I wish I could give ZERO stars.I purchased 4 brand new tires in April. Last month (August) out of the blue, the belt in one of the tire broke. It was taken back to them and shipped to the manufacture just to tell us they would not replace the tire. Now 2 more tires are almost bald in under 6 months. My husband has been a loyal customer with them for years, but this is the first time that I have purchased tires from them for my vehicle.Never again. Stay clear unless you have money to lose.Response to your response.My husband absolutely told you that the belt was broken.The hole that you are speaking of came because I had to drive it to get out of the highway when the tire went flat out of the blue due to the broken belt. I guess you would have preferred me staying in the middle of a busy highway and getting hit with my son to keep from driving on a defective tire.Your comment is comical.My husband is diligent about routine checkups on all of our vehicles. He has one now that he hasn't driven in over 6 weeks because he was waiting on your machine to be fix (also needs an alignment). So why would he not have the same care for his wife vehicle. Take responsibility for your companies negligence and stop putting the blame on innocent people that trusted you and your company to give them quality service and product.You have a blessed day as well.

Stopped by while in town for the day due to a low tire pressure indicator on my car. They were so incredible and checked all 4 tires and added air to the tire that was low. Amazing service by the lady at the desk and the young man that checked my tires. If I lived in Georgetown I would definitely return to them next time I needed car assistance or tires.

While headed home to Charleston from a weekend trip in Georgetown, my steering wheel started shaking. I initially thought I had a flat tire, but after getting out to have a look, realized that my brake caliper had apparently seized up. My 8 yr old son and I limped into the parking lot. When we entered, I explained my situation. We were greeted with a smile, and told that they'd have a look. They were slammed, and made an effort to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Within two hours, and only $ 150 later, we were indeed back on the road. By far, my best tire shop experience ever. Highly recommend these folks, and am very appreciative!!

I've been going to these guys for 8 years and I can tell you they're some of the FINEST people I've ever done business with. Not only are they courteous and professional, they've never overcharged me or lied to me. They've fixed my cars and fixed them well - on many occasions with little cost or no cost. My fiance and I had our oil changed here, as well as my Mom's vehicle's oil on 10/1/2020. My Mom also needed two new front tires. I forget the guy's name (he's from Deltona, FL.) He ordered my Mom's tires and informed us they'd be in later that day. He was very helpful and super friendly. Thank you, so much! We will definitely be coming here to get service in the future and recommend y'all to anyone!PS- Don't forget that 1964 1/2 Mustang picture for your car wall! Lol. :-)

Took my car here for an oil change. They broke my coolant hose and will not fix my car. Do not bring your car here for service because when they damage your car they will not take responsibility. My advice put cameras on your cars just in case you decide to deal with this crooked company.

I must say I've been dealing with Georgetown Tire since they opened and has been very satisfied with the service. Courteous and professional they are. They stand behind their service.

Purchased 2 new tires and belts broke in both tires within 18 days. They stated I did not purchase the tires from them. In my opinion and experience with them they sell bad tires. I will never spend my money here again!!

I went to get my tires changes and I told them that on of the tires I have have to be plugged, I was told the will be able to use. They never fixed it I still have the nail in my tire.
