I was able to find a Vera Bradley item that seemed to be unavailable most everywhere (in the color I wanted for my daughter,) or on backorder forever, and you had it - yea!! And got it to me in great shipping time. The price was very reasonable and your communication was superb. I highly recommend this company.!!!

Not only to they have really good gifts here and really interesting thing you can buy but they fix phones as well. Today I needed mine fixed so I went up there and it took them like 30 minutes and it s working like it s brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who needs there phone fixed cause this is the place you need to go if you do.

The owner was a complete a$$hole. I took my American eagle half ounce gold proof coin there. I told him it was uncirculated he continued to take the coin out of the case and touch it. And told me it didn't weigh right I explained it half a troy ounce. He finally said he didn't have the money to buy it. He was completely rude and no regard or respect for my property

*At this day in time, it is a rare thing to be able to shop in a "vintage" retail store with outstanding customer service and a fantastic gift selection. To have someone who is trustworthy, has your goal in mind and is exceedingly knowledgeable about fine jewelry is a rare thing as well. All of this is available at Hartzog's along with free gift-wrapping done by smiling helpers. You gotta go! *Yes, I'm family, but I'm also telling it like it is. ;-)

Always my go to now for gifts for any special occasion. Glenda and Charles are so helpful and have such unique options for gifts. Charles is my jeweler and Glenda keeps my friends happy when I have to buy a gift. If you need something to wow them...visit Hartzog's. They'll hook you up!

Great place to find great unique gifts. They have Brighton jewelry, Spartina accessories, Vera Bradley gallor. They have a casual clothing section as well. My husband bought my wedding set from here. Great selection of a little bit of everything.

The women that work here are very rude and dismissive. They don't seem to want to help or converse with the customers and show more interest in having conversations with each other. The prices are outrageous, too. I paid $13 to have a link taken out of my watch. That price for a single watch link removal and rude service provided by Mrs. Hartzog herself are the reasons I will never be going back to this establishment.

The best store EVER! The equivalent of a toy store for adults..and they have toys in their baby section! Seriously you should go.
