MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BEHIND THEM. I took my 2009 Toyota Tacoma here to have the oil changed. I left and drove up the road to advanced auto when i came back out there was a stream of oil coming out from under my truck. I looked underneath and they had not put on the oil filter correctly it could have been the wrong oil filter as well when i went back the guy that was underneath it asked the make model and year and then said there is no way for me to know that down here. So in the advanced parking lot i had to take the oil filter off and put it back on add 5 quarts of oil then i went back explained to them what happened and they said to pull it back into the bay. They redid everything or so i thought and i left. When i got back home i was checking everything and when i pulled the dip stick wiped it off and put it back in to check the oil level it was three inches over the full mark i drained 9 1/2 quarts of oil out of my toyota Tacoma that has a 4 cylinder engine. It only calls for 5.5 quarts. I can t believe the engine didn t lock up just a testament to the durability of Toyotas.

Fast oil change and super friendly staff. I was trying to diag a misfire and engine codes and hard replaced a bunch of parts but it was still present. They were able to get my 4Runner in before the weekend and then even worked with me when I picked it up on Monday and it was still present. I am a trained technician but have no way to work on my own vehicle anymore due to space constraints and no garage, so trusting and finding a place is hard for me cause I'm very picky. I would, and will, definitely come back here for any work I cannot do on my own!

Great Guys with great prices, they are friendly and smile a lot. But only thing was when I got oil change the guy that took my card to pay said I was getting an oil change and tire rotation, but I got oil change they never showed me the oil stick like they did before, also one guy put air in only one tire and none of others also never told to pull down to get the tires rotated.

I drive a 2014 Dodge Ram which is known NOT to run low on oil and to keep your oil changed. I have been using The Pit Stop to change my oil for awhile, but I will NOT use them again. I just got my oil changed with them with $85 synthetic oil change. The older white gentleman, which could be the owner was in the pit, stripped my oil plug and didn't say a word to me about it. This could potentially cause me to have to replace my engine. I would rather pay for a new plug, then an engine any day. Now three weeks later my truck is completely dry of oil. Never again would I use their service and don't recommend anyone else use them either.

Very good people Godly ppl and they do you right... Any? You have just asked they don't lie and they don't cheat you just got a free oil change.. God is around that place I pulled off told Guy have blessed day he said you do same in name of Jesus Christ ( he was making sure I was with the right God the only God)

Took my oil filter off without having a replacement. I sat there for an hour for so they could run and get one can buy one put my old one on foot oil and that didn t belong. I was supposed to get synthetic and charge me $40 had to go to another oil place a week later to get it done properly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Ever since I got old enough to drive I've been taking my various vehicles here for there oil changes!!!!! My dad suggested this place as he's 69 and has been going there since at least his early 50s when he stopped changing his oil his self!!! The staff is always super friendly, clear, and super quick!!!! They also have a very fair price!!!

Absolutely awesome! Good people, fast and friendly, I was literally out of there in 10 minutes.. my first time going to them today but I couldn't have picked a better spot.. if you reading reviews and wondering where to go for an oil change, pick these guys if you have ten minutes to spare for your vehicle. Best place to stop in and get a fast and reliable oil change at an affordable price. They also did a great job on replacing the brakes on my wife's car and it was very fast and affordable. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help out with whatever you need.

Gene's was a great place to a oil change and they checked all my fluids and top them off to desire levels. Great people to do business with and very friendly. My whole family uses them they like the service they get at Gene's.

Very diligent, really help the customer. My car overheated in a roadtrip back to home after Christmas. They got me going in no time and even order part that came in the same morning. Heard all good things about this place prior to going. Fast and friendly service. Bonus, it was almost$20 less than what I have been paying at Walmart. I will definitely be going back with my truck. Very happy about getting oil changed in my husband's for less than$50.

I was told by another shop that I couldn't get my oil changed due to my oil plug being damaged so they didn't do it. Turns out they were just too lazy to be bothered with fixing it. 10min at Gene's and they changed my oil, replaced the plug, and added air in my tires. They were also super friendly.

Under New Owners and its currently called The Pit Stop. New owners are awesome people great customer service quick service prices are great to be a place where you change oil it was very clean. Highly recommend them to have your next oil change or car repairs done (they also do repair work breaks tires you name it they do it)

Anything that I can think of that Bobby could even possibly do, I m calling and going there before I m going anywhere else. I don t trust anybody more with my jeep. I always get my oil changed here. They're fast and friendly. I do believe it isn't Gene's Pit Stop anymore, I think it's just called The Pit Stop.

The new owners Nelson and his wife are awesome!!! They not ones to charge extremely high prices and explains what is going on with your vehicle. Definitely recommend them!!!

Do not bring your car to the shop they will tell you they re put it all in your car do not put the right amount of oil in your car have your car cut it up and when you bring it back to them for them to help you fix it they will not
