Boat our first bass boat with marshal marine the whole process from the time we walked through the door was amazing ,they treated us like family our sales rep claire is so amazing and helpful,the financial lady Laurie was the nicest lady ever and handled the process very fast .there boat mechanic tripp was very knowledgeable and patient with us with all our questions.i highly recommend this place to anyone shopping around for a new or used boat

Will is never to busy to assist any customers, always helpful always ready to listen to my stupid jokes , all the while writing up my orders. Always letting me know worst case scenarios, and always over delivering!!! The crew here is amazing!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND! Great communication & super deal. They were very helpful with answering all our many email and calls with questions to customize boat package to meet our needs. They made the entire new boat purchase and trade-in process from start to finish go super smooth. They even went out of their way to may the final arrangements work for our schedule situation. We came from half a state away to just to buy from them and have no hesitation recommending Marshall's.

First time customer and couldn t have been treated any better! They completely checked over my Yamaha WaveRunner and even the trailer wheels. Very thorough operation. I highly recommend Marshall s Marine.

I purchased a new pontoon boat over 1 month ago from the Georgetown location. We picked up the boat yesterday. Wright Anderson, my sales rep was fantastic, responsive, and was overall great to work with. I would recommend Wright Anderson. However when spending the amount of money I did on a brand new boat and a brand new trailer, you would expect to be well taken care of. I asked the dealership if they could fill up the boat with fuel before I picked up the boat... I was told the dealership just doesn t have those kind of margins... Every new car and even used cars I have purchased came with a full tank of gas. A tank of gas is not to much to ask for when spending almost 60k on a boat and trailer in my opinion. I told the dealership that this would be how I remembered them on a bad note and they just didn t care. No fuel, no gift card for fuel, No hat, no life jackets, no cooler, nothing other than we don t have those kinds of margins... way to make a lasting impression. 1 star to the dealer ship5 stars to Wright Anderson.

My Salesman Timmy Powers was as good as it gets across the board- could not be more satisfied. However the management support post purchase was truly the worst I have ever experienced regardless of product category in my 51 years. The day I went to pick up my boat the seat cushions I had ordered in July had not yet come in - not a big deal, these kind of things happen, yet I just got the last 2 today 10/17. Few additional items of goodness were also included- the boat was dirty, had an admittedly small gash in one place that I unfortunately did not notice until I stopped to fill it up with gas, which that too seems like would have been included.For my contribution to the customer service fiasco the financing company I used was delayed in wiring the funds during the delay the management team's email & phones worked really well, multiple times, daily over the 2 day delay. However once the financing was resolved it would appear they had some outages of some kind - when I finally took the time to send an email- highlighting my issues and subsequent frustration their response simply regurgitated my email and let me know they were aware- well Thanks very much - I am more than happy to come in and train you guys on the customer service approach and measurement process my team adheres too- but until then I wanted to offer one helpful nugget - awareness is just the first part and within the bigger picture, the far less important part. What matters most is your response, specifically the actions you take to resolve the communicated issues - Truly hope that helps and Oh yes, by the way, I decided to give the 176cc to my boys and get the 219FS -- Thanks again !

Awesome experienceSo professional and caringResponsive on call backs and texts. I have never had a more satisfying purchase on price and process ever. I will deal with Marshall marine in Lake City SC again for my marine needs. I HIGHLY recommend them. Great Customer Service and very attentive to their customers desires. I flew to their store to preview a new 2021 Avid 23FS Magnum and they accommodated me on every turn of my trip. I made a 7 hour trip to return about 4 weeks later to pickup my newly rigged AVID. I am very pleased .

I called for small parts and spoke with Taylor. He was extremely helpful and ended up shipping me what I asked for. I did not buy my boat from here and live in Charleston SC . But I found this interaction to go a lot better than when dealing with other marine shops in this area.

Excellent customer service! Was looking for a jon boat and not many dealerships sell them. Marshall's was out of stock but got some in quickly. I was so happy with the purchase that I went back and purchased a Yamaha motor for the boat! I highly recommend Marsahall's Marine!

I recently had an engine issue on my way up the coast and had to limp into Georgetown. Marshall s was in waking distance of the harbor and was a welcome surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a very well stocked parts room including the parts for racing series Verado outboards I needed. I was able to get on my way again in an afternoon thanks to them.

Nothing is or was available! I looked high and low and finally found a dealer to get me a Key West 263FS. The price... fair! Not like, not bad or good, but a fair price. Then came all the extras I requested. The biggest problem was this chip crisis! Garmins backordered until forever, so they installed everything EXPERTLY and quickly. Then, I realized that I forgot to ask for something. They had one in stock and installed it while I signed my paperwork! Wright was an amazing salesman, and extremely knowledgeable. Plain and simple, I think I was a pain in the neck and they still treated me like gold.

Very happy! Love my Key West 189fs and the buying experience there in Georgetown! Cliff was an awesome salesman and made the buying process smooth! Ray is great and I can t remember the tech that took me out in the demo, but he was very knowledgeable and a great guy also!

I live in Charleston so we communicated via email for a couple of days and then picked up my boat a week later. In and out with in an hour. The staff was perfect and the facility is beyond what I expected. Buy your boat here! You cant go wrong

Wanted to say Thanks, Had a question about a new option on my new Skeeter,the young man I spoke with( Nate?) stopped what he was doing a went to a boat like mine and made a video showing me how to operate the new option. That s customer service!

Waited over thirty minutes for a employee to show up . The employee never showed. I left then manager was to call in the next hour. Never called and three hours later I called . They apologized and said they were busy and seemed annoyed. When I was there I noticed a large staff generally walking around with no more than the occasional single customer. I did sell my "Atv" but felt like I did not get a fair shake.

We live in Conway so our initial search for our boat began in the Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet and Pawley Island area. We finally had to make the drive to Marshall s Marine dealer in Georgetown to find what we were specifically looking for. The inventory was above and beyond what we had experienced in the Myrtle Beach areas and the best part was the pricing! My father and I were so happy to finally find the boat, engine and trailer we were looking for.

Scotty and Gabe in the Georgetown store are great. I highly recommend taking your Waverunner or Boat to them for service. The the service will be done correctly for a fair price.
