I had Goodyear Tires on my 2020 Silverado 3500. That carries lifetime balance and rotation free. This store is not in the Goodyear Network I paid $75 for 4 tires balanced and rotated. I could have swallowed that a little better if they did a good job. When I got in my truck the tpms sensor was registering 35psi on both front tires. Rear tires were within range but not close enough to factory rating. I returned to the shop to have that fixed. All they did was put air in the tires and tell me "Your Good". Once on the road my truck was shaking extremely bad at 55 mph and up. Knowing they balanced at least 2 of my tires at the wrong psi. I left and took my truck to an authorized Goodyear Network dealer an hour away. And they fixed it. Don't go here if you want something done right the first time. I'm not one for paying someone to mess up my vehicle. Gave them 2 stars instead of 1 due to cleanliness.

You know when you walk into a place of business and you just know they will do a fantastic job with your car, well this was just that place. Friendly staff, clean waiting area, and professional job. I would recommend this business to anyone needing tires, oil change and basic tire needs.

I needed new tires ASAP for my car. Called ahead of time to see if they had them in stock. I was waiting to see if I was going to get the run around but that wasnt the case for me. They went above and beyond even thou they was short staff. They even did my alignment as well. Which is perfect for me on my long trip home to NY. A peace of mind for my travel. They get 10 's from me with courtesy of staff at the front desk. Thank you

Friendly service at first... Went in today for wheel alignment and was going to be charged around 105 dollars and then another 10 dollar fee. Asked the guy if he offered a military discount and his words were "no, I don't mess with that." So, I told him I was just going to hold off and then he stopped me again by saying "why, what did you think it was going to be?" I informed him that I knew other places would do it for quite a bit less, like around 70 dollars. He said "oh no, I ain't messing with that." I understand everyone has a price but his tone with me as a customer was unacceptable considering I was very professional in communicating with him. Just ripping off customers when there are other places like Firestone providing services like this for much cheaper and with way better customer service. Be vigilant my friends.

Worse place in south carolina I dont recomend it they dont even know how to put a light in my car i give them a brand new signal light and when they finally put it on( BECAUSE they try like 4 times)it was broke and they didnt want to pay for it i will never go back to any goodyear

Great mechanic Scott Price is the best there is. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Assistant manager Shawn is great too.
