My boss had to get a new battery for his wife's car. The guy came out tested the battery & determined it was bad. He installed a new battery & we were on the way.

Went to return alternator as I didn't need and alternator from another company (Carquest)was in the box unbeknownst to me and they wouldn't accept it. Box had been unopened by myself.
