My daughter had a car issue while at school and needed immediate service. She was taken care of with courtesy and respect, and the work was done quick and affordable. It is a relief for a Dad to know that their daughter has a trustworthy service center to rely on, while away at school.Thank you!!

The undercover skid plate of my car collided on railway track which had uneven pavement. I went to this place and the service was quick , they removed skid plate and suggests me to go on dealership and get the new one (warranty may includes the replacement). I asked how much should i pay, and they refused to take money. Kind gesture, quick service (approx 5 min). Highly recommended.

I was in a pinch between Atlanta Ga and Winston Salem Nc. My vans belt tensioner seized and broke my belt halfway through my trip. Had to stay in a motel then limped my van to them. They were very accommodating getting the parts as soon as they could and working me into their busy schedule. They even let me use a loaner truck so I didn't have to wait around the shop for 4 hours. As a mechanic myself I really appreciate what they did for me. It's hard to find people willing to help like they did. If I could give them ten stars I would! Great job guys.

Passing through town to New Jersey and both low beam headlights went out, had to stay in town til sun came up. Found these life savers in the morning. Within 15 mins I was up and running. Literally saved my life. We need more honest shops like this.

I cannot say enough good things about the Service Center of Gaffney, I needed my brakes to be changed but didn t want to trust just anyone, I found The Service Center on Google and the reviews were amazing, I was able to drop my car off after work, Travis called me at 7:11 the next morning with a detailed explanation of what my car needed, he left the decisions up to me, my car was ready by that afternoon, the price was really reasonable. I feel like I have found my mechanic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing auto repair by someone who can be trusted and who has fair pricing. Highly recommend.Service: Brakes

6 Stars if I could. Always reliable. Always reasonable for price. Gotta schedule months in advance to get an appointment but worth it. Second time there. I go there because they built my Freightliner Chassis and know it. Have hookup fir 50 amps. They have a dump station and fresh water for the rig.

This is by far the best shop I have been to. I had an overheating problem with my Nissan and Travis and his crew worked hard to diagnose and repair the issue. He will go over and above to repair your vehicle. I will definitely recommend this shop to all friends and family. Y'all I took my car to Rob's tires they said my car would be ready before Friday it was Tuesday after 3 weeks I got it back with 2 additional lights on that weren't previously on and 409.00 later. I took it straight back waited 45 mins for the guy to say he'd look it up and call me the next day. He didn't so I called back still he gave no answers. through that whole process everyone said go see Travis at the service center I finally did and I dropped my car off at 800am by 2pm they called me to ckme get my car FREE OF CHARGE!!!!!

Brought our truck here to have work done on the suspension. They called and told me that they ran into some issues and would take a bit longer than expected (which is understandable). The price was fair and the fact that they went out of the way to tell us that they wouldn't be done by the time we were told is great. Issues come up and sometimes it can't be helped. They worked hard and our truck looks and feels great again.

I was driving down from Charlotte to Greenville today and had a minor issue. Travis got me back on the road in a few minutes with great advice for my mechanic back home. Highly recommend if anyone needs local help.

I couldn t be more pleased with my experience. I came in for a bad noise and smell coming from my engine. The mechanic there knew immediately what the issue was , he took my car inside and showed me the problem. Then went to the office to show me the true price of the parts! I had a bad Compressor/belt and it only took a few hours and they even offered a service to take me where I needed to go. The team is amazing! They were very polite and knowledgeable as well. Everyone who came in there while I was there had smiles on their faces! There is a reason why this shop have such great reviews!!!! I will recommend them to anyone!Service: Air conditioning

My husband took our car to Meineke this past weekend because it was making a strange noise when driving and they quoted us over $1000 to change both of our front wheel bearings on our 2019 Nissan. My father in law told him to leave from there and take it to the Service Center and I m so glad he did. Turns out we don t need the wheel bearings replaced and Travis told us to go out and get new tires and that would fix the issue. I m about to call and make that appointment now but first I wanted to thank them. It is so hard to find a good, honest mechanic these days who doesn t want to up sale you on things and services not needed. We appreciate y all so much and I will never take my car to another mechanic other than y all.

The service center of Gaffney deserves 1000 stars!! The people here are honest, trust worthy, and very knowledgeable in all things mechanical! The prices are affordable and the service done is done right and fast! I don t trust anyone else with my Jeep except them!! Thank y all for all y all do!! Amanda Peterson

This place is the best of the best. Comes highly recommended and I gotta say they lived up to the name. Travis was a pleasure to work with and as a single mom I was very happy he took great care of me and my van and went over and above. Awesome garage and awesome service. Highly recommend this place! Travis is the man !!! He usually doesn t work on my type of vehicle but he did anyway to help me out.He went above and beyond his call of duty as a wonderful mechanic !!! My daughter and I needed to drop off my car for a much needed repair & tune up but we didn t have a way to get back home. Travis dropped us off at home to help us out and to test drive the car. He is always busy which should tell you how great of an establishment he has. He s a nice guy who will tell you the truth so that if he can save you some money he will. I take all my cars to The Service Center for any type of work. He is very professional with reasonable prices ensuring you get the best work with excellent customer service.Kudos to Travis for managing a great business with a small town homey feeling Service: Auto engine tuning

Long Review . Have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop. I couldn t figure out why my car wouldn t start after several repairs. Dropped it off with Travis & he told me it was just out of gas, even though the gas showed quarter tank. :) he didn t charge me for the few gallons or his time either. Couple weeks later, I m driving and my gas pedal just loses pressure. I got it towed back to this shop AFTER HOURS. Travis called and said I blew a fuse. He changed it, gave me extras, and showed me where/how to change it just in case. He also didn t want to charge me again! It s so refreshing, as a young lady, to find mechanics who are actually helpful & don t try to get over on women. He was super knowledgeable & fast. Most definitely recommend!!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

They were awesome from the receptionist to the mechanics. i got a appointment within a few days. they replaced and put in a air compressor kit and few other things before they closed that day. A young man was even nice enough to pick me up to retrieve my car. I was quoted very high prices from several different shops around Gaffney and could not afford those quotes. I then went to the service center and got such a fair deal. Cheaper than any place around. The price even ended up being cheaper than what they Originally quoted me. Travis is the bomb.com!! Traveling down to Florida from Delaware. Check engine light comes on. And I could have asked for better service! Very friendly and knew exactly what to do! So big thank you to the guys at the service center of Gaffney. 10/10 best experience ever!

The place is in an odd part of town, but every time I have gone I have had nothing but amazing service.No matter how busy or how slow, the job is done in an hour or two. There is a gorgeous old dog that is very friendly, and the owner is obviously a family man.The prices are low, and they have been doing my work since I moved across the country and I do not plan on changing that any time soon.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

These guys were amazing! I was out of town with 4 kids and my windshield wipers quit working on 85 and these guys took great care of me right away! They were very welcoming to me and the kids. Made us feel right at home and got us back on the road, even after hours to make sure we were taken care of! From the first time I called until the job was completed I received nothing but friendly, professional, and courtesy service. Despite running into obstacles never tried to go up on the initial quote I was given. If you are looking for a place to get your vehicle worked on I highly recommend them. If you are a new business owner? You would be advised to try and learn from Travis and his staff.
