John and Quan Simmons did an excellent job recommending and installing a CD player in my 2019 Ford Explorer . They are both exceptional men with tremendous technical ability and impeccable customer service skills. They were the only business that could eventually find the conversion kit which would be compatible with my particular vehicle. They are very reasonable and trustworthy, and have very fair prices.I very highly recommend these gentlemen in recommending and installing your vehicle s stereo systems.They are the consummate professionals and are very good at what they do.

Did a top notch work on my new 23 Bronco he replaced all speakers put amps the works everything is clean look very pleased with the work Quan/Owner he took his time to make sure everything is right little details I appreciate that !!!!! All the hard work and it s amazing and the sound is CRYSTAL CLEAR

This marks the beginning of my journey to resolve the situation. I brought my Harley Davidson Street Glide to the shop for an installation, which included steering wheel controls and a new deck. Unfortunately, I encountered persistent issues with the volume control, prompting me to return to the shop on multiple occasions. Each time, I received a different excuse for the problem. Although John, who understood my needs, was courteous, the young installation technician lacked proper customer service skills when it came to identifying a solution.Instead of working towards rectifying the situation, the technician responded with an unhelpful remark, stating, and I quote, "I am a professional and I've been doing this for years. I've worked on hundreds of bikes." Initially, he blamed the deck when I explained that my bike still had volume issues after consulting the manufacturer, who confirmed it wasn't a deck problem. Then he shifted the blame to the steering wheel controls, despite my repeated requests for the manual for both the deck and controls. Each time I returned to the store to demonstrate the issue, he provided a different excuse, which was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the substantial amount I paid for the installation.During our last interaction, he even questioned the age of my bike and proceeded to show a video he took of it to John, the other owner. Instead of being the professional he claimed to be, he should have shown me the video to help me understand the situation. Instead, he simply stated that my speakers were blown, without resolving the issue of volume control or the wire mismatch message on my JVC player.After countless excuses and insistence on new speakers, I asked about the cost of replacing them. He walked away about 20 feet and returned to say he no longer wanted to work on my bike. This behavior clearly indicates a lack of competence and an inability to control his emotions, rather than troubleshooting to identify the actual problem. A professional installer should not engage in altercations with customers who are reporting issues such as a wire mismatch message and malfunctioning volume control on a brand new system.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment until John, the owner, hires a professional installation technician who possesses both expertise and the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a forward-thinking individual, I believe it's important to spread the word, especially in small towns like Georgetown where information travels easily. While inquiring about this company, I discovered that multiple individuals have expressed dissatisfaction on several occasions. I caution those who may be considering getting their audio installed at this location. Every installation is unique and special, but when it comes to complex issues like mine that require thorough troubleshooting, which may also arise for future clients, I would strongly advise seeking services elsewhere.

We upgraded our audio system and added a backup camera on our 2006 Pontiac Solstice. Wonderful people, very professional installation, super fair pricing! We love shopping local & we highly recommend 843 Audio!!!!

Nice work, looks, and sounds good. The only problem was that I was quoted one price and charged another price. Other than this, they were great.
