Unparalleled service. I don t even know who to compare them to. My new-to-me Toyota had a bunch of issues and I asked these guys to investigate. They correctly identified them the for first time, fixed them affordably, and were very patient with me while I figured out my payment issues. Highly recommend!

Earned my trust! They were able to correctly diagnose and repair a noise my van was having. Two other shops couldn t figure it out but they did. Oh, and really quick turnaround time. I really appreciate your honesty and speedy service. I'll definitely be coming back.

First time customer after 10+ years with competitor. Timing belt, water pump, transmission fluid service, oil change on 2016 Odyssey w/86K miles. Vehicle has never run better. Excellent work, great customer service.

I've been going to Acutech for about 5 years now. This company provides the highest quality service with very fair pricing.They do not push unnecessary work like dealers and are great working you on for urgent work.Use to use HALT for our Lexus before a friend told us about Acutech and will not go back to HALT.Jimmy and Chris are great!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I very rarely leave online reviews. Generally only if I'm highly impressed or sorely disappointed. I'm here to tell you that these guys are first class, top notch ! Twice now they have performed fairly major maintenance work on my truck, and twice now I have been very satisfied with the pricing and quality of work. Chris in particular is very personable and friendly. He has been spot on with his estimates, which by the way, have been much lower than Toyota would have charged me. They go the extra mile to make sure the work is done right and that your vehicle is safe to put back on the road. They use OE replacement or high quality aftermarket parts where applicable. They also work very fast. They kept me informed of everything they were doing via text and even called me both times I left the shop to make sure the truck was driving to my satisfaction. Who else does that !? I can't say enough good things about my experiences with them. No one likes having to shell out the money it takes to repair or maintain a car, but having a reputable, fairly priced, local business that you can trust makes it a lot easier to do! Thank you !

Fast and efficient. Definitely call ahead to get an appointment, as they are busy. Great shop they ve got with some cool guitars and sports decorations. Good guys overall.

While they don't need more positive feedback, this is THE place to take a Honda/Acura or Toyota/Lexus. They won't do work that isn't needed and do an exceptional job when needed at a very fair price. I have since moved to NC and still bring my vehicle here when in town.

I ve been coming to Accutech since the 1990s and have recommended countless friends and family members. They are always very knowledgeable and professional with all aspects of their service. Today was a great example of their integrity; I asked for a four wheel alignment after putting new tires on my car and they checked it out and said everything was aligned and said no charge. My mother traveled up and down the East coast and always had all her work done here for many years since she trusted them.Jimmy and Chris do a great job and please give them your business! We discovered Acutech years ago and haven't used any other service provider since! They take great care of my Acura TSX and my wife's Lexus RX.They've always been very honest and straightforward, telling us what needs to be done and, just as important, what DOESN'T need to be done.I trust their guidance and their expertise.Not to mention that Chris is super friendly, helpful and fun to talk to!Highly recommended!

Acutech is the best Honda repair shop I have ever frequented (I've been driving Accords for 20+ years). Chris is the BEST! Very customer focused with follow-ups, always timely, honest and reasonably priced. I don't trust anywhere else for my Honda services.

We've been taking our Honda Odyssey to Acutech for a while now. They are always open and honest! Our Honda had been serviced by another shop recently and the good folks at Acutech led me through each 'concern'. They took the time to show me the wear on the breaks and 'oil leak' mentioned by the other shop. Turns out only the battery needed replacement, and since Acutech had installed it and it was under warranty they replaced it for free. Highly recommend!

The guys at Acutech are the only people I trust to maintenance my vehicles. I only buy cars that they service because I know that if I want to be treated like family, have work done in a timely manner and know that I'll never be offered a service or repair that I don't need, I only need visit Acutech.All of my family are Acutech customers and I've referred several friends to Acutech, all of whom raved about the service they received. I shuttle my two children around all over town, so I need a properly maintained and safe vehicles. I trust these gentleman with my vehicles and they've never disappointed me in over 10 years.Earlier this week, they called to check on my Dad, who is scheduled for some pretty intensive surgery next week. As busy as they are in both their business and personal lives, Jimmy and Chris took time to call me and check on my Dad. Who does that kind of thing these days? The great guys at Acutech do.I can't speak highly enough of these gentleman. They are truly the best in the business!

during a routine oil change at the dealer (i was only going there because i got new tires there and you get free tire rotation ) they do a diagnostic every oil change . I was told i needed to replace my front and back brakes immediately and not to wait until my next oil change . i called acutech to schedule an appointment for them to replace my brakes . acutech called me after they inspected everything and told me i don t need new brakes . they even checked my timing belt per my request and said it was fine . they charged me absolutely nothing. they could of easily had my money in the bag but they didn t . they were honest. i took my previous toyota to them for years and they did the same thing then when i was told i needed a major part replaced , they personally took the part out and showed me it was fine. i m not married and no nothing about cars so when my boyfriend can t be with me i will believe anything a mechanic tells me, they could of easily taken advantage of me several times but they haven t . after years of going there because i got a new car they still remembered me. my dad gets nervous if i take my car anywhere else but when i take it to acutech he never questions anything . so to summarize this long post - they are the most honest friendly trustworthy automotive place i ve ever been too and the most important they are highly recommended by a father for his daughter.Service: Brakes

Great experience with a timing belt replacement on our Odyssey. I shopped around and found this place and may not have to do much shopping in the future. Would be glad to go back.One note: no courtesy van makes it a little more challenging, but the places with a courtesy van had much higher prices for the same job. Nothing's free including that free drop-off and pick-up.

These guys are the epitome of what all mechanics should be....Fair, reasonable, honest, straightforward and true to their word. They are someone you can count on! I've been in the trenches with my car since I bought it with someone covering up and passing their nightmare onto us. No way I would ever just pass it onto someone else...so we will continue to fix the problems despite the wad of cash we put into it before finding Acutech. AND they just might be changing the way I feel about it too....you guys at Acutech are our go to shop. We truly appreciate you!! Thanks Chris and Jimmy.

'...relationships are all about trust...'It's on the wall when you enter - and you're believing it when you leave.These guys are great! Saved me $500 on an Air Conditioner repair vs the Honda Dealer - straight talk, great service - they even spent a little extra time to take care of a rattle under the hood - N/C.They have all my business now.Here's a shout-out to Chris and Jimmy.Thanks for the Timely, Honest, Professional Service - and for the $500 you saved me.

These guys are professionals. I had a problem with my RL that was unresolved by another shop in town. Decided to take the car to Acutech based on about 4 or 5 different recommendations. I am the skeptic's skeptic as a consumer, and I am extraordinarily pleased with the job that these guys did. Summary:1. Met their time commitment2. Charged me a very fair price for service3. Had the expertise to fix the car the right way4. Extraordinarily good advice for the car, and skill in the delivery of that advice.If you bring your car here for any type of work, you'll be glad you did.

Extremely knowledgeable and very honest. I have taken our van there before for what I thought was an issue...they diagnosed it but wasn't something that required attention and wouldn't even charge me. Have referred several people there and the service was always good and always a fair price.

friendly and honest, i would always bring my honda here and received excellent service at a very fair price. If something turned out it was not needed, they wouldnt sell it to you. 6months ago i sold my daily driven honda for a VW and now i miss coming here... need to buy a honda/toyota again!

Ryan - have you heard of Uber or Lyft? You can make an appointment and wait in the comfortable waiting area with the clean restroom and enjoy a cup of free coffee;)! Courtesy vans will only increase your cost?My children and I have been Acutech customers for 25 years. (and I am NOT a local guide, but a local who won't go anywhere else).
