I would not recommend going to AAA Transmission and auto repair because my fiance had his truck over their and they did not do anything to my fiance truck they had his truck over a month and his family is a drug addiction and Keith yard is A messy my fiance truck had a rat nest in his engine I highly recommend not going to AAA transmission also we will be taking Keith to court and Keith will not refund our money that we paid him to do the on my fiance truck and never did the work do not take any of yall truck or cars over there Keith building is nasty and don't know how to keep is building clean. Also Keith does not know how to the truth all he does is lie.

Dropped my vehicle off in January and had to eventually contact the state consumer affairs department to get my car repaired 8 months later. 0 communication from the owner and nothing but excuses when we reached out for updates. My car is now starting to have other issues from sitting for the length of time it did and naturally I can't go back on the business to correct the issues. Its unfortunate how downhill this business has gone, I had several good dealings with them over the years.

There's no way in heck I would recommend anybody go to AAA Transmission on Red Bank Road because all they do is lie and come off of every excuse in the book that they can think of and they had had my truck at their shop for over a month and they have yet to do anything by working on my transmission to get it rebuilt and I have spoke to other transmission shops and they all said it does not take a month to rebuild a transmission all the other transmission shops told me it would take 2 to 3 days maybe one week Max to rebuild a transmission so that's why I do not recommend anybody go to AAA transmission and not on that they do not to be deserve to have the star rating that they have now they don't deserve to have no star rating and since they're a business this and report it to the Better Business Bureau and they also have the nerve to call the lawyer's office that I spoke to and tell them that I can come pick my truck up and that they're not going to refund me the $2,500 that that I was told that is how much they would charge me to rebuild my transmission and now I just got told they were just tore my transmission apart and not already start building rebuilding it and now I will be taking this company to court with a lawsuit because I also found out they cut my exhaust and for everything that Triple H transmission is done to my truck that messed it up work cost I mean more money to get everything fixed is this too much to list on here so I'll be taking them to court for the $2,500 and the amount of money I was out of pain for another vehicle to be used which would go to my boss and the amount of money that I was out of getting my truck fixed so that's why I'll be taking AAA transmission two quart and Sue them also I have found out from several different people that Keith from Triple A transmission family is nothing but drug addicts and keep in his wife do not know how to tell the truth they are nothing but Liars

Poor communication, unreasonable length of time for repairs. Trucks been in his shop for over a month on a quoted 1 week repair. Do not take your vehicle here. If you do, don't expect your issue to be resolved in a professional time frame.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS JUNK YARD REPAIR SHOP. THE OWNER NAME IS KEITH AND HE IS LIAR AND NOT MAN OF HIS WORD. MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THIS NASTY RAT INFESTED SINCE APRIL 2023 FOR TRANSMISSION REBUILD AND I JUST GOT MY CAR BACK DECEMBER 2023. I ORIGINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK IN AUGUST 2023 BUT HAD TO RETURN WITHIN A WEEK BECAUSE TRANSMISSION STARTED ACTING UP AGAIN. AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK IN AUGUST IT WAS RAT POOP EVERYWHERE IN MY CAR. LIKE HOW?!?! KEITH THE OWNER SAYS HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW IT GOT IN THERE BETWEEN THE TIME IT WAS NOTHING BUT LIES AND EXCUSES ON WHY IT TAKING FOREVER TO FIX MY CAR. HE EVEN TOLD ME AT TIMES THAT HE BUY THE PARTS FOR MY CAR BECAUSE HE GOT FIX SOMEBODY CAR TO GET THE MONEY TO BUY MY PARTS. HIS WIFE OR GIRLFRIEND THAT WORKS IN THE FRONT OFFICE IS CAHOOTS WITH KEITH AND SHE KS ALSO A VERT HUGE LIAR!TWO DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS DURING AFTER HOURS I GET AN ALERT ON MY PHONE FROM MY CAR APP THAT MY CAR IS MOVING. SO I SAT ON THE APP FOR A HOUR AND WATCHED MY CAR MOVE AROUND GOOSE CREEK UNTIL SAW IT ON MY CAR APP SITTING AT A BAR FOR EXTENDED AMOUNT OF TIME. SO I PULLED UP TO THE BAR TO GET MY CAR BACK BECAUSE IT SHOULD BE IN THE SHOP SECURED. I ARRIVE TO THE BAR TO SEE ONE THE AUTO SHOP WORKERS COMING OUT OF THE BAR. HE SAID HE WAS JUST TEST DRIVING AND THAT HIS BOSS KEITH TOLD HIM HE COULD'VE. THE SO CALLED SECURITY AT THE AUTO SHOP WITH CAMERA SAID HE DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING ANOTHER LIAR AND HE LIVES IN THE SHOP. I TOOK KEYS AND CAR HOME THAT DAY. EVERYKNE THAT WORKS IN THAT SHOP ARE DRUG ADDICTS. THEY CAN'T TRUSTED AND KEITH THE OWNER DOESN'T DESERVE TO RUN A BUSINESS. IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0 I WOULD. BUT PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! PLEASE DON'T!

100% DO NOT RECCOMEND. Would give zero stars of i could. Car has been there for almost 9 months. There has been little to no communication and when confronted about the issues at hand he told us he basically has too much work and cant keep up with it and doesn't have time to contact any of his customers. May have been a good shop at some point but now completely lacks professionalism and customer care. Instead of just telling us he could not do the work i have been without a car since January and have been given excuse after excuse. There is much more I could tell you to advise against using this shop but I don't have the time.

I didn't want to leave a review until enough time had passed. They rebuilt a transmission for me 3 years ago for a reasonable price and did a great job. It did take a couple return visits to fix some minor things, but they made it right! I would definitely use them again on my 2003 Toyota Rav4.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I have no experience with these jokers because I know better. I know who they are and what they're about. They don't honor warranties without a fight, and they bully people and I hate a bully!!!!!

I have to say they work hard to get your vehicle back to you. Yes takes a long time sometimes but like someone else commented 3rd time was the charm . I would recommend him for vehicle repairs . Nice guy so is his wifeService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Absolutely Amazing job by Keith and his team. I had a Q50 Red sport and the transmission went out and Dealership was trying to charge me an outrageous price since it wasn t under warranty. 15,000! I could go buy another car for that. Absolutely ridiculous, but it makes sense considering it was the dealership and they always try to absolutely destroy you in pricing, especially if you re not under warranty. Keith did the job for less then half of that price and did it in a very timely and professional manner. I will most definitely recommend any friends of mine that have car issues to them. Lied to several times about when the transmission would be fixed on my son's truck had to get a lawyer and have the truck towed to another transmission shop now trying to get the money that AAA transmission owes for not doing the work

Excellent service! Keith and Kyle did an outstanding job on my daughters car. The turnaround time was fast and the price very reasonable. They went above expectations to get her back on the road. Keith was very honest and direct in helping me with my transmission swap. I bought one from jegs online. He help make sure I didn't lose my warranty by buying the torque converter from him. He fixed it in less than a week and its running great. Also very good and fair pricing.

I found AAA Transmission after visiting another transmission place that just gave me a bad feeling. I'm so glad I did. They got me taken care of and out the door the same day. My truck never shifted so smoothly as it did when they were done with it. Very personable, very friendly, very honest and completely up front with you about the work that needs done and the price. I ended up taking my truck back to Keith to have it checked, and they found it was leaking antifreeze. They took their time looking for the leak and found my water pump was going bad. Again, up front with me about everything and got me taken care of the same day. It's been a long time since I've had mechanics of their caliber. Forget those big guys that are only after your money. Go to Keith and his family-owned business for the best care possible.

I have to say Keith and his team are the very best when you need any type of work done on your vehicle, I had some transmission problem with my truck and Keith did not hesitate on giving the best service and repair on my transmission and gave me a very reasonable price for completely rebuilding my transmission. With everything going that we are dealing with COVID-19 they completed this work in a very timely manner and very professionally. Took my Toyota Tundra up there to get the transmission rebuilt, and those guys did an excellent job, and I was very happy with the price. Keith is a great guy, he will definitely get my business again. I highly recommend checking with them first before going to anyone else.

I don t know what his new transmission builder has going on, but customers returning more frequently & angry but Keiths business just hasn t been on point lately. high turn over rate, Yeah choose AAA if you want Your car to sit here for a month or more. this is coming from his nephew btw. Went in to get my transmission serviced on a 2014 Dodge Grand caravan. It went great. Keith got me in and let me know how it looked and anything else that he saw while it was up on the ramp. Awesome job with the work would recommend to anyone needing transmission repair.

If you are looking for a mechanic who isn't going to sell you something you don't need look no further. They are absolutely amazing and honest. I went in thinking I needed transmission work done and found out it was just a bad tire and engine performance issues. Keith was honest, upfront, and informative. I'll be going back to see him first from now on before even debating another shop.

Kieth and his wife were great, he fixed my daughters little Focus up, transmission rebuild, and had her come back in after 2 weeks to make sure any leaks were taken care of. Timely repairs and great service !!

Had my Infiniti G35's transmission replaced due to a faulty valve body.Keith saved me tons of money on the repair.His price was a bargain compared to what other shops were charging to just replace the faulty valve body.Fantastic guy and he has earned my trust.Keep up the fantastic work!

Keith and the staff here are top notch. They were super helpful, honest, and fast! They told me exactly what needed to be done and did it for a fantastic price. I have been to quite a few mechanics and these guys are for sure #1.

They did an excellent job... I was stressed and thought it was a major problem, but they checked the transmission, and it was not as serious as I thought.. They fixed it immediately and the price was very reasonable.. Thank You.

my transmission has been leaking, this is the third time i've brought it back. he told me 2 weeks... it's been 2 months. if you aren't prepared to wait, then might wanna find somewhere else. don't recommend taking your car here :/

Customer Service amazing. Truck belt broke 600 miles from home, towing another vehicle, visiting son on base. We bought replacement belt from local parts store, would not fit. Drove other car to AAA Transmission & Auto Repair, Mechanic called his boss got approval to drive back to base with us, fixed vehicle in parking lot. The young man was a mechanical genius! He took time from his busy day to help with our emergency! Thank You.
