Corey is the absolute best! My daughters and I were stranded on 1-26 with a busted radiator and Corey quickly pick us up and our car and towed us back to his shop. Corey helped us out in a time of need. We had a caliper seeze up on the interstate, and he helped us source and fixed it. We were en route back to Canada, and he went above and beyond. An amazing human, who on a Friday evening did everything he could to make sure our family was safe and back on the road. Thank you!!!

Our car broke down due to an alternator issue on our way back to FL. from NC. We were towed to Gaines and Corey called everywhere to try to find us a new alternator. After several hours, he found us one and then worked on the car for a few more hours. I feel he did his best to help us, especially since we had 3 dogs in tow and were having a pretty miserable day! He let us stay with the dogs in his office and offered us refreshments until he was done. We were grateful for his kindness and assistance. A very nice man and experienced mechanic.

The staff is extremely helpful. I was in a wreck and needed to get items out of my car on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. They helped me to retrieve all of my items very quickly and were so kind! Highly recommend.

Our vehicle recently broke down at a rest stop close to Mr. Gaines s business. I called him and he came to us within 15 minutes. He was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. He towed our vehicle back to his shop and had our problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. He was extremely fair and only charged us half his normal fee saying that it was a simple problem. He easily could have told us it was a bigger problem and charged a lot more money.Ignore any bad reviews about him. People are people. Very unreliable, uncaring and inconsiderate. Not to mention unprofessional and rude, I DO NOT recommend under any circumstances. He took all of my daughter s stuffed animals and my personal belongings and put them God knows where, then blamed him changing out his surveillance camera on why he couldn t show me WHO supposedly took my items on tape, plus he damaged my vehicle badly and then when we went to court he lied. And because I couldn t prove it good enough, he won the case. DON T trust Corey Gaines or the people that work for him. Now I m stuck with a vehicle with over $4,000 worth of damage.

My Tahoe broke down on our drive back home to Buffalo, NY from family vacation in Florida and Cory Gaines towed me and my family off, drove us to a hotel, and arranged for a transmission shop to make repairs.
