I went here to get my tires changed out from the old ones to the new ones. I brought my own brand new tires that I purchased elsewhere. We spoke on the price prior to him installing the tires he says it will be 80$ to mount and balance them all. I then agreed to proceed. My friend her child and me Waited 3 hours on a what was supposed to be quick stop. After waiting the 3 hours he claims he is charging me $198.00 for him changing my tires and having to replace a stud and lug nut that he broke. I tell him I don t have that much and we agreed on $80.00 and not only the fact it was his fault he broke it but then never communicated about a price change. Trying to be reasonable with the situation at hand he then starts yelling at me and slamming things around acting very violent cussing and such. I then go to leave bc he s screaming for me to leave then he throws tools towards my vehicle putting not just me and my friend but her 4 year old son at risk of being hit if I can give zero stars I would and I highly recommend looking for a better shop than this one ! The level of unprofessional service that was shown today is just ridiculous and unacceptable! No man should EVER be able to show out that way towards two woman and a child! I am also contacting the better business bureau and letting them know how this place is owned and operated! He also has people whom are in on drugs working for him I wouldn t be surprised if the business isn t even legitimate!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Absolutely wouldn't recommend we dropped off vehicle it had a few issues but when I picked it up by the time I got to the house I was crying every light in the dash is on just about they had it on E and didn't do anything extra just to be hospitable plus the personal service was horrible they let me sit outside. Paid over 680 and had to get another mechanic to look at it and give it the right work "( sad

My car broke down a few miles from this shop. The owner recommend that I contact Kia because my car should be under warranty still. Billy came with a tow truck and got us to Kia. Very genuine and I would have trusted him for my repairs.

I will say I didn't deal with the repair shop. I dealt with a guy named Solomon. He scheduled an appointment for me to look at a vehicle, and when I showed up, he was late and also said that he wanted to show a lady the vehicle I was interested in before he showed me. I had a wad of cash in my hand, and she wasn't serious. So I left, and he blew my phone up for hours, begging me to come back. Extremely unprofessional and was not honest when describing all the issues with the vehicle.While the repair shop may be full of good people, the sales team is trash, and I do not recommend dealing with these untrustworthy folks.

Billy took time to check out my car without an appointment and was very thorough. He wasnt rushed at all and it was very clear he knows what he is doing. I have found a new mechanic! Great small business and much needed honest mechanic. He could have easily told me I had a blown head gasket and charged me and i wouldn't have known any different. Very impressed with M & M Auto Repair. Highly recommend if you're having mechanical issues.

This repair shop and the mechanics are the best I've ever dealt with. The owner and mechanics are extremely professional and courteous. For us being out of towners with an emergency breakdown on the way to a different state on a holiday week, I was expecting the worst as far as price and service go, this company exceeded all expectations. They took care of us in a timely manner and were fair with the price. I felt like a local and if every mechanic were like these guys, the world would be a better place. Thank you so much!!

My Family has been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Vehicles have always been worked on as quick as possible. Some overnights rarely due to arriving late or getting parts.Fair Prices & Great Customer Service. I ll keep using M&M auto.

Car battery died and had no money and showed up 3 minutes before they closed, the guy charged our battery and switched the battery terminals, and was very nice for staying longer than he had to. Can't remember his name, he had short dark hair and glasses, shout out to you homie! You made our day better.

A positively wonderful experience! It is a family owned and operated business. I had previously taken my vehicle to a huge dealership that i bought it from. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else but to M&M. They treat you better and have better prices than any place else I have ever experienced!

Billy and his team are amazing. He has always taken care of my work trucks very timely . He understands the small business needs and remains reliable and honest in his business dealings. Took my car in to have driver door lock looked at. The young man who checked it out found the problem, fixed it and I was roadbound without issues. I would recommend M&M auto repair.

If I could take my star back I would. Should have listened to the lady when she advised not to go there. He knowingly put a faulty transmission in my car and didn't want to fix it. I took it to another shop and they too have heard bad things about this shop. The new shop seems to have to always fix this shops problems. Just a money grubber...no integrity as a CHRISTIAN

The guys there great to work with, very knowledgeable and eager to work. Very professional on any given day.Was leaving for holiday and hit some serious need of repairs. The guys got me back on the road in short order!!!
