Good service and staff. Had some issues with my jeep but the dealer made it right. Israel was great to work with and the owner was pleasant and really listened to my issues and made it right.

Yesterday, I acquired an automobile which, regrettably, has proven to be the most unsatisfactory purchase in my personal history. While the staff demonstrated commendable amiability, the vehicle itself is plagued by numerous mechanical deficiencies. Additionally, I find it peculiar and disconcerting that the seller has taken measures to prevent me from providing feedback via social media platforms.Update: Sprayed painted the rims. I went to get the car wash, rims are scratched up. No spare tire either. The brakes were so bad on the car , it could ve cost me my life. He knew I was coming almost 2 hours away and sold me that car. No integrity or morals. Mohammed , you give your father s business a bad reputation. May Allah bless you all.

Mohammad Abu Shanab was complete scam artist, sold me a complete lemon. Paid $8500 cash and didnt even have the car for 2 hours and was falling apart in my driveway. No oil or coolant, had mechanic look at the car and blown head gasket, needs timing change, exhaust work. Car was in bad shape. He told me car was in perfect condition and no issues. He does all the paperwork through his Dads car lot Abu Auto Sales.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ISREAL! Bought a car 2/2/2024 and it was in the middle of the street 2/3/2024 ! CARS A RAGDEY JUST LIKE HIS TEETH! If there was any fraudulent going on why not call my job??? Why not ask my boss any questions if there was any concerns!!!???

Dishonest and unprofessional dealer. Grossly misrepresented a car. I drove for hours to take a look at a car and when i got there I noticed undisclosed damage in the passenger back door, driver door window not working, some doors could not be opened form inside/outside, electronics not working and damaged and ripped off back seats. None of that was mentioned in the listing, pictured or mentioned in the many back and forth messages that we had prior to me driving to their location..

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Read the reviews and trust what you are reading. I wish I had of looked at his Google reviews before I purchased. All I can say is everything every one is saying is very true. As soon as you leave the lot your car WILL BREAK DOWN. Then he will make it seem as if it's not his problem, even though it is a pre existing problem they rigged up so that it wouldn't show until after you leave the lot in 5pm traffic. There are some decent buy here pay here car lots but he is not one of them.

Bought a truck in Feb of 2022 paid in cash in full. Truck was decent enough but yes a bit over priced. Thats not the problem at hand though. It was an extra 600 dollars to have them take care of taxes tag and title. 1 taxes werent paid i just got a letter asking for the taxes in april. 2 I still havent recieved my title. Stay away from them at all cost.

The best service is given here. The employees are kind and funny they take their time to help you with anything you want. The owner tries his best to meet your requirements and he shifts the price around to get you what you want, he made me feel happy and confident about the car I wanted. The cars are all a different variety of cars and prices so I could pick out the one that suited me best. They took care of any kind of problems the car had before I drove off with it. They asked me if I wanted the oil changed, a paint job, they washed the car when I asked before I left and anything else that I was concerned about. If I ever need a car I would only come back to ABU Auto Sales and my kids will be getting their cars from here as well. Great service. Thank you for all your help.

A horrible company! Purchased an H3 hummer from them that stopped running within the first week! Kept cutting on and off, air stopped working, and and vehicle started smoking. In under 30 days the car was brought back a total of 15 times. We were given a written credit for $1,500 and now the manager says that he didn t write that even though it was signed by him! They also have put the truck up for sale again with no repairs just moved it from one lot to another. When calling to speak to him he hung up in my face multiple times and said get a life and go sue him

This is the worst car dealership in the WORLD. Do not purchase a car from here buyers beware. The first car I got there was a dodge charger the second day of me having it the transmission went out.Then they had me to put $300 dollars more down to get another car off there lot which was a chrysler 300 it only worked for 3 months and find out it had sludge in the engine and they still wanted me to make payments on it along with paying for it to be repaired. I told the rude owner they can have that junk and went to a real car lot dick smith and bought a new nissan maxima. There cars look good but are not durable to drive the name should be called Look Good Cars Only because they are truly a joke!!!

PLACE IS A SCAM I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEY HAVE ALOT OF RIGGED UP CARS ON THEIR LOT AND THEY HAVE TWO LOTS WHICH BOTH ARE GARBAGE. THEY REALLY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Had to let car go because with insurance was costing my husband and i almost 800.00 a month all together because of their deductable rules, new baby on the way we needed something way more cheaper. Estefani from Lauren's road branch asked if we had any intentions on keeping the car i explained to her that no it was way to much for us at the time, & she hung up on me. My husband and I have never been late or short on our payments since we got the car despite the situation until just a month and half ago. Not to mention when i first signed for the car i brought to their attention that the battery had died on me and needed to be jumped off from thier maintenance man to even get back to the branch. Also told them that the cam shafts sensors we're bad as well and wouldn't purchase car until New battery and cam shaft we're fixed. Maintenance man had the car for an hour i checked it engine light went off, bought the car, 12 minutes into my drive home low and behold engine light reappears! Will never ever go back to them! Worst mistake of my life!!! They are con artists!

Bought 2 vehicles from them. One ended up being a flood recovery that stopped running after a week. The other was totaled out in an accident, Abu got a check from the insurance and won't release the lien. They currently have 27 lawsuits pending in the court index. Beware!

I wouldn't even give them a star rating at all... This is the worst dealership that I've ever been too.. They deserve No rating at all. I went there with $1500 cash to get a car so I drive all the way there from Columbia Sc to Greenville Sc where they are located to test drive a car (2005 Chrysler 300) that started smoking while I was driving it. Asked them to fix it and they said that I have to put down a deposit for them to fix it. I argue them up and down about fixing the car before I give them any of my money. All there cars are in poor condition and with high mileage, they have crackheads as mechanics this is a sad dealership they need to be shut down

Do not buy here we got a truck from there and drove it home called back the same day to let them know that it was leaking oil. They told me to callback. We called back and they kept telling us to keep calling back. We took the truck to a mechanic and he told us the truck was basically junk it would cost more money than what the truck is worth to fix it. Stay away from this place!
