We were car shopping all day Saturday and everywhere we went there was an issue. So we took a chance on 321 Auto sales and got this Beauty . Andy was amazing with trying to help, he even worked over an hour past time to close (on a Saturday) to make sure we were taken care of! Definitely recommend and will be back for another car soon!

Owner seems pretty nice but the rest of the staff is trash. Been talking to the sales guy for weeks. We get there only to test drive both cars one of which put us down during the drive and the other one had transmission issues. Like we had a scheduled appointment so you should have checked prior. Ray a real piece of work. Talks to customers as if they are idiots, interject his opinion about what car to buy as if to say a customers choice is a bad decision. This is a business and we don't know you, stop talking to people like that, it's rude and off putting. All the sales people seem to not know anything about the cars on the lot and everything needs work.

Andy and Randolph were absolutely amazing! They got us into a pretty much new vehicle with low mileage with a very great payment, and made the process fast, simple, and smooth!!! Highly recommend if your in the market to buy a car come here, and see Andy he will get you taking care of I would put one hundred stars if I could for the rating!!! Amazing customer service thank you guys!!!!!!

Had a great experience with Andy at 321 Auto. We spoke prior to me coming out to make sure I'd be able to afford what I was looking at. When I came in he gave me multiple options and let me test drive each one. After I made my decision he was very thorough with explaining everything and getting me settled. Would buy from here again. I would say getting a car is very fast thru them they starts off very nicely and caring. All that changes they do way too much to be a buy here pay here but once u get the car all that stops. Sold me a car with a broken mirror stopped responding once I got my car. Won t fix anything the car has an oil leak also haven t had the car a year yet.I will be returning this car and never returning here or recommending this car lot

I got my vehicle from there,it doesn't matter if your credit is good or bad you will be riding in a vehicle before you leave.They have nice an Better condition vehicle since the bank is involved now.They even has the car facts on it as well so you can see all how many people had it an what all been done to it .They only check to see if you are Bankrupt.I have a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu LT .I had went other places to look at cars an trucks they ran my credit which I kind of know it was not all that good they turn me down.You may get turned down an away from others car dealership,but 321 Auto will turn you up,an you will be riding an Happy an smile from ear to ear that you went to 321 Auto sales.They will work with you,just be patient an you will be Riding in whatever you like that they have,you will be Happy that you stop by.They will do whatever it takes if they have to stay over there time like I did to get my insurance on so i would be able to move it off the lot ,I got all straightened out or you can let them talk to help you get it straightened out like I did ,im riding an Happy now, You may get turn down at other car dealer But "You WILL NOT GET TURNED DOWN THERE."If you go there please tell them that Jerrodcrosby told me about it on Google maps.

Stopped by to replace a vehicle a had. Guy came out promptly and looked my vehicle over, offered me 250$ for it! They wanted twice kbb for their truuck! Waste of time! Guess what? Im still driving my "250" $ truck! Runs great! Just wanted something new. Wont be shopping there and adivse people to shop around but not there!

The lights around your lot that are insanely bright need to be turned OFF WHEN ITS PITCH BLACK OUT. There is 0 reason for them to be on and blinding drivers at 3:30 in the morning every day on my way to work and blinding on my way home super late. I messaged through the number you guys have to text and never got a response. You re going to cause an accident. Just put them on a timer or turn them off/on during business hours,
