Number 1 repair shop! I will never go to a different repair shop. Classic collision is the best to go to. Mike went over and beyond to make sure my baby got fixed, and made her look all nice for when I picked her up! Thank you guys so much!!! She looks amazing!

Very satisfied with my service at Classic Collision. Spoke with Mike, who was very helpful. I never had to question how repairs were on my car were progressing, as he was very transparent and kept me up to date on what was going on. Aside from that, the end result was great. Needed an entire new drivers side door and a few other minor fixes, and it all came out perfectly. New door is in great quality and the blending is very nicely done.

I picked up my vehicle yesterday, which had been rear-ended on the interstate a few months ago and required a lot of repair work. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job! My experience working with Classic Collision was extremely positive. Mike is very personable and great to work with. He took the time to review and explain everything that needed replaced, and he was really good about staying in touch and updating me throughout the week as work progressed. When I saw my vehicle, I could not believe how good it looked...door panels properly aligned and perfectly matched paint. It looks great and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend taking your vehicles to Mike and the team at Classic Collision in Goose Creek!

*UPDATE*Sean, the GM called me and wanted to fix the repairs.I returned my car to the shop and he offered me a free rental car during the repairs at no cost. It took about another 3 weeks but when I got the car back all the work had been fixed and some additional work had also been done. They also cleaned my car for me. Thank you to Sean for following up to my review with excellent customer service.Do not take your vehicle here. I took my car there and they had it for over a month and then when I call for an update, Mike got an attitude with me on the phone. When I finally picked up my vehicle it looks like they put my quarter panel on incorrectly as it is pushed in and not latched correctly. Also, a day after picking it up I'm getting airbag malfunction messages on my car after they said they had repaired it. I will never take another car here and I highly advise you choose to take your business elsewhere as well.

After my recent horrific experience at their competitor Caliber Collision, this experience was like night and day. Every single person that I came in contact with was over the top kind, considerate and helpful. If you want to be treated like you are the only customer, this is the place for you. Bravo!!! For figuring out what true customer service means and embodying that in your workplace every day!!! I wish I could give a hundred stars. Ladies, this is your place!

Outstanding shop! The repair was quick and thorough. When they found additional damage under the bumper they worked with my insurance company to make it as pain free for me as possible. Great Service, I highly recommend them!

If you need ANY body work done, this is the place to go. I had my bumper replaced (hit a pot hole downtown) and had some extra smaller work done, as well. The assessment appointment was very thorough. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated regularly about the parts being delivered and a repair appointment was made in a timely fashion. I took advantage of the night drop option and they had everything done in less than a day and a half. They took great care of the car and it looks beautiful! Thank you!

The team at fender bender in goose Creek Professional and worked very hard to get me back my vehicle in a timely manner if you were to look at the pictures he would ve never known that my 2020 jeep was in an accident they match the paint beautifully got me all new parts which I so do appreciate. If I ever have to have bodywork done again to any of my vehicles or any of my friends need work done to their vehicles I will suggest that they bring them to this team thank you very much for all your hard work I do appreciate it god blessServices: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

One of the best experiences I have ever had with customer service. The staff here are knowledgeable and competent. Maria was so hospitable and helpful. Mike was very accommodating and kept me frequently updated. They make you feel like you're being taken care of by family. I was extremely pleased with the work done in repairing my car's body. AMAZING SERVICE! We had damage from an accident to both of our drivers side doors and the drivers side rear panel. Mike went above and beyond to make this experience stress free. He communicates thoroughly at every step of the repair and makes sure you are in the loop to exactly what s happening to your vehicle. He returned our car with BEAUTIFUL results you cannot even tell it was damaged. The receptionists inside are so friendly and beyond helpful with whatever questions you have. Classic Collision is wonderful! Their customer service is top notch (you're awesome Maria!) I had to get my roof replaced, a tree fell on my car, and they got me in faster than any other place I called in the area. We did have to deal with some issues replacing parts (manufacturer/shipping issues) but it was out of their control and Maria had great communication about the situation throughout the entire process. My car came back to me looking brand new, they even cleaned it. Thanks so much! I hope I never have to visit again, but if I do, I know I am in good hands.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Appointments are scheduled far in advance, just don't forget about it! They gave a great quote and even did a temporary fix for free! All in all a good experience

I gave them a four-star review recently based only on their phone answering service which was wonderful since I did not have to wait and the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant. Since then I jacked my review up to five stars because they treated me well, explained what they were doing, kept me informed throughout the process and got my vehicle back to me quicker than I had expected! Plus they were $4,100 lower than another collision place that was not up to caliber. Mike did a splendid job as did the people working there and I would highly recommend them! All in all it was a wonderful experience. Thank you classic collision!!

I took my car here to get an estimate and then got it fixed, and I had the best customer service I probably have ever had! Sean took care of me the whole time and was so nice, he genuinely cared, and he kept me updated the whole time! You can really tell he cares and the same as the rest of the team! I came back to my car vacuumed out and cleaned on the outside as well! I am so happy to get my bumper fixed it looks amazing! I also noticed my tire pressure was low so Sean fixed it right up for me before I left! I will always come back to these guys, they made me feel like I was in great hands and the results proved it as well!Service: Body & Trim

This location in Goose Creek is very impressive.The customer service by Mr. Shawn Zieman and the staff was excellent!The final product or outcome of my vehicle was great. Mr. James in the body shop did a outstanding job on my truck and I was totally satisfied. Mr James came highly recommended and lived up to his full potential!!I highly recommend James and the rest of the Fender Mender staff to anyone out there looking to get their automobile fixed and being taken of by a good staff.The only little issue I had was it took longer to get the job done on my vehicle than expected and what they quoted it would take.Thanks Shawn and James!

One of the best service experiences I have ever had. Doc was amazing and even when there were issues with insurance, he powered though them and delivered top notch service. The techs did a great job on my Tundra also. I would recommend Fender Mender to others in a heart beat. Good job everyone. I had the pleasure of meeting Sean (Doc) when I had an insurance claim to bring my vehicle to Fender Mender. He kept it professional the entire time. He was kind, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about his job as did all of the other staff that I interacted with during repair of my vehicle. Doc stook out the most by going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my visit would be one for me to remember. Doc, as well as the whole Fender Mender team in Goose Creek, has exceeded my expectations of the paint job that I received...The paint matched perfectly. I am very grateful for everyone in this office and I would recommend Fender Mender to friends and family!!! Thanks

Classic Collision and Hyundai dealership North Charleston conspire against Customers who purchased Elantra with KNOWN manufactured faulty paint chipping issue. They will fix each small area of chipping paint while under warranty then after warranty tell patrons its approved for another fix when past warranty yet deny payment. THIS IS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT FIX WHOLE PAINT JOB FIRST TIME! They charged customer after having amnesia of approval . Customer paid out of pocket for rental car, paint fix and loss of work days. Do not deal with either business terrible business practices and ethics!

These guys are great! About a month ago, I was in a little accident that messed up the front left side of my car. My insurance company wanted to bring my car to another shop way out of town, but I had them take it to Fender Mender Goose Creek because I had heard really good things about their work.Let me tell you, I was impressed! I was greeted right when I walked through the door. Jonathan and Mark, the guys in the office, were professional and accommodating. They took the hassle out of everything! I got my car back in no time at all and it looked amazing. They even detailed the whole outside, so my car looked better than when I brought it in!I can't say anything bad about Fender Mender in Goose Creek, they did a quality job, quickly and affordably. Take your car here for anything, and I'm positive they'll do a great job!

I am simply blown away by this business. I stopped in to get an estimate on buffing out some marks made by a shopping cart down the side of my car and was lucky enough to have Doc wait on me today. He told me if they could be buffed out, he d do it right then and at no charge. WHERE do you get service like that these days? My car looks AMAZING, like the marks were never there.This is top-notch customer service that is incredibly rare to find. Everyone I encountered was friendly and Doc was so courteous to me and did a fabulous job. While I hope to not need car repairs on a regular basis, I will most certainly come here if I do. You ll be hard pressed to find a better place! Very highly recommend!

I had an unusual problem with my trunk being bent. Dropped in with no appointment or anything. Although they were busy, Adam came out and looked at the situation. He then went in to the garage area and came back with a repairman who looked at the situation. He said I think I can adjust it and it should take care of the alignment and bend which was leaving my trunk slightly exposed. 20 minutes later, it was done like it had never been bent or out of alignment. Again, I had no appointment and they still helped me. They were clean, professional, quick and inexpensive. I appreciate their service, and should I ever have problems, or have friends needed their type of service, I will most definitely recommend this Fender Mender. Thanks to your facility for your professional and help on the spot.Sylvia

I am so pleased with the customer service I received at Fender Mender of Goose Creek! I've been to several different repair shops for various reasons and this has been the easiest process!! From the beginning dropping my car off and getting my into my rental all the way to picking my car back up the process was very easy. They kept me up to date on the status and my car was beautiful when I got it back! Thank you Fender Mender!! I highly recommend anyone that needs automotive repairs done, go see the friendly staff at Fender Mender of Goose Creek!!!

The biggest issue I faced when I dealt with Fender Mender was getting my car back. Once they received the car, they estimated it would take a week to fix. When I went to pick it up on the day they said it would be ready I was informed that it was not ready for pick up and they would let me know when it was. I heard nothing back for several days. When I reached out to know about the status of my vehicle they kept reminding me that they would let me know. Whenever I wished to speak to the manager or whoever was in charge of the facility I was told that they were out of the building. Three weeks after my vehicle was brought in, I was finally able to pick it up.Update: this is to the response left by Mr. Best.Yes, I am very sure that I visited the Goose Creek location. With the experience that I had it would be quite hard to forget the location. You are correct, however, my last name isn't 'Marie'. For privacy reasons I substituted my middle name as my last. There isn't anything I want to chat with you about as there isn't anything can be done about the situation. I left my review because since my less than pleasant experience not one but two of my friends/coworkers have had similar experiences. I chalked up my experience as a fluke but apparently it is a practice of yours to mislead customers. And no I will not provide their names as I'm not overly fond of how you discredit your customers as if they're liars or trying to get something
