if I could give this place 0 stars, I would . very unprofessional. I came in about a month ago and got 2 brand new front tires (payed $396.88) just for 2 front tires . I started seeing thread come out the front tires within the next month . I scheduled an appointment & brought my car back so they could fix it / inspect it . When I arrived it took them a hr after my appointment time just to pull my car back . once it was inspected they told me I needed an alignment & tire rods & thats why the thread was showing in my tires . when I first got my tires, I asked did I need an alignment or anything other than tires & I was told no ! everything was fine . so I only got tires & went on my way . took my car to a different shop & found out Tire choice had sold me bad tires & in fact they were not new .... they were old & used tires . I didnt even put 10,000 miles on the tires & the thread was already showing . whole experience was 0/10 & I would not recommend this place to anybody !

Brandon the manager was amazing and so informative. He helped me understand everything and even went out of his way to find parts I needed. He was the best. I would absolutely recommend tire choice to everyone and he worked with me on the price of his services.

Came in with a tire going flat because of hitting something in road. We couldn t find the lug nut unlock. Called dealership which were no help at all.The two service guys at Choice were incredibly helpful by plugged bag the tire. They found a handcuf key stuck in the tire. A first for everything!

Overpay here do not go there I was billed $167 total then management and maintenance man said I owe another $460 cash which I paid in order to get my truck back and they didn t even replace my brake pads but replaced the bearings on one tire

I called them yesterday to get my brakes pad changed on my vehicle. They put me down for an appointment and I explained to them that my car needed to be ready by a certain time due to me going out of time. He agreed it wouldn't take that long. I booked the services. The next day came to my appt on time and the services rep failure to notify us after 2hrs my vehicle was not in the back. These people won't get my money better off going to Mavis. They will be overbook and still make appts for people

First time visiting Tire Choice Auto 1205 Fraser St Georgetown, SC I was very pleased! The work I needed done Tire Choice I Florence, SC couldn't do? Georgetown had a Manager that knows his BUSINESS! Todd was pleasant to talk to & as busy as it was 8-8:30am Saturday morning customer's were coming in for service, asking him questions he had an answer/solution for everyone that came in. However, in order to keep customers coming EMPLOYERS you need to PAY your workers a decent salary! Again I say, "pay your employees if you want your business to flourish/stay OPEN"! CORRECTION ABOUT THIS LOCATION: I've rated this company too highly since this was posted and, (3) different Managers have been REPLACED since January 2023! In September 2023 there was a Manager that mentioned to me this SITE needs to be SHUT DOWN! Now I see why. Let me explain: 1/21/23 I was charged $49.65 for an Air Filter on 9/27/23 I was charged a different amount $22.87 for an Air Filter??? Along with a TUNE UP $269.46 that same day.. January 28, 2023 returned to have a VALVE COVER GASKET done $336.96 (labor included). February 22, 2024 I came back to Tire Choice regarding my vehicle mis- firing and I was told my vehicle would be under warranty if it's due to the TUNE UP / services done in September. Was I upset? Yes, I was! Before I left I was told it's not the spark plugs, I'll need a COIL PACK and cost over $400!!!! I took my vehicle to a shop in Effingham and mechanic told me I needed SPARK PLUGS!!! And, the ones put in was the WRONG SIZE/PART!! He also said, " I had a Lil GASKET seal leak!!?? I told mechanic I just had a TUNE UP & the GASKET seal done! He stated, he didn't see anything done with the seals!!??? Lamont was the TECHNICIAN who worked on my vehicle/the vavle cover gaskets in Georgetown. Just so you'll know people how these companies take advantage especially, if you're a female. BEWARE!!! OH, and by the way the Manager that told me last month, I needed a COIL PACK had the nerve to TXT me & ask me HOW WELL DID THEY DO! REALLY!!??

Called to ask about a tire patch. Said it would be ABOUT an hour or so before I got there. The woman that answered and who also was at the counter last time I was there was EXTREMELY rude! Said they wouldn't have any appointments available until 11:00. It was only 9:20 at the time of the phone call. I politely said, "oh okay, well thanks anyway." To which she responded, "I don't know if you can count ma'am, but an hour will be at 11:00." Besides the fact that it would've actually been a little over an hour and a half, I was so taken aback and angry and the blatant, unnecessary rudeness that I just hung up. We've always given our business to Tire Choice when we are in Georgetown, but I promise we never will again! Called Baxley Tire and was very politely told that we could bring it in anytime as they don't require appointments for tire patches. If Tire Choice doesn't care about who's running the front of their house, then they don't care about your business.

I am not certain if my previous post was saved, however I went in for an oil change for the 1st time. I had a visible oil leak. After completing the change and paying I asked the mechanic about the leak in which he acknowledged seeing. Instead of contacting me to advise what can be done to fix the leak, the manager who was extremely rude advised the part I needed could be put on for an additional 50.00 and I had to go purchase the part as it was out of stock. Also I should have said something in the beginning.Was not given an option other than to spend more money elsewhere or pay 50 to redrain the oil that was just put in to add a washer.. Very disappointed experience and I will definitely NOT be returning.

AAA had Tire Choice tow my Corolla Thanksgiving Fri after my serpentine belt broke 15 mi S of their shop. Cost $91. Next day (yes, they worked Sat of the holiday weekend) their testing raised the suspicion that my whole engine may have seized so they recommended & arranged a tow to Livingston's Auto (engine specialists). Didn't charge for all the diagnostics & the local tow was free. Good people, honest and kind.

This was my first time using Tire Choice located at 1205 N. Fraser Street. The manager Tyrone Briggs was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Also thanks to his mechanics as they were short handed. They still got our car back on the road quickly and safely.

I called with a tire leak that needed repair or replacement quickly. They got me in right away, were very pleasant, and though the tire couldn't be repaired, replaced it for a very reasonable price and even rotated the tires. All this was handled in no more than 30 minutes. Additionally, the lobby was pleasant and the television wasn't blasting news stations. I will definitely be a return customer.

Ran over metal, was able to plug it, but needed a jack to swap spare tire. Googled and called as we are traveling from NC and had no idea where to go. Everyone was very nice and had our new tire on within 15 mins. Quick and friendly service! Would definitely recommend! Helped get us back on the road to continue our trip. Thanks again!

Stopped here on a trip down to Charleston from NJ. We found a nail in our tire and thankfully they were open because it was easter weekend. They were absolutely wonderful. We came in and our rep helped us and with in 15 minutes we were back out the door on our way! Amazing, friendly, and super courteous crew!!

I stop here to get some air in my tires and the young guy told me to be a little patience and someone will be out there to help me. Well i sit there over 20 minutes and no one ever came. Not good business at all. He was walking around inside and drinking a soda. The other guy told me that he was getting ready to test drive a car. Well he came back and went inside to take the keys and came back out and jump in another car. Didn't pay me no attention. So i said to my rider's that i don't have to come here anymore. Bump them and we left.

I Just left tread quarters to have some service done on my Ford Taurus today....I received Excellent customer service. Any questions I had they were answered and with a smile the entire time. My wait was not long at all in and out. New management is Awesome, and I will return here to have all of my services done. If your in the surrounding area of Georgetown this will be the only place I recommend to anyone. If you want great customer service served with a smile, Head to Tread Quarters Auto Center you wont regret it..Guaranteed! : )

The staff there have were extremely professional and polite. They made sure I was comfortable and their lounge and told me where to find the drink machine. I was in-and-out of there in less than an hour with a new tire where I had been in an accident and damaged my tire beyond repair. each and every person was a delight to be around.

Excellent customer service, great wait times, great prices, and a clean friendly waiting atmosphere. I will definitely be returning for all my cars needs! The employee at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was in and out of Tire Choice in 30 minutes completely satisfied! Thank you guys for all that you do! Much appreciated!

Got up early on a Sunday morning(website and door sign said " opn at 9:00") well at 9 one employee showed up walked in and locked the doors...I sat there 20 mins no one else show up so I drove off and gave my business to Mavis.Will NEVER go back.

They were fast and efficient like always. I have gone to them for my tires for 10-15 years now and always will!! They take good care of me. This was our first time at this location, and they took care of me just the same.
