They are all knowledgeable and super nice. I've been bringing my car there for over 7 years and highly recommend them to everyone. They have a courtesy van and will take me to work and pick me up when my car is done. It's very convenient.

Very accommodating and patient with all the questions I had! I got my vehicle in without waiting more than a day or two and they got right to business having finished within a week or two. Never doubted their abilities and so far everything is running perfectly smooth with my 94 chevy van!

Honest and dependable! As quickly as a busy auto mechanic shop can operate, they do it! My car has always been ready for pickup when they say it will be. They have a very efficient and streamlined text messaging communication system that allows you to approve/deny work to be done.

Tim from Christian Brothers of Goose Creek was very transparent about going through the diagnostics and confirming the issue to ensure that my truck would be fixed appropriately. He was clear about the parts timeline and how long the work would take once completed. Being able to see the quote and progress online was a great tool to minimize time at the shop. I just happened to be driving by Christian Bro. Automotive when I got a flat tire! I pulled in a little before 8am and they put my spare on for me at no charge and checked my oil! I was in an out in about 30 minutes. Thank you for squeezing me in and the generosity.

I cannot express how highly satisfied with CBA we are! After experiencing some vibrations in the wheel well while driving and preparing upcoming for holiday travel, we knew we had to have it looked at. We are new to the area and hadn t establish an auto shop yet. We went into CBA a bit blindly and having been to auto shops all over the East coast, this has by far been my favorite experience. Not only was the diagnostic super thorough with a tailored report showcasing potential issues with pictures, but communication was stellar. They were constantly corresponding with us and were very accommodating to our service needs. While I don t always wish for car trouble, I can drive my car knowing the next time something happens, I m in good hands with CBA!

I submitted my Kia Rio before Thanksgiving to help me find why there is grinding noise when I apply brakes after driving on a downgrade surfaces .I was charged $150 for the diagnostic inspection to find the issue. That was great, no problem.1st diagnostic inspection , they recommend items that I need to get replaced soon.They told me on the 1st diagnostic that the brakes was good. So I believe them.I gave them authorization to do some of the services they recommend it.I pay them for their services on my Kia Rio.The services they did on my Kia Rio drive great on the road.December 1, 2023 the grinding noise started back again.I called Christian Brothers back to let them know the grinding noise started again.They told me they be more than happy to take a second look to find the issue.After I submit my car on December 4, 2023 they contacted me that my brake system need service.They showed me my rear brakes, was not in good shape (specially the cylinders) and show me my front rotors was not properly turned correctly from the previous mechanic shop.Now, I got my front rotors service at Kia of West Ashely, which did a bad job on my front rotors.I appreciate Christian Brothers showing me the issue on my front rotors. That's 5 .But I told Service Advisor (at Christian Brothers) his technician should had notice my brake system from the 1st diagnostic inspection before Thanksgiving.Service advisor couldn't explain why his technician didn't caught that on the 1st diagnostic.Service advisor explain to me it takes an hour to take apart the brake system.But I told him , if I am paying $150 diagnostic service I expect them to take their time to see why the grinding noise appears when I am applying brakes.I'm a businessman.I understand that we are living in a digital world and Services need to be fast and efficient.Owners and managers ( including Christian Brothers) need to make sure that when somebody like me paying $150 for a diagnostic service I am getting my moneys worth( not just a visual inspection on my Kia Rio).Service advisor didn't charge me for 2nd diagnostic service since his technician didn't caught the brake system on the 1st diagnostic.Here's why I am still giving 5 to Christian Brothers:Handle my feedback complaint about 1st diagnostic service in calm professional manner.Their technician has experience r�sum� on working on Kia cars.Send photos of each inspection they did on my car.Send a recommendation service list , to my phone, so I can approve or decline each recommended service on my car.Free shuttle back to my house while my car is being serviced at their shop.Free shuttle pick up at my house to their shop.This is excellent service; something that I haven't seen in other mechanic shops.

What a helpful group of mechanic and service people. Drove down from Charlotte to help my son with his vehicle issues and they were able to get me in with no problems. Friendly staff, great looking facility and equipment and they even had a free courtesy shuttle to get me back to my vehicle. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent work; excellent mechanics. They send a written report, with pictures, explaining what needs to be done and what can wait. Everyone is upbeat and helpful. I appreciate also their shuttle service, which gets me back home and picks me up when the car is ready. Their prices are fair and competitive.

Best service I've ever received for my car. Two other shops outright refused to look at the tire issue, whereas these awesome guys took care of the issue in the midst of being very busy within just a few minutes. Definitely will be back.

The BEST!! I was stranded in town for the dog show with a power steering fluid leak and 3 dogs in my SUV. These guys got me right in, fixed me right up and were reasonable in price. SUPERHEROS!! Their shop is so clean, organized, professional, with the nicest customer service you could ask for. My only regret is I live three states away otherwise, this would be who would take care of my beloved car all the time. I really can't technically rate them because I never went there. They were running a week or more out and I was told that it would cost me about $400.00. I went to another auto shop and got the same work done for half the price. So you can figure out for yourself that they are charging you for their fancy shop.

I finally found a home for all my auto repairs. Friendly honest caring staff and very knowledgeable. They gave me a great price on tires for my Corvette. Next was the real challenge. My daughter knew a guy who thought he could repair a Lexus air conditioner. Yes-he did more electrical damage than you could imagine and yet Christian Brothers was able to fix it all. Absolutely amazing the work that they do. I didn't think this type of automotive repair existed anymore yet they proved me wrong.I'll be one loyal customer for a long time

This was my first time visiting Christian Brothers. They were very friendly and had fast service. They told me they would take a look at my car and then give me an estimate before proceeding . A piece of my car s plastic undercarriage had come loose. It was dragging and making an awful noise. Luckily they were able to remove that particular piece that had come loose. To my surprise they did not charge me anything. I will definitely be back with any car issue that may occur.

They used bad parts on my vehicle. Service done in April first of June had to replaces again. Christian brother want me to bring my car back to them. Why would I do that. I want some of my money back. I have all the parts, you want your parts back since you say they good. I will take my money back. I thought this was Christian shop but bad people everywhere including the church. All the money I spent at this shop. I have two other vehicles I take there. Very friendly and communicative. I got regular text updates with the completion eta. Estimate was spot on and the beat part is they didn't push any extra "oh, you also need this and this". They did point out an extra recommended service but when I declined they didn't push any further. Spent thousands for them to use old parts on my car. Now a few months later the same issues we went to this auto shop for are reoccurring again. Not to mention they failed to catch an oil leakage in our car the first time we brought the car to them in June. Would not recommend you come here for any repairs..

They kept me in the loop with the status of my car and made it easy to drop and pick my car off. I took my car initially to the dealership and had a horrible experience and was afraid to trust another shop but I am glad I trusted Christian Brothers automotive. This is the first time using Christian Brothers Automotive and I have to say wow.My experience started with a phone call, answered by Erica. Erica answered the phone with a happy chipper tone and had answers to all my questions.When I walked in I was offered water and coffee. The staff instantly walked out to my truck to look at it and took it straight in. The work that was done was quick and affordable. I will only use these guys from here on out.Their office/waiting area is clean and tidy. Their restroom has a baby changing table and was spotless. I have never been in such a clean automotive environment.The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have a Summerville location.Thank you Erica and all the staff members of Christian Brothers Automotive.

The facts are as follows: my girlfriend dropped off her vehicle to get an oil change and get a courtesy inspection at 10 am. She was informed that it would be done by the close of business. At 5:15 I get a call saying that they were unable to get to her vehicle. There was no reason given, and they do not schedule appointments.My thoughts: how can you reasonably say you care about your clients if you don't even take the time to either update me on the situation earlier than just before closing, or get another one of the (at least) 3 other technicians to do the 45 minute oil change at very least. I'm done with this place if they can't even bother with common courtesy and will no longer refer my students here. I'll find a better place.Service: Oil change

if I could leave zero stars I would!! I called this place twice to confirm they could fix my vehicle before I got it towed there because my car was not drivable and was told both times they could. They called me the day after I towed it there to say they couldn't fix it and it would have to go to the dealership!!! All they read was codes that I could have gone to advance auto or auto zone to get read from the check engine light. After speaking to the service manager, Will Malash, he wanted to take no accountability! I stated that I shouldn't have to pay to get my car towed to some place else because I had to get it towed to them to begin with and if they had said there maybe a chance they couldn't fix it, i wouldnt have even risked taking it to them! He offered not charging me the $75 worth of codes they said to me......like I can understand the codes!!! never again!!!

Always great service and folks are nice at the counter. Will work with you to either let you drop your car off or wait if need be.
