Coupon for oil change and tire rotation is a good deal. I suspected they didn't do the rotation last time, so this time I sat at the window and watched the entire time. No rotation, nor did they check my air filters. Brought it up to the advisor but the technician insisted he did the service. Not interested in arguing about something I can't prove but I won't be coming back. We serviced all 3 vehicles here. Plus they constantly recommend unnecessary services. I don't need to change the coolant on a 2- 3 year old vehicle that has 10 year 100k mile coolant from the factory.

If you want to go to one of the worst auto repair shops in Greenville where the employees try to overcharge you on repairs then go here. AAA has become an absolute disgrace in Greenville and these employees don't care about being honest or truly disclosing all fees and can tell by the effort they put in every day and the attention of detail they put into the work on your vehicle.Don't waste your time.

I may change my opinion based on how they handle the issue with my car not being properly serviced. It has to go back for some things that were left unfinished.

First time using a AAA repair facility. I have to admit it won t be my last. Friendly staff. It was easy to make my appointment. They got me in a little early and gave honest recommendations for my vehicle. I would recommend.

I came into the AAA store today on short notice for a battery issue I had no appt ..Mike MacKenzie..Manager took care of my battery issue ..I had a warranty so AAA honored that too an I got a new battery ..I want to let them know Mike especially that I appreciate all his help during my stress full day an that I appreciate all his help ..I wasn't there that long either I was in an out ..I also want to give credit to a AAA driver who helped me with my battery an followed me all the way to the AAA store so I wouldn't break down his name is Kevin Jennings I appreciated his help too ..this all comes out of Mauldin SC by way of Woodruff Rd all in SC ..I was blessed by a group of fellas that helped me out today ..even Carl an Eric at Car Way in Mauldin SC they helped me out too ..thanks guys ...

I had my car break down, friend had AAA so we took it to this garage. They diagnosed it the next day, no problem. I called around to compare offers and the gentlemen I talked with took such good care of me, and even tried to match my best quote and gave me a generous turnover time for the repair. I did not use them for the repair itself for other reasons, but not at all because of the service I received. I dealt with two gentlemen who were both wonderful, and very kind and understanding when I decided to go with another garage. I'm sure the work would have been great.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went into AAA for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to insist that I needed over $500 of maintenance services including brake & transmission fluid changes by saying they were way overdue I had just had all of those services performed at my car dealership a few months prior.If you choose to use their services, know EXACTLY what you are going in for because they will lie to you to try to make you spend $$$. At least get a second opinion before agreeing to any work they suggest.Service: Oil change

I finally made time to visit the AAA office in Greenville-Tanner Road since we don't have one in our area. I was super impressed with the customer service I received from Katie and Rachel at the travel desk center. They are well informed and well travelled and will provide you all the information you need for your upcoming trip. The amazing part was they do with a BIG SMILE! How great is that!!?? My visit at this location was great and I will return again soon.

Took my care in to get a crank position sensor put on and I told them what the problem was because I just had the transmission replaced and after everything my bill was over double what it should have been. I will never go back to this place again. The $150 diagnostic is a way for them to inspect your vehicle and try and get you to spend more money and charge you for it.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

I wish all AAA offices had auto service facilities attached. I came at my appointed time and they took my vehicle right away. They were friendly and courteous and reasonable priced. I would use them again for future services.

Although I have been a AAA member for decades, the Tanner Rd location is not my favorite destination. They seem very busy. Services not significantly better than elsewhere, at least for what I have needed.

AAA Roadside assistance team is horrible and they tell lies. They gave the towing company permission to tow my car without the key. They lied about not having any towing company available to tow my vehicle home. The towing company said they haven t had a call all day. I waited 7 hours for someone to come out to tow my vehicle. Sorry roadside

Let me first say that the customer service was great here, but I felt like I paid way too much for the service. I have a new 2021 Nissan Kicks and got a nail in the tire and was charged $44.00 just for them to plug my tire. I paid and that is on me but I just felt like that was a lot and being that I am a woman and did not know I was taken advantage of. I don t think I will be using this company again.Service: Tires

It took me 2 days to schedule an appointment with a travel agent because no one at AAA travel on Tanner Rd. will answer the phone. Finally got a customer service rep who made the appointment for me. He said that They were told that I need an agent who knows how to arrange international travel.They sent me 2 reminders of my appointment.I get there and there is 5 women sitting around doing nothing.I speak my business and one very young girl says that the person I have an appointment is not there but she can help me and that she is a trainee and that I am her first customer ever. I told where we needed to travel to and she then told me she couldn't help me.Needless to say I was livid.I've been a AAA member for over 20 years.When I think how I have wasted my money for all those years it makes me nauseous.Don't waste your money there.

They charged me 700$ for my alternator. I work at a dealership and they said it would have only been arou 350$. I m so angry and disappointed that I was taken advantage of the fact that it was aft midnight before I could get it towed. I certainly would have brought it to my work, but they aren t open at midnight. I work at McKinney Dodge. They said they would have done it for 350$. I want to be compensated 200$.

They are crooks. They made me pay a ton of money for nothing. They took advantage of the free tow and they didn't fix my car. I took my car somewhere else and got it fixed for 1/4 of the price. If you hate money go here.

Timely service, polite / courteous staff, everything was explained to our satisfaction. My concern is that they are a tad pricey on tires, "they" could have suggested a less expensive tire as $170 for 1 tire was out of our budget so I "feel" that I was taken for a "ride" as that was all "they" had in stock. Our "busted " tire was dealt with in a timely fashion.

Staff was reasonably friendly and the service was done quickly. One reason it was done quickly was they failed to do the free tire rotation as advertised. The price was more than my last oil change here; the explanation was my car takes a special filter . Interesting, since it was the same car as the last time.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Absolutely great customer care. From the digital inspection to the constant updates and transparency. Patient enough to explain multiple times when I asked. Competitively priced as well. I will definitely be back there for any other issues I have with my daughter's car!

The customer service at AAA has gone down considerably on the travel side. Perhaps it is a system issue of which the employees have little control, but there used to be suggestions and personalized service. Now, it seems the consumer needs to have a full plan and then ask the agent to book. It's been very disappointing, and we are considering canceling our policy after nearly two decades with AAA. We used to have a phenomenal agent named Morgan, who is no longer there. A definite loss for AAA.

Excellent customer service! Allison went above and beyond when I had an issue with a car she had reserved for me through Hertz. Not only did she visit them in person about it, she had them deliver a new car to me at work the same day. She is definitely a huge value to their company.

This location brought the auto in on schedule and the oil change and rotation went very well. Pointed items that should be addressed and alignment was performed on the spot.

I definitely was not satisfied with my service there. After spending an outrageous price to have a starter put in our car, we had to have it fixed again the very next day to have the alternator repaired. We had ask them to check the alternator before working on the car and they claimed it was fine. I called and spoke to two different people about this situation and was told someone would call me back to speak with me. I didn t receive a call back as promised either time. I will never use this place again
