE fan, it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! He did a great job, I just left him to it while I did my house work.Now I have a brand new windshield, and he was able toRe-calibrate everything in my yard!Thank you again so much!Service: Auto windshield repair

Unfortunately I ve had to use Auto Glass Now multiple times to repair broken windows and I ve always been able to get in within 24 hours and my vehicle is back to new within a hour!! And they are the most affordable after receiving multiple quotes
