I placed a warranty claim on my windshield and the process to replace it was very fast with this company! Mitch was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He also came out to my home which was very convenient for me considering the weather that day. This place has 5 stars for a reason and I will definitely refer them to anyone in need of auto glass repairs!

Lennox did a great job taking care of replacing the front glass on my truck. Communication when he was coming, arrived on time, clear communication on what needed to be done and next steps, and courteous. Would recommend for sure.

I had a great experience working with 20/20. Theresa helped me get everything set up and scheduled. She's very knowledgeable and personable. Lennox did a great job replacing my windshield. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and detailed in his work. It was a pleasure to see how much pride he takes in his profession and how well he did everything. He was a pleasure to meet with a great personality, helpful attitude and warm smile. This company has so many 5-star reviews for a reason... they know what they are doing and how to do it well! Thanks for a great, fast and positive experience. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Called them based on their higher Google reviews. They have great reviews for good reason. Cynthia & Candace were both VERY helpful, from the first call. They handled all the legwork & communicated with me regarding every detail. They even coordinated with the Audi dealership to ensure the telemetry equipment behind the glass was re-calibrated after their install tech, who the dealership said was very professional, got the new windshield installed. Would definitely use them again for any automotive glass needs.

Willie was excellent and my windshield looks brand new! I was quoted 3 hour wait time over the phone which I was dreading because I had no one to drop me off so I had to wait and Willie was done in an hour and half! I definitely recommend this place.

When I called in to get serviced. I was greeted by a lady who was accommodating and I felt went over and beyond. However, I was promised a call back to the day before my appt. To let me know if I needed to get a rental or not. I never received a call back and was apprehensive. So, I called a little after five that same day and never received a callback. I called again that morning. I spoke with Theresa. She was so pleasant and helpful! I overall give it a 5 Star experience. Everyone has a bad day and was told it was a busy day and they apologized. They ordered me a Uber to and fro! I appreciate them and will refer!

I am super pleased with how easy this process was and with how professional Ronald is! Scheduling to replace my front windshield was easy and just took a few minutes. The day before my appointment, I got the generic "tech will show up between 8 AM-5 PM" text. The morning of my appointment day, Ronald called. He identified himself and his employer which is rare, and I really appreciate that. He told me he would arrive between 2 PM-4 PM which helped me because I could get errands done in the morning and not be stressing that he would just show up while I was gone. Ronald arrived early, he did a superb job, and I 100% recommend 20/20 Auto Glass.Service: Auto windshield replacement

DISCLAIMER: Not an ad, nor do I receive anything from making this post. Only a repeat customer who was always happy with the services I received, but absolutely in awe of my experience this time.This is my 2nd or 3rd time using 20/20 Auto Glass Repair.Because I was putting this through my insurance this time, I allowed my insurance to make an appointment with a different company, only to live to regret that decision. After waiting 5 weeks for repair only to have the company cancel, I requested my insurance to make an appointment with 20/20.Their extremely kind technician, Tony, has serviced our needs before. Hearing of our dilemma (waiting 5 weeks for repair with the other company) this wonderful man took it upon himself to help us by squeezing us in onto his own busy schedule by using his own time, a kindness that was absolutely astounding, and virtually unheard of in this day and age! He took time away from his family to come to our home and replace/install/recalibrate our windshield quickly, efficiently and with a smile on his face and now- thanks to him-my husband will no longer have to take time off to take me to my numerous medical appointments.Their pricing is competetive with the other repair/services in our area, but their customer service, due to Tony and others like him, is second to none! I've written to my insurance agent to request that they make 20/20 Auto Glass Repair the provider of choice in my file, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to do the same. Making them your first call of choice will probably be the only call you have to make.

Great Service-dropped by to see if they could help me fix a gasket/seal. Couldn t remember exactly when the windshield was replaced, but they had me in their system and fixed everything on the spot without any questions. Can t thank them enough and will be sending all of my business here because of how they just treated me. Rare to find this kind of service these days. Will be back if I have any windshield needs.

EASY PEASY! After our Xmas road trip left us with a windshield ding that turned into an ever-growing crack, we called 20/20 Auto Glass based on their Google rating and stellar reviews. In my experience, these reviews are fully earned and deserved. The whole process couldn't have been easier. In S.C., if you have comprehensive insurance, you'll pay nothing to replace your windshield. You simply provide vehicle number and some basic info on insurance. They 3-way call your insurance, and after a few quick questions, you're on the schedule! They were out in a few days (after the rain finally let up) and within half an hour my windshield was replaced! This was a start-to-finish professional experience that exceeded my expectations (due to how streamlined their process was and how quickly they came out). A+!

They replaced my windshield and fixed some nicks in my husbands truck for a reasonable rate compared to other places. It was also super convenient that they were able to come to my house. They were able to get to it quickly and it didn t take them long to finish. I would recommend and use them in the future.

Absolutely amazing! From start to finish I was never left in the dark and felt very comfortable about the process. Matt and Tyler called to discuss brands of glass (aftermarket vs Oem) and helped me decide which would be best for my application. I'm very particular about my vehicles and I couldn't be happier with the quality and attention to detail Tyler delivered with installing my windshield. He was on time, informative and treated my vehicle with care! He made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the glass and the installation before leaving. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just an overall awesome experience!

I first cracked my windshield August 30th and Mitch came out I believe the next day and got it replaced for me! It was perfectly done. Then, I cracked it AGAIN last week. I knew 20/20 was going to take care of me during my series of unfortunate events. Mitch came back out a few days later and replaced my windshield perfectly again! I hope to keep this one intact for a long time. But if not, I know Mitch and the 20/20 team will take care of me. 20/20 has always been a reliable company! They have fixed several chips in my windshield as well as my husbands truck. They are professional, great communicators and reliable! These guys were awesome. I was greeted at the door by my technician. He told me about all their amenities-bathroom, coffee, tv options. The area was very nice, comfortable and clean. The tech explained what he was going to do. My windshield had been crushed by a deer. Tony installed the windshield and cleaned up all the class inside of my car. 20/20 Glass did an incredible job with my windshield repair, and I highly recommend them to be your first call! From my first call, they had my windshield approved and replaced in less than 24 hours. The technician was prompt, efficient, and super professional. There is no question in my mind why they are the best in the business.

They gave me a 2 hour window (usually means a guesstimate at best) and showed up earlier than later in that window. The technician was punctual, courteous and professional. Said the install would take about 45 minutes. When I went out to check on his progress at exactly 45 minutes expecting to hear an excuse of why he wasn t finished (as with EVERY other company I ve used) he was just finishing up with cleaning ALL the other glass on my Tahoe. That s a lot of glass! Who does that? Having been in law enforcement for 3 decades, I ve had to replace my windshield probably a dozen times, and 20/20 Auto Glass is by far the best company I ve used to do the job. Two BIG and emphatic thumbs up to these guys. And to top it all off, from the time I called to the time my windshield was replaced, was around 18 hours and THEY did all the insurance company paperwork. Aggravation and hassle free. I was very impressed with 20/20 Auto Glass. My insurance provider recommended them to me and I'm so glad they did. They even called me within about an hour after I contacted my insurance company. Walked me through everything with insurance. Continually asked if I had any questions about the process. On the day of the install, they arrived right within the window they said they would and had my entire windshield replaced in less than one hour. My technician, Mike, was so professional and patient with my questions. I can tell that these technicians take great pride in their work. I would recommend 20/20 Auto Glass to friends and family and, hopefully I won't have to, but I would definitely use them again. Thanks for making what could very easily have been a frustrating experience a really great one, 20/20!

20/20 did a great job replacing my windshield. What could have been a huge hassle turned out to be an easy and convenient process. Matt (made my appointment) was friendly and so helpful. Tyler did a great job on the windshield. It was so great because they did it while I was at work and all I had to do was unlock my car. When I left work that afternoon it was all done. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again if needed!!

Extremely satisfied, and glad I called them instead of one of the other big name-brand glass companies. They answered all my initial questions over the phone, worked directly with my insurance, and within 2 business days I had a new windshield. Mitch was very professional and friendly, called ahead of time the morning of the appointment, and completed the job in about 30 minutes right in my driveway. I hope I don't need another new windshield any time soon, but if/when I do, I'm definitely calling 20/20 again. Thanks for the great service!!

My insurance company referred me to 20/20 Auto Glass. The process to arrange for replacement was very smooth and easy. I had my windshield replaced, in my own driveway, the next day after I contacted 20/20. The technician was prompt, courteous, and very professional. The procedure is very streamlined, and he was willing to tell me what he was doing each step of the way, when I asked questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing service.
