What a wonderful experience! I would recommend this place to anyone who is tired of dishonest dealerships, who don't care what they sell you,and lack of empathy.My Co- worker, suggested I go to Burns Chevrolet, and ask for Bri, she's was so wonderful, had a answer to all my questions and concerns. Bri, basically handled everything, it didn't take long before my Son and I were back on the road again. This was a great experience, I definitely would recommend anyone who wants a quality vehicle, and great customer service , and someone who actually cares about my situation, who did Everything she could to help us . So please go to Burns Chevrolet. I would recommend Bri, she was the best, shell do everything she can to help and she actually cares , Thank you again Bri!!

It was a lovely and easy experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home with our purchase. Especially Jeff Ferguson who was a great help in purchasing our 2024 Chevy Silverado RST.

Took my car in once again never received a call back told Burns from day one which was on December 21 2023 it was a problemNow they trying to tell l might have done something to it during the miles driven Burns suck never use them again . They done nothing but give me the run around because l am a woman. Chris sold me the car never would return my phone calls and never answered my emails lesson learn. Once they sale you a car that care less.

I bought a 24 Silverado from Tommy Gold.. let s start by saying the professional manner shown was impeccable and the product knowledge was unmatched. I ve bought a few new vehicles in my life and this experience was the best! Tommy even brought the vehicle to me in Charlotte to ensure I had the truck the same day! Huge shout out to his manager John for getting it done and giving me a fantastic deal. 10/10 gentlemen keep it up!

Went to Burns of Gaffney looking at some of the trucks I'd saw online. The truck was interested in was sold but they had a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Warlock that was really nice. Met Mr. Thomas Gold and asked about the truck. In no time I had the keys & was test driving MY new truck. I knew my credit wasn't great but Thomas & the team at Burns of Gaffney had me approved and driving off the lot the same day!! If I'm ever in need of another automobile Burns of Gaffney will be my first stop and I hope the first hand I shake is Mr. Thomas Gold...last name says it all!!

Got a 2014 Silverado from Burns this past weekend. Easy process, awesome team of Salesmen. Specifically the Salesmen I dealt with directly during the purchasing process. Deano did an awesome job of making it a seamless well explained process. I'll definitely continue to do business with Burns Chevy and Deano. I suggest you do the same.

Chris Quinn was absolutely amazing!! He had answers for all of my questions and if he didn t know he would go above and beyond to get the answers !! I was here in 2019 and Chris was an absolute help getting me in my Sorento, I paid it off and now in 2024 I'm a customer again getting a Chevy Trax. The staff is friendly,helpful and know what they're doing! They even managed to get my payments to something me and my husband could handle! 10 out 10 customer service for the whole team

My sales rep at Burn's Chevrolet, Thomas, was friendly an courteous...very helpful. He got my approval and paperwork done very quick, he helped me with questions to fullest of his knowledge. He also helped my son with the vending machine, and helped clean out my old car..lol. I felt very comfortable working with him.

Vicky did a wonderful job of helping me to buy my first truck! She took me for a drive in two models and helped me figure out which one was right for me. Scott made the purchasing part quick and enjoyable.

My experience at Burns Chevrolet was very positive. As soon as I walked onto the lot Lucas came over to help me and asked what I was interested in. All and all I was able to ride away in a brand new car within two hours. I will forever be greatful for the kindness and customer service all the employees showed me. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Salesman Deano Surace worked so hard with me to increase and improve my fleet of cargo vans. I told him what I was looking for and even though he had nothing on the lot, a couple of hours later he was ready with 2 perfect vans for my company! Deano was patient and polite with me while we navigated the details and bumps in the road. He stayed in close communication, even came in on his day off to help me finalize everything at my leisure. And when I saw them, they were even more perfect than i could have imagined or the 100 pictures he sent me, prove! They are absolutely perfect in every way! I will recommend Deano at Burns Chevrolet in Gaffney to everyone I know looking to purchase a new vehicle!

The beginning of 2021 I saw a Black Tahoe & absolutely fell in love with them & knew I just had to get one! Of course me being me im "XCLUSIV" so I needed my Tahoe to have all the bells & whistles ......Black on Black Fully Loaded! In June 2021 I met Victoria Riley @ Burns Chevrolet in Gaffney SC, we drove a 2021 High Country Tahoe, Black but it didn't have all the options I wanted! So June 2021 I got online & custom built me a 2022 Tahoe! Of course we were still going through the pandemic & some of the options I wanted were not available. 2022 came & went, still no Tahoe! 2023 arrived & Victoria reached out to me & told me one would possibly be becoming available soon with all my desired options! Well on March 21,2023 @ 10am I got the call I'd been waiting for.....Scott Young was on the phone.... "YOUR TAHOE HAS ARRIVED"!!!! A year & 9 months later I got a Beautiful 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 Black on Black that I absolutely LOVE! Throughout the entire process Victoria was awesome, she kept me updated, she was patient & most of all she wasn't "pushy"! She wasn't trying to just sell me any kind of vehicle & I really appreciate that! I wanted what I wanted & Burns delivered! I highly recommend Burns Chevrolet in Gaffney & definitely ask for Victoria Riley, you will not be disappointed! In addition to Victoria, Mr Sam Burns, his son Charlie Burns, Scott Young & Michael Cox were all amazing!

I was traveling for work 7 months pregnant in a bad storm and hit some standing water on 85. It knocked a piece off the bottom of my car and it was dragging so bad I couldn't keep driving it. I got off on the first exit which just happened to be where this dealership is located. Not only did they fit me in to fix my vehicle quickly, but they didn't even charge me. I am very grateful for the kindness of the folks at this business!

Little story about Burns of Gaffney. The first time my Husband and I went to Burns this guy came out and he talked to us and ask us If we needed help he would be glad to assist us and he went on his way. We liked that cause we got to look around w/o any pressure for a sale. When we found the car we wanted to purchase we went straight to "Chris Quinn' he was the one we wanted to deal with because he didn't try to force anything on us and he let us take our time to decide what we needed. We been back 7times and Chris is our guy. I'd like to add how helpful Scott is getting us into the new ride he got all paperwork set and ready for us at know time plus Ben and the staff greet us every time we go to Burns.We feel like we know the staff cause we only deal with Burns. I can't forget Jessica ,Dillion,& the staff in maintence for keeping our cars on the road. Dan & I are Chevy people and We love The Entire Staff for their kindness and keeping us on the Move.
