Called around 16:30 and arrived close to 17:00. They were able to take care of my tire service needs promptly and the prices were very fair. This family owned business will be my first call for all my truck needs when I'm in the area.

Had my kenworth t680 worked on there and left with problems i didn't have before. My mirror on the hood broken and washer fluid cap missing plus my temperature guage never worked even after changing the sensor that they told me to do after letting know it didn't work. Not even my ac compressor works normal anymore and i replace it after that. That's because they didn't do a good job on replacing the wire harness that they said was needed to replace. A high bill over $17,000 with labor being most of it. I was even charged for dropping the oil pan that didn't happen cause my truck didn't require it. They didn't even offer to check my truck to make sure no mistakes were made. It's like the money was all that matters. I am very dissatisfied. This February marks 2 yrs and and my outside temperature guage hasn't worked yet with a new sensor that probably not hooked back properly after changing my wire harness

My husband and I were traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania, when he noticed a severe shaking of his f250 while driving. Thinking it was a bad tire, we saw interstate 26 Service Center to our right, they had great signage stating they repaired trucks, and tires! We immediately pulled into their business, and the staff was more than happy to help us figure out which tire was bad. To top it all off, the guys quickly changed out our tire. I went in to settle up the bill while my husband tested the new tire before we got back onto the highway. I was so happy and surprised that they did our service free of charge! This truly felt like an answered prayer! We definitely recommend their service, and thank the staff for their kindness!

Today 9/12/23 I was traveling back to Winston Salem, NC from Hilton Head Island when I suddenly had a tire go flat. I made it off HWY 26 to the BP station in front of Interstate 26 Service Center. The manager of the BP station was kind enough to call the guys at Interstate 26 for me. My tire was completely flat, I had a dog in the car and they came in less than 10 minutes to jack up my car, remove my tire, plug it and return within a few minutes to put it back on. I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes from start to finish. These guys were a Godsend to me, and my daughter and I highly recommend them!

Found out I had a nail in my tire on the way to Charleston and needed it repaired. Thank goodness for this place that was able to get it fixed super quick. Friendly people and amazing service. Thank you!!!

We were passing by and developed a tire problem and pulled off the highway at there location. Without hesitation the manager had our vehicle in the shop. The valve stem was replaced and the repair was done at a very fair rate. I would recommend this shop without hesitation.

The good Lord placed these angels on my way! I got a nasty old nail stuck in my tire and this service center repaired the hole in no time! I was able to get home safely thanks to them! Thank you!!!

Awesome place! I ran over a bungee cord on the interstate and it popped a hole in my tire. I took my car there & they fixed it free of charge!! Would give more stars if it were an option! Thanks so much for the help!

The staff at Interstate 26 are top notch. I had blown a tire on my trailer today and pulled into their shop right at lunch time. When I pulled in I expected to get told I would have to wait on lunch to be over before they would service me but I was wrong! The guys put down their lunch to come out and change my tire for me so I could get back on the road. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I saw the labor prices when I walked in and was expecting to get a bill for the minimum labor charge but I was wrong, since it was a quick and easy repair they didn t charge me a dime! Appreciate the quick and kind service. If I m in the area and need a repair I know where I will be stopping! Thanks again!

OUTSTANDING and IMMEDIATE service center!! Interstate 26 Service Center LITERALLY saved our vacation. We had clutch failure with our class 8 Freightliner that tows our large RV. We knew this was a significant issue and figured it would be trip ending. We called Interstate 26 Service Center and they immediately began to work on the situation. They gave us a place to dry camp our RV while they repaired the truck. Originally thought it might be a two day turnaround (that's quick) BUT they worked well after their typical closing hours get to it fixed the same day..10pm!! Basically they pulled the transmission, removed the clutch, machined the flywheel, installed a new clutch in 12 hours!!The next day we received a call from them just to check up on everything.Hands down, the best outcome from a TOP NOTCH service center!!

Had the pleasure of breaking down near this place with a coolant line leak ,Had to replace a 5/8 12ft long coolant line and 1 1ft line and 12 gallons of coolant they charged me $1717.00 for an hour job but charged me for 4hrs. Thanks for getting me on my way but did you have to rip me off first.They sell that same hose for $6 a foot they charged me $55.00 a foot wow.

I drive a tractor trailer and I came to get a tire repair they worked on it fast! They found the problem really quickly fixed it I thank them for helping me they were such good people.

This place is great. They are always are friendly and nice. And they are always straight up with me. I I would recommend this place anymore. If you want to cry about it go down road and see Mr. Wolf and see how u like it.

Unfortunately my last experience was horrible with them. Had my break done with them and the technician probably did not do a test drive after putting them up! Results slack adjusters not properly set, no parking Brakes, poor breaks until I reached home. Got it fixed at another shop. And informed I 26 service Center at every step. Attached with it paper work and invoice. However never received my refund( for fixing thier mistake at another shop). Can so better! should do better!

Our car was overheating and we found them through a google search. Although this shop specializes in diesel, they were kind enough to do a preliminary test on the rad and fill it again with fluid. They did not want to put in a new rad for us so they called around and found us a repair shop who would do that.Most repair shops were not taking appointments for a week. And we were on our way to Canada.We were stuck with the problem and they went out of their way to help us - and with no charge. .Now that is customer service!

We ended up getting a blow out on our travel trailer at I-26W, S.C. We saw Interstate 26 Service Center conveniently located off the highway. As we approached the huge garage doors, Dave - the owner immediately met us and inspected the damages. Because of our unusual tire size, Dave s wife went into action and was able to locate tires for instal the next morning. They allowed us to stay on site in the camper overnight. They made sure we were comfortable, safe and had everything we needed until their return. How awesome was that? Following morning, tires arrived, professionally installed and we were back on the road.Not only was his staff exceptional but Dave & his wife treated us like old friends. Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and able to continue on our vacation. Thank you for your generosity and attention to ensuring our safety Five stars isn t enough for this company!ntil morning. How awesome was that? The next morning he installed the tire (s). had to order a tire and because it was late offered us to stay the night

I took my truck in for a diagnostic because I thought my injectors were leaking. They told me it would take at least 10 days to send off a sample of my oil to see if it s mixing with the fuel. I refused the service because that would take too long. They gave me one price for diagnostic over the phone. My bill came out to $551 dollars and all they did was replace a fuel filter. They also said I had a coolant leak under my truck. I called them back a couple weeks after I took my truck from them to ask what hose was leaking. The desk clerk says whoever is fixing my truck needs to do a pressure test to find the leak. I would never do business with this company again. The worst experience ever. $550 plus dollars for a fuel filter which I didn t ask them to change, and a coolant leak that they can t tell me where it is. I wish I didn t have to leave one star.

We are from Florida and were in route to North Carolina at 5pm on a Friday afternoon when our 7.3 liter diesel truck lost power and was smoking terribly. Being 5 on a Friday we knew we were in serious trouble. Fortunately we called I-26 Service and spoke to the owner David, he agreed to keep the shop open and wait for us. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back on the road. The shop is a beautiful facility and David is a true professional and good family man.

I ask Them to pull the oil pan to see if the engine was damaged from driving on a blown turbo. The mechanic said that wasn t the issue, it might be a bad fuel injector or something of the like. Asked me to bring an ECM, (I paid $980 for it), then they said that wasn t the problem. Then was going to charge me for $149 per hr for 10hrs to diagnose the truck which includedPULLING THE OIL PAN!!!!Yeah right! Pulled up in a rental and towed my truck outta there!!!

Was in need to get some mudflaps put on my trailer and unfortunately they didn t have holes pre drilled in them and the guys here helped me out getting holes drilled and went above and beyond helping me put new chrome weights on them too thank y all!!

This place is truly awesome! Very nice couple running the spot, woke up in the middle of the night to help me out in the middle of a bind. Very clean shop, just because you work on trucks doesn t mean your shop has to look like it. I highly recommend them, this is where Im going if I find myself in need of a mechanic in SC.

I'm with Premier Logistics, LLC and we operate trucks out Charleston into the Columbia area at all hours of the night & day. We've NEVER had a problem with the folks at SDR! They communicate well and are quick to respond. When their main facility was lost to a fire, they never missed a beat. Great people, great service!

do not work with interstate 26 SC this company they charge over price I take my truck to have change high presser fuel line they charge me 3 hours labor$537 over the phone they told me $400 tow truck then they charge me $525 when even dealer charge only one hour be care full ask around if you can find some one other then interstate 26

All are fake reviews . 5 times expensive labour . I changed the AC condenser which 200-300$ job with my own condenser . She charged 1000$ but there is no leakage . Prob was in compressor . They don't know how to diagnose the problem . They always free . They want only one or two customer a day . I don't have less than one Star otherwise i gave them .

My wife departed Summerville, SC on Friday. She was headed home to Kentucky to visit family and the vehicle she was driving had her stranded on the side of I26 in Gaston, SC. She called Southern Diesel because they were the closest to her. They were very prompt in the pick up, but were unable to repair because the shop was closing soon. W were told they would repair it for us on Monday. They called us back on Monday morning telling us that they are 'too busy' and can not get to our vehicle. We had to have the vehicle towed twice. I asked them when I got to the shop to pick up my Wife if they had the capabilities to fix it or should we go ahead and have it towed to another shop. I was told that it was an easy job and could be done at their shop. All in all the people there seem to be friendly but I will not use their services again due to the lack of following through with what was promised.

My wife and daughter had gotten a flat tire on hwy 321 in gaston they come and towed our car within minutes and mounted and balanced a new tire on our car great prices and great service all around great experience they took a stressful situation made it great for my family hands down thank you again .
