Just got off the phone with Michael. He talked me OUT of spending money with him and to wait until service was actually needed. If only all mechanics were as honest as him. No scare tactics. When I need service I ll be giving him a call back.

My sailboat's diesel engine had an impeller failure resulting in an unexpected return to Georgetown Landing Marina. I contacted Michael who provided prompt and courteous service. He sent Mendi (sp?) for the initial diagnosis and followed up with a personal visit visit the next day. My engine is 15 years old and has 4,000+ hours. Other issues were quickly identifified and remedied. After I returned to Atlanta, I received frequent updates on their progress, including videos and pictures of their work. A seatrial was also completed to insure everything was in proper working order. Upon completion, my engine runs flawlessly and has not missed a beat. MIchael even called me several days into my next cruise to make sure the engine was working properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the work performed by Michael and Mendi with A and M Marine!

Our Volvo engine was dead after a lunch stop in Georgetown on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Michael got the part ordered and installed Wed evening. After some diagnostics he helped me solve related electrical issues and get the engine running. He put in extra time on the holiday weekend to help us out and get the boat working correctly. He clearly demonstrated excellent technical expertise and willingness to get the job done quickly and correctly.

Came into Georgetown as a stop on the ICW and had unexpected engine trouble.Mike at A&M offered to quickly dispatch his best mechanic, Mendi, within an hour of phoning him.Mendi spent the time and energy to diagnose our issue and we are thankful for the prompt and professional service.

Extraordinary ripoff. Sold us a $25 blower, two 45 minute visits, total charge $1,581. Run, don t walk from these guys.

We lost a propeller in Georgetown recently and were worried that we would have to take our wide beam catamaran to Charleston for a lift (very expensive).Mike was recommended to us and he came to the boat within an hour, confirmed the problem, organized a diver and ordered the parts.We had a very pleasant stopover in Georgetown, (a great place to break down), and as soon as the new prop arrived it was back on and we were away. So a big thanks to A and M and we will make sure to book our boat in for service when we come South later in the year - thoroughly recommended.Nigel and AnnCatamaran Saul Goodman

A&M are exceptional. We have had A&M as service for our whole house generator for the past couple years. It has been the best investment; numerous other so-called generator service never responded to our inquiries. We recently called Michael on an emergency and received immediate response. He is very courteous, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. His entire team is excellent. If you need someone who takes pride jn his company contact Michael at A&M

Our boat was broken down in Georgetown with after coolant system problem and Michael with A &M was extremely helpful in aiding us to get the parts from Cummins. If not for him we would probably have been stuck there a lot longer. When he got the parts he even delivered them to us at the marina as we had no transportation. We thank him so much.

Simply amazing service and support. I'm a new owner of a new power boat and it was throwing off some weird engine codes while heading north on the ICW. I emailed A&M on a Saturday night hoping to be first in line for Monday. Instead, I got 2 emails and a return phone on the weekend and then he was knocking on my door at 8:15 Monday morning. Not only did they effectively troubleshoot my problem, but gave me tips and tricks for preventative maintenance moving forward. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I called Michael regarding a problem with our Northern Lights 6kw generator and asked him if he could come to the boat and take a look. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, advised me of the parts I would need, apologized for not being able to get the parts in time for our departure the next day and recommended that I contact the N.L. dealer in Brunswick where we were headed so that he would have the parts on hand when we arrived. I was impressed that Michael was concerned more about helping me get the problem resolved as efficiently as possible than he was about charging me for a service call to the boat during which time he would have told me exactly the same thing. Such considerate customer service is to beapplauded. Thanks Michael.

Michael and his mechanic Mindy (pardon the spelling) were just wonderful to me recently when I overheated a marine engine and was stuck in Georgetown. They got me going again on a Friday when I thought it would be the next week before I was underway again. They bent over backwards to help. The repair work was performed very professionally. They are a first rate team, highly recommended.

We had an issue with our partial home generator and Michael responded immediately. We needed some extensive work and parts and everything was done efficiently and professionally. This is an excellent business to work with.

Lie after lie my truck has been down over a month now from October 26, 2021 and today's date is December 4th 2021 and I am still down and I have paid the service fees and for all the parts in full. So when can I get my truck fixed. When will you provide me with the service you have provided others..?
