I went in to get an oil change and my brakes checked. After the oit change they told me l needed new brakes and rotors, then Overcharged me for work that should have cost Hundreds less, asked for a better price and I was given less than $3.00 off! Wow! I didn't do my research because I had gotten oil change there before and l Trusted that they would take care of me as a Repeat Customer. WRONG, and as l left they started talking about how much Money they made. Not a good look from the customer point of view.

It's great showing up at 710am because Google says yall open at 730am, just to have to sit here until 8am because yall changed your hours but never thought to let the public know on Google. Great way to run business......Ok! Changed my rating to 5 stars because the old man that I've met at the one on St James was at this location....I don't even care that I waited for so long for them to open!! He always goes above and beyond.I will say this place was awesome 2 years ago and more when Shannon was running everything!

If I could do zero stars I would. This place mounted the tires on the rims and two of my rims were bent and they still did it. I get to the appointment, they didn t know about the tires I ordered online and shipped to their store and then after they finished it, they never even called to let me know the truck was finished, I just saw it driving by on my way home from work. Then I go to pick it up and they lost my keys and I was unable to get the truck for 3 days! So I ordered new rims a week later , they were hesitant about mounting them because they said the tires were used . Even though they got like 20 miles on them . I ll go elsewhere to get my work done .

Place is not suggested. Service was good at first. But in the end, they added stuff on the bill, which wasn't provided. Test drive was not completed, but they stated it was. I have gps on the vehicle, and it never left the lot. Numerous things were not handled professionally or right.

It s Sunday and had a low tire , so got to make appointment just to put air in my tire is ridiculous. Air is free. Unless they charging. I m not even from here but this is crazy. Rather go to a Tire place to see what is wrong and get air , don t use the gas station air it doesn t work for my vehicle.

Despite super friendly staff and a previous very good experience i have to comment on this because it's bugging me. I made an appointment at 9 am on a Wednesday for brakes. We were told 1-2 hours. We came back at noon and was asked if we could give them another 2 hrs. I was very nice and stated this was what I had hoped to avoid by making the appointment. The guy got visibly angry (not at me) and stated he'd stop what he was doing and work on mine. I apologized and he stated "it's not your fault, it's someone else's". An hour later he tells me that it wasn't done because someone ordered the wrong brake pads and he needed to wait for them. Another hour and I finally left so I ended up there the additional 2 hours anyway. I didn't even receive any discount for my inconvenience. Again, my first visit was great which was why I came back for the brakes and chose to make an appointment instead of walk in. I like y'all but I deserved something for my rediculous wait.

Wasn't happy with the service. Went there for them to specifically check my tires and a general checkup. 1.3 later almost drove off with the old tire which had a rip in it. They didn't throughly inspect the tires before talking to me. I ended up buying two tires and battery. Then they pulled my car around and was ready to go in the front desk lady said . me check and make sure they changed your battery. They had not changed my battery so I almost drove off without a new battery. Also found further inspection they did not clean the connectors which you would think they would with putting a new battery in. The front desk lady was through and friendly so happy she followed up on thise before I drove off.

Kenny went above and beyond when I was visiting from out of town and had a tire emergency, and the price was fantastic. Would definitely give them my business again!

My friend was in town visiting from up north for a camping trip. While he was here, his tire picked up something, and he needed a new one. He called almost a week ahead of time, gave them all the info about his car, and made an appointment when they were available, the day before he was due to leave. We dropped it off in the morning at the scheduled time, and they called us 4-5 hours later and said they didn't carry that tire size and couldn't fix it. Not sure why they couldn't tell him that when he called, or when he dropped it off, but because of this we had to scramble to find a place to fix it. After calling several places with no luck, we contacted Mavis on Rivers Ave, and they squeezed us in within 45 minutes of us calling. I'd recommend you skip tire choice and just call Mavis.

I just brought my truck in to the tires choice right here on 52 next to Taco Bell in Goose Creek it's the 106 address building and I had a 8:30 appointment to get the oil change on my GMC Sierra and I got told that it will be an hour and a half wait and I don't think that should be possible consider my appointment was at 8:30 to get a oil change and I'm not liking it that I have to wait an hour and a half before my oil change can get done on my truck especially one the appointment is at 8:30 to get it done yeah I know they're good at getting there stuff done but very poor on getting things like this done by appointments this actually makes me think about taking my truck somewhere else to get the oil changed so that's why I'm not happy right now and I only give him a two-star rating I'm tempted to go back and give him a one-star rating and I'm about to not recommend anybody come here and this is how they're going to do people want to the people have an oil change appointment at a certain time

My first experience was good when I got tires on my truck, at least I thought it was.My tires have started throwing weights off, after close inspection the sticky weights that were used are too tall and were hitting the brake calipers. I shrugged it off as oh well,things happen and was not going to do a review. Then I called today to get a front end alignment and tires balanced since I've done some suspension work. I called and was told the machine was broke and it would be at least 12 days before it could be fixed. First how do you own a tire shop with only 1 alignment machine, then I go look at the reviews and 3 months ago a guy was told the same thing. The guy on the phone was apologetic but tried to send me to Mt. Pleasant. Definitely not driving 30min which would be an hour in this traffic if I need an alignment. Now I have to go to Firestone which I hate but at least their machines work. Businesses today are absolutely horrific. I'm not sure if the machine is broke or they just don't know how to use it.Here's the best part. My wife called the other location in N.Chas and was told their alignment machine was down too. Give me a break. Just admit you can't operate the machine.DO BETTER.

I called the one on St. James to see what they charged for a front end alignment. I was told and then I advised them I would call back and make an appointment. They said okay. Called the very next day and was advised they don t do alignments because their equipment has been broken for some time.So I set an appointment with the one on Goose Creek Blvd. Took it in ahead of the appointment time. They said it would be ready in a few hours and they would call. About time it was due they called and said it couldn t be aligned because my tires were bad. The tires on the back were good so I advised them to rotate and put the good ones on front and balance it. They can t because the rear needed an alignment and those tires were bad. Funny thing is one is about 4 months old which they mounted and installed. Needless to say they tried to high pressure me into tires I didn t need and work it didn t need in the tune of $709.00.Picked the truck up, set an appointment with Hay Tire in Moncks Corner and they had the work done in 30 minutes for around $129.00 with no hassle or headache.I made the mistake of purchasing tires at Tire Choice once and I have dealt with them due to the Road Hazard warranty. Never again.Go to Hay Tire. Professional, courteous, no hassle, no headache, and quality work.

Hit a pothole driving with my BABY and my tire went completely flat. Came to this store with 20mins before closing and the turned me away. Said they could only offer me air. If there is an emergent need, avoid this place.

I had to come on Sunday, February 6,2023 for an emergency flat. Wanted to say how much I appreciate the only two workers that were there that day. They were extremely busy handling appointments by themselves, but went out of their way to not only replace the tire that was completely demolished, but also took the time to notice how bad another tire was along with the alignment was needed. He even took my husband to show him how bad the other tire was. The gentleman that helped us- I m so sorry that I can t recall his name but he did have longer hair. He was so nice and didn t act like we were an inconvenience on their busy short staffed day. Those two gentlemen are definitely gems. This was my second time visiting this store for an emergency service and I m completely blown away of the care I received. Thank you!

Made a appointment for an alignment, was told to come in at 10AM. I show up and they weren't even open, I sat around for 1 hr, no employee ever came. Never got a call back or a cancelation notice/email. Very unprofessional, will never use they're service again or recommend it.

Very disappointed with the service center. Unprofessional service. No quality control to speak of. I went in for an oil change and free tire rotation. My vehicle went in within 3 minutes after my arrival. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, my vehicle was done. I sat in the Taco Bell next door and observed the workmanship on my vehicle. The tire rotation was never completed. The technician took 1 hour and 20 minutes to change the oil and filter. I can do the same service in my garage in under 20 minutes using car ramps. This place had a lift system! When I complained about the fact that the tire rotation was not done. The front desk person could care less. My recommendation is to use a different facility that cares about the product and workmanship that they provide utilizing a quality control system that ensures the integrity of the service. I hope this review will give the next customer a little knowledge and questioning attitude if they decide to use this facility.

I dropped off my car to get an oil change. I was told it would be 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours. Six hours later, they still had not even touched my car. No one knew what was going on. It took a while to even figure out they had not changed the oil in my car yet. Very disappointed in the overall service and handling of the situation. I had problems before but thought I would give them another chance. Unfortunately, this happened.

Yeah, tire choice is a up and down place when it comes to sales and service but I have had a totally different experience with one manager specifically, Miss Katt, with 2 T's. This young lady as a manager had went beyond her call of duty to see that my needs were met and even gave a little more due to my chaotic and very particular situation. I hope that the management that is above her at tire choice knows just what kind of jewel that they have. And I hope that they are paying her decently and at least respectably. She dealt with my difficult situation with haste and did it all with no air conditioning. My initial service was two weeks ago and still to this day the air is not fixed for her and her employees, much less the customers that are spending their hard money. So tire choice please get your stuff together and get a better place for your excellent management, Katt, staff and especially paying customeK. Sorry using voice text. Cat if you ever read this just know that you are the best thing that ever happened to our choice

had my car towed there this weekend for what I thought was engine noises . I made sure to tell them this over the phone although it was quite clear as soon as you started the engine. They call me and say we did a full diagnostic and list every issue found- none of which had to do with the engine noises I was hearing. I specifically said I WILL PAY FOR EVERY THING YOU FIND AS LONG AS I HEAR NO ENGINE NOISES WHEN I PICK IT UP. The assistant manager , Shannon Russel, agreed and said everything will be fixed. I spent 1,400$ to pick up my car sounding just as bad as when it first got there. Then they decide to tell me after paying and waiting hours that there is an exhaust leak. They got me to pay 1500$ in suspension parts when my main concern was the engine noise, an exhaust leak that was 200$ to fix. Clearly not telling me that as I would have just had that fixed rather than my entire suspension.These people will scam you. Especially if you are a female and have no one with you.And Shannon? Yeah she s the worst of them all.Enjoy wasting your money here!

My husband and I are from Virginia and when we realized that it wasn t an alignment my car needed, but a new tire because it was literally shredding, this place hooked us up. I called and the kind lady on the phone gave me a price and had my paperwork ready to go when I got there. The guy who took our information and got us squared away was also kind and helpful. They were honest with the wait times and we were more than happy to wait in their ultra air conditioned waiting area. Thank you guys so much for your kindness, professionalism, and getting us safely back on the road!

Honest, trustworthy, friendly, and high quality service. We've used these people for years for work our primary mechanic doesn't handle and we've never had cause to be disappointed. Just today I had a developing issue that ran far longer than expected and the Distract Manager gave me a lift home so I could grab some sleep before they picked me up to collect my vehicle and head to work. Shannon and Michael both were friendly, attentive, and hardworking throughout the day while I was there. Highly recommended, but try and arrange to be able to drop off as they often get highly busy or are short handed and the work can sometimes take longer than expected.
