Went to Mavis for a flat on my lunch break. They fixed it and got me back on the road quickly. Aaron was great! All worker showed great customer service and very friendly! Would definitely recommend and go back if needed!

My tire went out unexpectedly while en route to another city. I was 1 mile away from Mavis and they were able to tow my vehicle and get me 2 new tires! in and out within 30 minutes. they truly saved the day!!

Vacationing in Georgetown, SC and ended up with flat tire day before coming home. Chris and Dozier at Mavis fit us in and got us on our way within an hour! Awesome customer service and hospitality, would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing service. I got a tire from them Monday and it ended up going flat. I came up here this morning and they fixed it free of charge with the absolute best attitude about. They have been so caring and helped my stress level go down so fast. Everyone here needs a raise!!!!!!

This is the ONLY place I will trust. They have saved me hundreds of dollars and are the most upstanding business I have had the pleasure to work with. Came in thinking I needed 4 new tires and brakes based off another shops recommendations. They informed me that my tires were in good shape and that my brakes were fine. Could have easily sold me hundreds worth of unnecessary goods but were honest and upstanding! I strongly recommend for all your car needs. Amazing people and amazing service!

Chris and Aaron did an outstanding job taking care of myself and my mother today. I came in for an oil change. They got me in first thing this morning. Thoroughly went through my car found out that I needed brakes. They notified me and ask if I wanted them to go ahead and put new brake pads on. I approved it. They got right on that and had me finished within an hour. My mother unexpectedly came in town today. She was having some issues in the front end. She had to be worked in with it being Christmas week. They have been extremely busy today but they were able to get her in. She ended up needing two new tires. They immediately got on that and we were out of there within a very reasonable time. I would highly recommended using this location. You won t regret it. They will go above and beyond to make sure that the customers are taken care of and leave happy. I ve come to the Georgetown location for all of my automotive needs since they opened several years ago.

They were super helpful to me. They took the time to figure out my tire could be patched and didn t need to be replaced and got me in and out quickly even tho they were busy. Friendliest staff I ve dealt with in awhile!!

Absolute worst customer service I ve ever experienced! From the manager none the less. I purchased my tires and service off of Amazon which I thought would be extremely convenient turned out that was not the case! The manager was rude from the moment I walked in and it got worse when he found out I had a service purchased off of Amazon. I had an appointment at 3pm arrived at 2:50 to be sure I arrived on time .my car wasn t touched at all until 4pm!!! I can understand if they were short staffed but there seemed to be enough people here for phone brakes . Or maybe just let me know it was going to be this long as I have my children here waiting with me . Absolutely nothing! No communication When my husband came from work to ask what was going on he wasn t even a bit apologetic and my husband started the conversation nice! (I m so un confrontational) he asked for his bosses number because this was ridiculous. He tried to say he was the boss and there wasn t a boss over him!!! Finally my husband got the owners name out of him and will be calling corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous

Great place to come to. Workers are very nice and go above and beyond to help their customers out. I pulled in with a flat right before closing and they help me out with no problem to get me up and going
