A local competitor had given me a laundry list of issues for a sound I was hearing and feeling on my vehicle. I felt like they were lying as I keep maintenance up on my vehicle and I had just had it inspected before relocating to South Carolina. I decided to take it to Firestone for a second opinion. As I suspected I was being lied to by the other entity.Firestone gave me an appointment timely. I had the problem and repair completed the same day. I felt like they were transparent and fair in pricing for what the problem actually was. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I love going to this firestone. They always perform quality work on my vehicle. It s very easy to set up an appointment and drop off my car. I know I can trust them to do the work properly. The staff is very knowledgeable, specifically the new store manager Melissa. It s nice to have someone who knows what they re doing. She doesn t try to sell me things I don t need and she s always honest.

The service writer was very helpful in replacing my 21 year old full size spare tire s faulty valve stem. He also had the technician inspect the tire to make sure that it was safe to use until I was able to get a replacement rim for my 2002 Toyota 4Runner. I m happy I didn t have to buy a new spare tire which saved me $200. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I ve been a client since this shop opened and I highly recommend them.

Great place and very friendly. They are very easy to schedule with and honest with their work. They are a little slow when it comes to service time, but all the other positives make it worth it. I ve used them for 4 vehicles now and can I ll always recommend them.

I chose to get an oil change @ the Goose Creek Saint James Location due to the fact that I needed my tires rotated as well. I dropped my vehicle off and was called back when it was ready. I paid and was on my way. Before leaving I checked my tires to ensure they had in fact been rotated. I have been burnt on this before Low and behold my tires had not been touched. How could I tell you may ask. Well my rims are black and dirty so it is very easy to tell if anything has been done. I could see that they put air in the tires due to the smudges of the dirt in those areas. Everything else on the rim was still just pristine road grim and dirt. I went back inside to ask if they had rotated my tires or just charged me keeping their fingers crossed that I wouldn t check. Little did they know they aren t the only company in the area that tries to get away with this trick. The reaction was not what I was expecting. They actually just took my keys and acted like it was no big deal. No apology or explanation. Just a tail between their legs feel. Like they knew they didn t do it and they were going to see if I noticed. They came back and handed me my keys and said have a great day. That would have been great if I would not have had to wait 30min for them to do the work that I had already paid for and only noticed because I checked. If I were you I would avoid this place. It is obvious that this is a common practice for them just taking into consideration the lack of caring that it happened. I don t even want to think about what else they sneak by customers. I would assume they change a ton of filters and wiper blades. You probably just got the same ole filter and wiper blades but you probably won t notice until it rains or you look at your filter yourself. I even went as far as looking at my oil filter when I got home. Yeah they are obviously that kind of place. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE. If not check the work that you paid for.

Jesse was very helpful plus knowledgeable about everything I needed to do to my truck when it came to tires and alignment. Jesse also was well aware of all promotions and deals that helped me save money and to make me what to come back again! Great service and very professional. Tim also helped me to understand how to get the correct tire size for Jesse, so he could order the tires for me. Definitely will come here again because of Jesse and his team at the Firestone in Goose Creek SC 29445.

Actually my first experience on Monday was maybe 5 when I came in to buy tires. The girl that help me was not very friendly and was eating her breakfast while she was helping. When I cam back on Wednesday to have my tires installed the gentleman that help me was very nice and friendly. So zi decided to rate my experience based on him.

In this understaffed, angry, post-COVID world, Firestone Goose Creek continues to shine. Their staff was pleasant and able to get me in the next day. I got my alignment and rotation done in the normal time and they recommended some things that needed to be addressed including a dying battery. I drove from Knightsville specifically for the great service that this location has continued to provide since at least 2019!! They are worth the drive!!

This is the first time at this establishment, first-time tuneup on my work vehicle. The staff was very professional and kind. It was a fantastic experience. Jason, the manager, and Joshua, the mechanic, was outstanding , I will recommend this establishment to my friends and family and will continue getting servicing at this establishment .

I went to get a single tire replaced and then my tires rotated, when they were rotating my tires they snapped off one of the studs and couldn't even tell me which one it was, I was told the front left but my receipt says rear right. So after snapping the stud the old man at the register starts getting incredibly aggressive saying it's my fault it snapped and that I'll have to pay for it after trying to fight me when I asked for the corporate number so I could call and make a complaint and after all that the customer service rep from the 800 number all but said I was lying and then refused to send me a reference number for my call and there hasn't been any type of follow up whatsoeverDO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONEWORST FIRESTONE IN THE LOW COUNTRY

My mother purchased 4 brand new tires from here. 1200. Or so, well she has had nothing but problems with them they will not hold air. She takes it back every time and they blame it on the weather but won't replace them. It's been over 2 months. I don't suggest anyone buy any tires from this location. I don't like to complain but when someone takes advantage of a elder woman something need to be done. This is a update, Firestone got in contact with me right away and fixed the problem thank you very much

Disregard, wrong lication. This was meant for Berlin G and 78 location. I'm leaving itposted though.Hey folks, this location is NOT deserving of your business. As a long time customer I was thrilled to have. Firestone open closer to my home. Well, the folks at this location make sure you know they are the experts all right. The whole crew is so very condescending. Every conversation I've had I've felt like the Firestone team was inconvenienced with my presence.At first I thought well it's a new store give em time. It seems to be getting worse though. Almost as they get trained to be rude, short tempered and condescending.C'mon people, if your attitude is going to suck at least remember to the caps back on my valve stems!Shop elsewhere, these folks don't deserve your hard earned money!

On the evening of a national holiday my wife's front tire had a slow leak that needed to be repaired. I stopped by three other tire centers and was told they could not help me or they where closed (a story for another day) however when I arrived at the Firestone Auto Care Center a service adviser named Jesse and one of the technicians named John graciously helped me with my tire. I left the damaged tire and they helped put the spare on my wife's car. They are to be commended for going above and beyond!I WOULD STRONLY SUGGEST THE FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE CENTER AT 613 SAINT JAMES AVE IN GOOSE CREEK!They have earned my business for life!

I came looking for an oil change & 2 tires .. Melissa at the front desk helped me out a ton !!! she told me about the credit cards & i applied & was able to get what i needed for less then what i thought i was going to have to spend !! the service was fast & everybody was super friendly ! i will deff come back !!

This has been the WORST experience I ve had dealing with customer service. Melissa who was working the front counter was very rude. She refused to communicate in a way of me just worrying about what was going on with my car. Melissa mumbled obscenities while very much showing she didn t care about the customers. Melissa was VERY rude to every customer that entered. I m very disappointed in the business.

Came in for a single tire replacement after I hit a nail. They were so understaffed that they had to keep my car for almost two whole days before they finally even started working on it. Communication from the business was terrible, every single time I called they told me it would be "just another hour or two", which was a lie every single time.I understand that staffing issues can be difficult, but they should have told me that was the case when I first got there. I could have gone somewhere else and gotten a new tire in an hour instead of wasting two days with Firestone. Lying to me about service times in order to keep me from going somewhere else is despicable.

Not my best overall experience at a repair shop. I ll stick the the location in North Charleston if I can help it.Had my car in for AC repair. They replaced a fan and did an AC check which they charged me for. I cranked my car and the air blowing was hot air. I turned around and came back after already having sat in the waiting room for 5 hours.They checked it again said they missed a tube that had been burned shut. This let all the Freon they had just filled escape.They gave me a new quote and they are going to charge me again for the Freon charge and the ac check. I called them out on this and they said they would remove it. I said it was only fair for me to pay for the part and the labor on it as this should have been caught if you had done the ac check and the Freon wouldn t have escaped.I had to leave my car overnight. I picked it up the next day and they AGAIN tried to charge me for the Freon recharge and the ac check. I think they were hoping I wouldn t notice.Called them out again and they removed it no questions asked which tells me they knew what they were up to.Whether or not that was intentional there should have been a note under my file explaining the circumstances so in the very least it was negligence and at worst it was attempted theft.

I've seen others review this facility negatively, but speaking for myself, they have always used me right. The mechanics service my vehicles right and I have nothing but a good report for this Firestone Service Center here in Goose Creek, South Carolina. This is not a paid review, just my opinion.

Waited 4 hours( with an appointment) for oil change change, tire rotation and brake fluid exchange. The next day, my first trip on the interstate and the front skid shield blew off and shredded, as it wasn t correctly replaced after the oil change.

I have been patronizing the Firestone Goose Creek location since my arrival to Summerville during August 2020. Coincidentally, Jason was my service advisor during my appointment and he, too, arrived to Summerville during August of 2020. He also worked at the same Virginia Firestone location which I patronized.My service appointment consisted of an oil change and tire rotation; I was alerted during the courtesy check that the cabin air filter needed to be changed, was shown the dirty filter, advised of its replacement cost and had it replaced.Honest work, honest prices.

Do not take your vehicle here!! They did an oil change and didn't put the engine oil cap back on luckily I caught it in time, I went to add wiper fluid and saw oil all over the engine and under the hood. This was 30 days after an oil change. Don't go to any firestone they do shady work.

Was losing large amounts of air in one of our tires. Since we were out in the area and google live times stated this business was not busy, we decided to stop in to see if they could do a patch on the tire. Service front desk person wanted us to leave our vehicle overnight in order for them to patch the tire! 4 service techs standing around,4 vehicle in the service area. This business is truly a joke. Unfriendly, would not assist us...called our normal Firestone who said to bring it right in..

Went to the Firestone in Goose Creek, Sc for the first time. The service was pretty fast for me not having an appointment. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Thank you Firestone- Gloria Newhams

After sitting on hold 30 minutes they picked up realized it was the wrong line then placed me back on hold and disconnected me. All I wanted to know was whether or not my car would be finished that day or not. I figured 5 hours of having my car would have been sufficient to get a new tire and one tire patched. However that was not the issue. Due to no updates I had no idea if I need to make arrangements not to have my car until the next day. I got a ride to go talk to them in person due to lack of communication. I get there and am stand right in front of the service writer and get no acknowledgement. I figure he may be finishing something up. He gets done and instead of asking me what I want he takes the customer that is walking thru the door instead of me. The customer that was there first. This customer needs a battery. He tells them it will have to be charged over night and load tested to see if it needs to be replaced. I see them working on my car so I walk outside tell my ride they can leave. The other customer leaves her battery and leaves the store. I walk back in to check out and again no acknowledgement. He finishes up another service writer checks me out. While that is happening he tells her I need someone to take this battery out I ordered them another one and it needs to be placed out for the core charge. So after poor customer service and realizing that he lied to a customer I decided to leave this review. I will never go back to this firestone. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is due to the techs doing a good job.Service: Tires

Took them a little while to get the job done. A few years ago, they would've had my car ready the same day if I dropped it off as soon as they opened or the very next day. But I have to take in account the shortage of workers in the workforce now a days. The guy who now runs it is very pleasant, though. I think his name is Tim. Very sweet, always nice.
